Let’s make note that I hardly train abs LOL…. but 4 years of tracking calories, to tracking macros, from strict cardio of only Beach Body workouts, to lifting weights, then to tracking macros with flexibility and lifting weights to reach progressive overload💪🏼

Consistency trumped all of these things to reach where I am now🙌🏼Many people don’t enjoy tracking there food, but that’s what has helped me the most. It takes lots of TIME and patience when learning to track your food accurately.

I mean I made hella mistakes 🤦🏼‍♀️when I first started tracking. Eating about 1,200 calories to lose weight, then I would splurge on that Taco Bell 🌮and McDonalds 🍔🍟on Sunday because it was “cheat day”. I saw no progress, if very little. Was doing 30 minute beach body workouts daily🤷🏼‍♀️

Now I have 1-2 free meals a week, eat my macros, weight train with a PURPOSE 5 days a week, 10 min of LISS, and my lowest calories on my last cut was 1,700 calories #metabolismonfire .

What are you doing with the last tasty blueberries this year? This delicious cheesecake with peanut bottoms & blueberries! Does not this recipe sound delicious? By @katja_1512

Cheesecake with peanut ground
base:
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of peanut crunchy
20g core. oatmeal
100g spelled flour
-> Mix all ingredients and place in a 15er shape. Press the dough well and pull up the edges.
Filling:
1 egg
200g quark
100g cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
some lemon ripen
few drops of cheesecake
1 tbsp Xucker
1/2 p. Custard powder
100g blueberries
-> Mix all ingredients (except the blueberries) to a creamy cream and pour on the floor. Finally, add the blueberries to the cream.
-> Bake the cake at 180 degrees O / U for about 60 minutes.
Best place in the refrigerator overnight.

Should you bake the cake, I recommend you a Springform, because the cake is probably better solve or give an egg with in the ground!

Vacation always goes by quick, but trying to enjoy each and every moment I can while it lasts. 😌💃🏽 One thing I will welcome back to the rotation when I get back is a giant bowl of veggies. This bowl is massaged kale, peppers, kabocha squash, edamame, carrots, quick pickle cucumbers, mushrooms, and a miso tahini dressing (I miss my tahini). Recipes below!

5 Ingredient Orange Miso Dressing
Juice of half an orange
1 tsp miso paste
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp tamari
2 tbsp tahini
.
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together carefully. Make sure that miso is well blended before pouring over salad. If sauce is too thick, add a small spoonful of water to thin out. 🍊

Quick Pickled Cucumber
1/2 small cucumber
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
1 tsp gochugaru (or pinch of red pepper flakes)
1 tsp liquid sweetener (I used maple syrup)
.
Slice up cucumber into thin coins. In a small bowl, add remaining ingredients and whisk together. Add cucumber slices and gently mix together. Allow cucumbers to sit and chill for 10 minutes in the fridge. If you use a hearty veggie like carrots, consider allowing to sit for a half hour or over night.
