A non fitness post. Topic, business. Its officially been 3 years plus now since running this business..... I didnt celebrate at all which I think I really should. I'm very proud of how far I have come. I'm taking steps now, that in the beginning seemed so hard to even reach much less know how to do or get there. I started this business knowing not a damn thing but my trade and had only aspirations, dedication, and drive to make this work. It has been a bumpy road figuring this all out no doubt, but as I look back on the challenges I faced to be here at this present moment. Oh man I wouldnt trade them for the world. Reason is because when I make it to where I dream, I'm going to have an amazing story to look back on personally and say, I did it. I never gave up. When I teach my students I do give them the heads up I never got to help them succeed that much faster, but they will also still have a lot of figuring out to do. Sometimes I wonder if I share too much, but as Vidal sassoon says, if your good at something and have a gift, share it with the world. That's your legacy that lives on. And I have stuck to that since beauty school 8 years ago lol. It has done nothing but serve me well. I'm by no means some rich woman who has made it, but I'm in it for the long game. I still have 20k of debt to pay off and still money goes right out the door as it comes in. Yes, I am making the most money I ever have in my life and I am blessed, but as I grow, so do my expenses and so does trying to pay off that debt. I will never be one of those who "stunt". I got debt like erbody else, why would I buy a gucci bag and pretend I ain't struggling still?💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️ it blows my mind with social media sometimes but trust, as honest as I have been with you guys on my bodybuilding journey, it will be the same on my success journey with my business! Make today the best you can!

200kg Deadlift 👊👊

The 140kg for 12 afterwards was a PR I was even more happy with, but for a long time I’ve been chasing 200kg. My one rep max at the beginning of this bulk was 160kg 😮

Never been a strong guy so I’m happy with this. One rep maxes don’t serve a bodybuilder with too much purpose, but training is meant to be fun and in the off season you have more room to play with. I still, as mentioned already, hit a gruelling 12 repper in typical bodybuilding fashion afterwards so 💁🏻‍♀️
.

Goals are there to be smashed. All have been so far in this off season so new goals have been acquired:
.
1️⃣ 180kg Squat, 5 reps on 160.
2️⃣ 95kg bodyweight in acceptable condition
3️⃣ 220kg deadlift
.
These are incredibly ambitious so I’ll be happy getting close to these. Abs are gone, let’s get strong 😂

Это плановое нарушение диеты с целью психологической разгрузки и немного вздернуть задроченный диетой метаболизм.
Это ОДИН(подчеркнуть) прием пищи в который мы кушаем все что хотим. До и после этого приема пищи,мы кушаем согласно своему плану питания.
Бывает еще такая штука как читдей,более вкусная и приятная,то же что и читмил,только длиною в день😁
🔥Как делать?
Условно говоря - заказать суши и наслаждаться 👌😎 но есть нюансы.
Для усвоения углеводов необходима жидкость. Чтобы читмил прошел максимально безвредно для пуза рекомендуется после приёма пищи не пить воду/любую жидкость пару часов. 🔥Кому оно надо?

Let's talk about very low calorie diets or better known as crash diets...🟥
now why do I have one of my shots from years ago when I did some modeling? Well that because I was eating 500-700cal/day for a very long time to keep this weight....dumb I know, sacrificed a whole lot of muscle on the way....💀 So let's cover some quick hormones:
Ghrelin makes you hungry (I always thought it sounded like growl)👌🏻
Leptin, peptide YY, and CCK make you full🍽️ So what happens why you try to starve yourself? Simply put:
Our satiety hormones go down⬇️
And our hunger hormones go up⬆️ These effects can last a very long time, long after the person is no longer even dieting!! This is how people gain a large amount of weight back and sometimes more than what they had to begin with!

Be smart, diet down on as high calories as possible to help preserve lean body mass 💪🏻 Refeeds are a beautiful tool to help try to control this hormonal fluctuation and create more sustainable results🙌🏻 (Bariatrics as of right now to my knowledge is the only way to bypass this hormonal response)

Du MUSST heute ins Training gehen! Kennst du jemanden der so denkt? . „Müssen“ auf keinen Fall! Viel eher solltest du dir die Frage stellen, ob es heute, morgen oder übermorgen mehr Sinn macht. .
Hierbei sind 2 Punkte besonders wichtig: .
Das wöchentliche Volumen:
Am Ende der Woche solltest du alle Sätze geschafft haben. Ob das nun Brust oder Rücken am Montag, Beine am Dienstag oder beides auf Mittwoch und Donnertag aufgeteilt ist, ist erstmal egal. Dein Muskel kennt keine Wochentage! Allerdings gibt es auch hier einen optimalen und weniger optimalen Weg, was zu Punkt 2 führt. .
Maximaler Performance in jedem Training:
Das bedeutet, dass du deine angestrebten Wiederholungen und Intensitäten innerhalb der Sätze schaffst. Im besten Falle dich sogar zum letzten Training steigern kannst. Schau also, dass du an diesen Tagen trainiert, an welchen du dich am stärksten fühlst und diese beiden Parameter bestmöglich einhalten kannst. .
Wieso komme ich auf dieses Thema?
Ich konnte gestern aufgrund eines neuen Tattoos nicht trainieren. Mein Restday hat sich also auf Montag verschoben, was es normalweise nie bei mir gibt … aber es ging halt nicht anders. Auch heute werde ich nur Beinbizeps und Waden trainieren um meinem Oberarm noch Pause zu geben. Auch könnte ich sicherlich nicht mit voller Leistung trainieren.
Die Übungen, welche ich heute neben den besagten noch machen müsste, habe ich bereits am Sonntag absolviert.

This morning I realized that I’ve done gym for seven years now, a lot have changed from the beginning.
First thing they started to ask was ”why are you doing this, what are you trying to prove?”
Now they’re asking ”how did you do all this, can you give me some advice”

You can tell that you’ve done something right if this sounds familiar💯
But just remember, keep doing your thing no matter what people say to you, stay strong and eventually they start to look up to you.✌🏼

Am Ende deines Lebens geht es eigentlich nur darum, so viele tolle Erfahrungen zu sammeln, wie möglich. Dafür muss man auch mal ein paar Dinge riskieren. Die schönsten Erfahrungen liegen nämlich meistens hinter den Türen 🚪 auf denen „kein Zutritt“ steht. ❌
Ich denke ihr wisst was ich damit meine...
Das Leben ist einfach viel zu kurz um ständig zurück zu stecken und Dinge nicht zu tun, die wir eigentlich gern tun würden. Also lasst uns dieses eine Leben wirklich leben!

INTENSIDAD, RIR Y FALLO TÉCNICO? 💥

🧠🤔 El RIR es hasta el fallo muscular o fallo técnico? Es algo que me preguntan bastante, y podemos ponernos a divagar sobre qué es el fallo muscular, si es que hay realmente varios tipos (concéntrico, excéntrico, el supuesto fallo técnico y 10 más…) Pero voy a aclarar esto breve y práctico:
.
💪😏 Si tu o un amigo cree que llega al fallo “técnico” antes que al fallo muscular (concéntrico), es decir, que te falla mucho la técnica antes que por el músculo que estás entrenando tienes varios problemas:
1️⃣ Tu técnica es muy mejorable y posiblemente sea muy mala, desde el inicio de la serie, al final sólo se incrementa.
.
2️⃣ La selección de ejercicios que estás haciendo para el grupo muscular que quieres estimular no sea la correc
.
3️⃣ Y por último, quizá no lo que tu creas que era RIR 0, no es realmente RIR 0, y toque aprender mejor a autorregular la intensidad. O que seas un bro y lo que llamas RIR 0 sea alcanzar tetania en el músculo, vomitar y hacer 16 repeticiones forzadas con 1/4 del ROM, que poco van a servir.
.
😏 También hay que entender que al final todos somos diferentes y no existe 1 única técnica perfecta que todo el mundo debería cumplir, como proponen los talibanes de la técnica, si no que va a haber ligeras variaciones entre personas. Seguro que te pasa que en algún ejercicio te sientes más cómodo que tus amigos con los codos ligeramente más altos o más bajos, juntando más o menos las manos, separando un poco al final, por lo que esas cosas que no sabes y que están ahí (como puede ser la inserción de un músculo o diferencias a nivel articular entre personas) también afectan.
