    Måndag, ny vecka och nya tag, eller säger man ens så nuförtiden? Aja, jag hoppas denna vecka blir utan cykelpunka, en sönder lampjävel på cykeln, avstängd från tinder pga B-uppsatsen (dsvdv😅), trasig tvättmaskin och råka halka ner för trappen. For those of you with knee and ankle issues this may be just the right sequence to practise, just make sure that you stop if either joint gives you pain. 💥watch your hip, knee and ankle alignment.
Draw an imaginary line from your second toe to the centre of your knee cap up to your hip joint. 💥make sure you shift your weight through the whole of the balls of your feet rather than just the laterally part of your feet. 💥watch your hip and avoid hitching once you start lifting the knee and extending it.

If you dont know the weights youre using, then how do you know if youre progressing?🤷🏼‍♀️ I never used to track any of my sessions, just did the weights I felt like on the day and hoped they might be a bit better than the last session. If anything I probably just opted for the same weights I always used because they felt... alright?😂🙈But that is NOT how you progress. Sure you’ll still burn calories moving the weights, but if your goals are muscle and strength based then going in without a plan and without using principles of progressive overload, you’ll only get so far. .

Log the exercise, log the weights, log the reps and sets.✅ Also note down your energy levels and how things are feeling.🤔 This gives you numbers to progress on and provides a means of comparison for future sessions. .

There are several different methods to progressively overload, but the most simple ones are to aim for an extra rep or add a little more weight (even an extra 1.25kg is awesome) next session. Your muscles wont grow in their own, you have to force yourself out of that comfort zone. 🏋🏼‍♂️👊🏼

I legit log every single workout.👌🏼 Even if its a bad day, it still gets tracked, and I just make a note of how I was feeling💩. I also track every single one of my clients sessions🏋🏼‍♂️... if you don’t log the weights your clients are using then how on earth d’you expect them to progress!!🤷🏼‍♀️🙈 It truly is one of the most valuable tools when it comes to building muscle and strength 📝✅ Start logging and watch yourself get stronger by the session🏋🏼‍♂️😉👊🏼

    Say hello to a new way of training!!!
Throughout my career so many women have come to me with the same issue. That they are so unmotivated to train, train alone or even make it to the workout class. 
I found that one of the ways that forced them to take that step to workout was when they booked a 1 to 1 session with me. 
Sadly not everyone can do that, due to distance and convenience, so I am introducing a new way of training to make you want to exercise without having to do too much to make it to the class.

✔️Enjoying the journey – Understanding the process and enjoying what you do is also key to build longevity.⁣

    ✔️Calorie deficit – You need this to lose fat, that’s a fact.⁣

    ✔️Patience - Giving it enough time is vitally important. The problem nowadays is everyone wants results yesterday but you have to realise that you didn’t put this weight on overnight so it’s not going to come off over night either. Plus breaking bad habits and developing new ones also takes time.⁣

    ✔️Enjoying the journey – Understanding the process and enjoying what you do is also key to build longevity.⁣

    👉So stopping waste your time and money on quick fixes and Fads and do these things consistently and you will get the body and results that you have always been looking for.👊🏻⁣

Next time a challenge occurs look at it as exactly that another challenge and an a obstacle you will manoeuvre round. Your mindset turns challenges to negatives and they don’t have to be‼️

    About last weekend...noch vor einiger Zeit hätte ich nie den Mut und das Selbstvertrauen gehabt,mich vor Menschen hinzustellen und quasi im Mittelpunkt zu stehen. Heute mache ich mie darüber einfach keine Gedanken mehr,geniesse das Leben und mache wonach mir ist,ohne darüber nachzu denken was andere denken könnten 😎💪
