GISELE sempre foi dona de si, sempre lutando pelas coisas que acredita.
Nunca deixa sua felicidade depender de ninguém, sempre correndo atrás dos seus sonhos, ajudando o próximo a todo segundo, amar e ter momentos a sós é com ela mesma.

Ela sabe da dificuldade que é em ser ela mesma a todo momento, ela sabe do medo que existe nela de ser julgada por alguém pela forma como é, ela sabe que em alguns momentos é difícil de lidar com sua personalidade forte e suas diferenças peculiares, ela sabe o peso que carrega ao ser quem de fato ela é.

Ela nunca soube se entregar pela metade porque ela sempre foi inteira, ela sempre doou a melhor parte de si a quem ela amou, ela ama poder ter histórias de quem ela um dia amou para contar para o mundo, ela ama poder ter a experiência constante de estar vivenciando novos amores e paixões.

Feeling less than motivated all too often?
Most of the time we lose motivation due to our mindsets and what we are thinking. Often negative thoughts.

When I have times when I’m not motivated, I realign my thinking and start focusing on what I can do to motivate myself.

Here are a few things you can do. 1. Forget about that happened yesterday and accept that everyday will be different and you will have ups and downs.

2. Accept there is no such thing as perfect. Once I accepted this, everything changed for me.

3. Be kind to yourself and don’t judge yourself.

4. Look at your progress and see how far you’ve come.

5. If something isn’t working, change it up. Do something different.

6. Get support from friends or join an online group. There’s plenty out there.

7. When you’re not motivated the last thing you think about is working out. Go for a walk or the gym anyway. Exercise has been shown to improve your mood and increase the production of endorphins, which are known to help produce positive feelings. Majority of the times when you finish your workout you’ll be proud of yourself and you feel motivated again. No one ever regrets the workout they did.

8. All too often we focus on outcome goal or goals we want to accomplish at the end. Instead focus on process goals. Things you are going to accomplish that week to reach your desired goal. Set SMART goals.
SMART stands for
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Realistic
Time-based

Examples of SMART goals include

I will walk briskly for 30 minutes five days next week.
I will eat four servings of vegetables every day this week.
I will only drink one soda this week

Setting SMART process goals will help you stay motivated, while focusing only on outcome goals can lead to disappointment and decrease your motivation.

9. Give yourself credit for even trying.

10. Ive left the best for last. Close your eyes and visualise yourself reaching your goals. This in itself was a game changer for me and would motivate me again not to give up.

Remember, you can accomplish anything you set your mind too.
Don’t ever ever doubt yourself!
