    Continuing the #2yearsofLOST series with yet another super popular recipe— a Thai red curry from scratch. This delicious curry is sweet at first and spicy upon spreading over your mouth. The ingredients are easy to find (or better yet, replace with things that you find around you). The color isn’t as striking as restaurant bought curries because you rely on the color of the fresh chillies. If you still want that color, add a bit of tomato puree or dried red chillies! Link to the recipe in my bio💫
Image 2: Basic ingredients for a curry paste: garlic, lemongrass, galangal, red chillies, and kaffir lime leaves

Image 3: Blitz all the ingredients and add veggie oil to make everything cohesive 
Image 4: Basic ingredients for the curry. Chicken thighs, mushrooms, onions, carrots, and colourful peppers

Image 5: In some veggies oil and cook the tops of the chicken thighs. Don’t worry about cooking them through just get the skin crispy, cool for 10 minutes and slice. The insides of the chicken will cook in the curry later.

Image 6: In the same pan that you cooked the chicken, add onions, mushrooms, and carrots along with the paste. Cook until the paste has released its aromatics and the mushroom has wilted.

Image 7: Add coconut milk, peppers, and chicken. Cook on medium, covered for about 5 minutes or until the chicken has cooked through. This is where you add fish sauce, soy, tomato paste (optional), and brown sugar— all to taste. Serve with rice or quinoa!

    Bom dia! Este café gelado do @_the_coffee_ é uma das minhas melhores descobertas recentes por aqui ☀️. .

Ele se chama Black Citric e é preparado com espresso, gelo, tônica e syrup de toranja. É uma combinação bem simples, mas a mistura dos sabores é fantástica: doce, amargo, borbulhante... O sabor é um pouco viciante, tanto é que passei lá dois dias seguidos 🤷🏻‍♀️. .

A proposta do @_the_coffee_ é moderna e legal para quem quer pegar um café e sair andando. O espaço é um pequeno retângulo onde ficam somente os baristas (não há onde sentar) e os pedidos são feitos em um tablet no balcão. Aceitam pagamento somente no cartão, nada de cash. A única coisa da qual senti falta foi uma opção de leite vegetal. Se você é intolerante à lactose, eles oferecem o leite sem lactose. Mas se, como eu, não gostam do sabor do leite de 🐄, restam as opções sem leite. .

P.S.: Usei a geotag do The Coffee de Pinheiros, mas as fotos são da unidade da 📍R. Antônio Carlos 409, que não apareceu na lista de opções. .

    Our last time in @lasqala pour une pause goûter la semaine dernière... on a opté pour la formule goûter SQALA (hrira, msmen, beghrir, oeuf dure, boisson chaude et un cocktail spécial sqala) mais franchement l’endroit ne ressemblait pas à ce qu’on attendait 😞 et c’est pas un coin à refaire car c'était notre déception pour ce summer.

    Homemade blueberry blackberry sauce. Add a handful of blueberries and blackberries to the pan, add water and a few tablespoons of sugar. Let this boil and mash the berries as it cooks. Let it reduce and thicken. I strained it too, and took a tiny dollop of seeds to add to top. This will keep a few days in frig. It’s sooo yummy!!! Add to yogurt or cottage cheese or even cake. ❤️ #recipes #healthyrecipes #TODAYbreakfast #backtoschool

🗯1 ملعقة صغيرة كريمة حامضة

.بذور السمسم أو الخشاش أو كليهما🤛🤜

.الطريقة:🌷
🌳نخلط جميع المكونات الجافة ونضيف الماء الدافىء ونعجن جيداً إلى أن نصل للقوام الناعم
.نضيف الزيت في النهاية ونعجن بضع دقائق
🌳نلف العجينة باستخدام بطانية دافئة ونتركها تختمر
.

🌳 بعد أن تختمر نقسم العجينة إلى 4 أجزاء.
.
.🌳وضعنا في صينية الخبز جزأين👈 .🌳نغطي بمنشفة المطبخ ونترك العجين ليرتفع مرة أخرى .

🌳بعد ذلك ، نمزج البيض مع الكريما الحامضة وندهن كرات العجين.
.
🌳باستخدام أصابعكم ، نفرد العجين  ويرش  بالسمسم وبذور الخشخاش إذا رغبتم في ذلك.

🌳تخبز في حرارة  200 درجة
. 
يستغرق الخبز  15 دقيقة بالضبط ،

    [S A V E] Selama ini hanya bertahan pada 1 brand aja kalau untuk urusan GELATO. But not today, another delicious gelato finding di daerah Kuta. Namanya @icelab_bali yang uda beroperasi selama 5 tahun. Wondering why kenapa nggak dari dulu aja uda cobain French Gelato mereka. Level sugar juga benar dijaga biar nggak berlebihan mendominasi base flavor nya. Very light dan smooth. Kalau disuruh milih antara yang milky atau sorbet, gua pasti milih keduanya. Selain gelato, mereka juga produce JAM yang wajib kalian coba. Anyway, diceritain ownernya yang juga Orang Prancis, ternyata mereka juga supply gelato ke beberapa hotel dan cafe di Bali. Mostly brand ternama seperti Sofitel, LeMeridien, Motel Mexicola, Kynd Community dan masih banyak lagi. Pas ditanya kapan sih expand ke Jakarta, katanya sesegera mungkin. Tapi dalam waktu dekat, mereka bakal expand ke Malaysia dulu 🍦🍦
