1锔忊儯Banded Paloff Step Outs- With a light resistance band get in an athletic stance, with a fully braced core (think you鈥檙e about to get hit in the stomach). Bring the band to your sternum and then straighten your arms, while you take small steps side to side. Avoid getting pulled back towards the rack! Make sure to turn around and repeat on the other side!

2锔忊儯Tall Kneeling Landmine Anti Rotation- Place one end of a barbell in a landmine setup or in the corner of a room. Come down on both knees and with both hands press the bar out in front of you. Drop the bar from one side to the other in a pendulum, arch, fashion. Use little to no weight here in order to avoid jerking the weight back and forth and getting out of position!

3锔忊儯Lateral Offset Kettlebell Carry- Grab two kettlebells, one heavy and one light. Bring the light one up into a rack position while the other stays down by your side. With a full brace, start your walk. Worry less about the distance covered! Instead go for a set amount of time and make sure each step is controlled and deliberate!

4锔忊儯Quadruped Lateral Crawl- Come down on all fours, push your toes into the ground and allow your knees to hover. In this tabletop position, start to crawl side to side. Slow and controlled is the key here!
