So this quote hit home recently.
The past say 2-3 weeks, iv'e been depressed. Not training, Not eating much, not working, not posting, not being positive, sleeping (𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵).
And that for me is depression.
Depression isn't something that you can just cure 100%.
You'll be going through life feeling fkn amazing, and then wake up one day and *𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐦* it just hits you.
I just felt stuck...
Iv'e been so focused for the past 4 years on success.
Books, Audios, Programs, Businesses, Seminars.
And look don't get me wrong,
I love this shit.
I love my business, i love my clients, i love success, i love business.
But, I think i've been prioritising the wrong things,
I want to travel, I want to explore, I want excitement, I want time with my fiancè.
𝐒𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐞?
"A champion is someone who gets up when they can't".
The past few weeks, I feel like I haven't been able to get up.
But the life I want. The life I want for my partner. The life I want for my kids. I needed to get up, I needed to be the champion, I needed to be the person that I need to be in order to achieve the things that I want to achieve.
This is the same for everyone. If you're down, if you're sad, if you're depressed,
You can get out of it.
You can find the way to where you want to be.
𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬!
I know this post is a bit raw and personal but I thought i'd let you guys know where I'm at and some lessons i've learnt.
Please DM me if this shit has helped you or your'e also going through a bit of struggle lately, i'd love to help ❤️💪
