Taking a low calorie approach to building muscle and losing fat will most likely work against you because if you want to build muscle, even lean muscle, you need calories. It's almost impossible to significantly gain muscle and significantly drop fat at the same time and you honestly may have to choose one before the other. The usual route people take is to put on a few pounds and gain muscle (bulk) and then lean up when they decide they are at a good size. Yes they may lose a few pounds of muscle but that’s the give and take. So how do you do this? the best way is to increase calories first to gain muscle. You may gain some fat, but with more muscle, you burn more calories, so fat will start to drop. Then you can lower calorie intake a little to lean up, but to maintain muscle mass you may still need to keep calories up.
It takes patience and planning, so you can't shortcut your way to the body you want. This will take time.

I have been turning off my commenting these days and you guys have been noticing it. Besides the obvious (Pervy comments), it’s also the negativity that kinda gets to me. I know that having an open account will indeed invite criticism but what I don’t understand is unnecessary hate. I’m doing something here to make my living and about 43000 of you love what I do. But it is so so easy to get brainwashed by this one single hate comment and feel like whatever I’ve done far is worth absolutely nothing. There are days where I forget about the years and years of work I’ve put in and feel like I’m no one. But what keeps me going is hundreds of you messaging me telling me how I inspire you or motivate you and I wake up every damn morning for those hundred of you who have learnt something from me. So I do this for you and I do this for me, not the haters. Thank you guys! .
