Looking for a simple pre-workout or breakfast smoothie then check this out!⁠

As my practice evolves, so does my teaching. After todays class I took a moment to reflect on how I lead my students through their practice, and how that has really changed and will continue to change as I grow both as a practitioner and as a teacher. It’s truly such a special honour to not only watch my students grow in their own practice, but to be apart of that journey with them.
