    We are working hard to put players the situations , angles  mechanics,  that  they would face up  when they are performing. ( core stability and endurance , 2 contact jump quickness and landing aswell, single leg side to side jumping and landing angles and landing mechanics, , rotational explosion and quicknes ). We know that result takes time  and there is no shortcut to success .
