If you wait until the right time, or a less hectic time, or the right weather, day or mood, then you will never start. It is like removing a wax strip, you count till one then let it rip.
A healthy lifestyle is never easy, but just start, one small step, one new healthy habit, then once you have it down, you add the next. Before you know it, you are a healthy guru extrodanaire!

Here are 5 tips to get you started.
1. Try walking 10 000 steps a day, park on the other side of the mall, opt for steps instead of escalator etc.
2. Make a smoothie! This is a fabulous way to get in a lot of nutrients in a convenient yummy snack or alternative to breakfast. I even add some frozen zucchini and avo into my berry maca smoothies, it has a neutral taste and won't spoil your smoothie.
3. Try one vegetarian meal 3-4 nights of the week. Animal fat and protein can be very hard to digest, so opt for a nice vegetarian meal to up your veggie intake and to give your gut a break.
4. Take it easy on the stimulants! Smoking, caffeine and alcohol are stimulants that can push your already taxed adrenal glands over the edge. So if you are the coffee pot at your work, try decreasing your ceffeime intake to 100-300mg of caffeine a day.
5. Meditation. 🧘‍♀️ It takes 10minutes out of your day. Just start there.

In addition our teens and adults have a Stretch and Conditioning class at the same time from 10:00-11:00 followed by Aretuza’s Ballet from 11:00-12:30 for ages 13+🧡💙 .

Build out of the locker rooms continue, mirrors going up, and the new sound system is in place that will provide different music to four areas (front machine and free weight area, back area for functional training and classes, cardio room, and “the jungle” room).

Ter a compreensão dos movimentos corporais é muito importante para a prescrição do exercício.
Saber descrever e aplicar esses movimentos anatômicos no ponto de vista cinesilogico é crucial para equalizar o trabalho sendo imposto ao seu aluno e manter o equilíbrio corporal, preservando as curvaturas fisiológicas.

Para isso existem 03 planos: ➡️ SAGITAL (eixo latero-latetal): onde se realiza movimentos de flexão e extensão ➡️ FRONTAL (eixo antero-posterior): movimentos de adução e abdução ➡️ TRANSVERSAL (eixo longitudinal): movimento de adução e abdução horizontal e rotação interna e externa. 🔬 No grupo de estudo do @lepes.rp, eles trouxeram essa abordagem e fizeram análise de um modelo de treino "padrão" que encontramos nas academias, após a dissecação dos exercícios, chegamos a um resultado mostrando que ao final do programa de treinamento o aluno ficaria com sua postura comprometida (imagem a direita). Planejamento de treino é muito mais além da escolha dos exercícios, é saber analisar cada detalhe do seu aluno, dos movimentos dos exercícios e das variáveis que envolvem o treino.

Happiness is an inside job. I tend to be more on the pessimistic side sometimes, so I have to remind myself of that almost daily... Have to kick that "stinking thinking" to the curb pretty frequently. Perception creates our reality. If we change our perception, we can change our lives. This includes our perception of ourselves and what we're capable of. It's easy to fall into a trap that can keep us from progressing until we shift our perception to believing that we are capable of more. Happiness is such an important inside job. We owe it to ourselves and the people we love to put in the work.

Mini Bean and Cheese Ques. This recipe and all other recipes from this page are located on my website and can be found using the recipe index tab EDIT: At the time I posted this I assumed they would be freezer friendly and I just tested one out of the freezer and they are best when you wrap them in a wet paper towel before microwaving. I held a sheet of paper towel under the sink then rang it out a bit, wrapped the Ques inside and microwaved it for 15 seconds and it was best. I don’t recommend going straight from freezer to microwave. You’ll need the moisture. @themealprepmanual

I saw these lil corn tortillas in the store the other day and figured I could make something out of them to put in the freezer for a snack. These specific tortillas are from the brand Mission and are 3 inches in diameter. ⁣

If you have quick access to food you will be more likely to eat it. Keeping a freezer full of things to munch on when you’re hungry will keep you from ordering takeout or eating things that aren’t in line with your goals.
