De sentir la pression des rideurs qui n’ont même pas la majorité mais qui déchirent déjà le spot. De voir leur coachs pleurer quand ils gagnent. Two days in one week that I got to wear real clothes, I’m shocked! -

Anyways thought I’d share how I’m dealing with working nights, sleeping all day, and still being consistent at the gym. So I found that going 4 days a week and not 6-7 (like I used to), is much more manageable. I get more effective workouts on my days off after I’ve gotten adequate rest. -
-
I’ve tried going after work in the morning (super rough) & also going before. But working 12 hour shifts really is hard on the body and you can’t push yourself at the gym if you aren’t well rested. Now I give it my all (& I have so much more to give because I’m charged up) 4 days a week vs tiring myself out more and needing more days to recover from work and shi**y workouts. Quality definitely over quantity!
