    Okay so today’s workout was ... intense lol so I know y’all probably think that it’s impossible to eat the way I do & stay my size but it’s honestly all about balance. I don’t eat fried foods everyday and I try to incorporate green veggies and a good GOOD exercise to balance it out lol I am just trying my best to remain healthy and feel the best for myself 💕 #workout #fitness #motivation
