    haven’t been to this gym in a couple months and i didn’t realize i missed it until i worked out here this morning πŸ‘ΌπŸ½ my workouts haven’t been at 100% (it’s ok it happens, not every session will be the best ever but we still get it done πŸ˜‰) and i had such a fire leg day today it feels good to feel my best again. we finished w/ some steady state on stairs, and since my energy levels have been up, I feel frickin amazing from the inside out!! gonna unplug today and spend some time with myself right now 🌿 idk about u but even though i love being around people and am outgoing, i’m definitely introverted and need time alone to recharge once in awhile. πŸ‹ have a great weekend and enjoy dis sunshine cause it’s a great day to make it a great day!!!

    i have been following @the.holistic.psychologist for awhile and i’m just now implementing future self journaling into my routine for the next 30 days. i usually just write every once in awhile, but i think this will be a good habit to form for myself. i kept putting it off until i had time but there’s never a β€œgood” time to start you just have to go for it 🌱 future self journaling creates conscious awareness around our behavior. our subconscious is running our lives about 95% of the time and once u practice being present, you’ll notice u can shift your habit loops and make the changes you want in your life. i’ve gotten questions on what to write about or how to start- it takes practice to resist the mental chatter, don’t judge yourself! i put the free prompt from dr. nicole lepera in my links so you can do it with me! it only takes 10 mins every morning or night. happy journaling πŸŒ™πŸ’«πŸŒŸ

    happy friday 🌞🌞 i usually do allll the muscle groups for my upper body days but my back was still sore from my workout a couple days ago, so here’s a full PUSH workout i did in a little under an hour!!! -

1) ss: 4x10 tricep rope extension + 4x10 overhead extension
2) 5x15 left, both, right lateral raise 
3) 4x8,10,10,12 arnold press 
4) 4x12 face pulls 
5) ss: 3x8,10,12 incline dumbbell press + 3x10 dumbbell flys
6) 3x10 assisted tricep dips -

i’ve been loving my new routine in the gym which consists of 10 min warmup/stretch, 1 hour lift, 10 min abs, and 10-20 min cardio (either hiit or steady state) !! trying to be as efficient w my time as i can
