So we have @ilchestercheese cheesy potato hash with leeks and @mayflowertastesgood curry sauce 🤤🤤 4 syns for the curry sauce, cheese as a HExA, potatoes are free and added some leeks in for SP.     Wczoraj byłam po raz pierwszy w życiu na Wieczorze Panieńskim! 👰🏼💎💍 Było super! 🤩 Dopisywała pogoda i humory ❤. Nawet mój kręgosłup dał mi trochę spokoju 😊. Było mnóstwo śmiechów, ale też trochę poważnych rozmów. Panna Młoda 👰🏼 wyglądała ślicznie ❤. Nie mogę się doczekać, by zobaczyć Ją w dniu ślubu ❤. W dodatku jadłyśmy najpyszniejszą pizzę na świecie ❤🍕!

    Chickpea Frittata with Cauliflower by @yummyyatra 😋 Who'd love a slice or two? Get the full recipe below! ​_
Ingredients:
1 cup chickpea/garbanzo bean flour (sifted) 
1 cup grated cauliflower (steamed)
2 green onions (finely chopped)
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne
1/2 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
1/4 cup fresh dill (finely chopped)
1/4 cup walnuts (coarsely)
1 1/4 cup of water
2 teaspoon black salt (kala namak)
2 tablespoons of barberry (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
🌱Preheat the oven to 350° F
🌱 In a large bowl, whisk the chickpea flour with the water to form a batter
🌱 Add all of the other ingredients (except the walnut & barberry, if you are using the barberry)
🌱 Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan, and top with the walnuts and barberry 🌱 Bake for 40-45 minutes
🌱 Remove carefully from the oven, and check with a toothpick if it is cooked. (You can do this by seeing if the toothpick comes out clean. If it is then it is cooked. If not, bake for an additional five minutes)
🌱 Let it cool for up to ten minutes and then transfer to a plate
🌱 Serve hot with some spicy sauce

    Last night Tom and I tried the new @pieminister patties, with mixed baked beans and spinach💚
.
Patties were definitely tasty! My favourite was the chana rana one, filled with spinach and chickpeas👌🏼 Glad we’ve still got more in the fridge to munch on😍

On a side note, the Sainsbury’s mixed baked beans are not as good as Tesco’s, lesson learnt😂
