Monday is back again apparently so I am starting the week with this soothing CAMOMILE PORRIDGE to ease me in 🍵 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 mashed banana, 3/4 cup freshly brewed camomile tea + 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt ~ cooked over a medium heat, adding more liquid until you reach your desired consistency 🙌 topped with @alpro soy yoghurt, @nutblend Perfect Nut Butter, frozen blackberries and hemp seeds 🥳 happy Monday pals, we got this 💪

Trying to gain muscle? PRIORITIZE RESISTANCE TRAINING. (Pretty obvious one here but ya never know 😂.)
Trying to gain flexibility/mobility? STRATEGICALLY* PRIORITIZE RESISTANCE TRAINING. (Putting a stretched muscle under tension increases ROM and neuromuscular efficiency; reference PNF stretching. This also creates a safer environment for the muscle; less risk for injury.)
Just wanna feel better? Improve energy levels? Enhance cognition? Slow down the aging process? PRIORITIZE RESISTANCE TRAINING.
You get the point. Regardless of the goal- PRIORITIZE. RESISTANCE. TRAINING. Not saying this is the only way to do things, but in my opinion, the most efficient. Wish I knew this a little sooner in my training career/fitness journey.

1 tsp @unicornsuperfoods matcha powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup spinach
1 frozen banana
