Have you ever been to a party sober?🍹 Yesterday as you might have seen from my story, I was nervous about being sober at a party since because of my challenge I’m not drinking alcohol for 75 days. It went great though and started to question why I even drink at a first place, because I clearly didn’t need to. .
So I googled some health benefits with not drinking alcohol, and what happens with your body when you don’t drink for 30 Days!😱
1️⃣ Save That Liver. Especially if you drink more than two drinks a day for men and more than one per day for women, being away from alcohol for 30 days can really heal your liver back to normal instead of giving you things like inflammation.
2️⃣ Boost Your Brain. By not drinking excessively (especially when you’re under 21 years old), you can avoid memory loss and interference with your brain development.
3️⃣ Drink in moderation. Base line with alcohol is always to drink with moderation (up to one drink per day for women and two for men), alcohol can have some benefits with increasing good cholesterol IF you drink with moderation. .
And biggest bottom line, always be save.💗

I’ve gone through A LOT of booty bands in the last year. To find something latex free and durable was a task. Then @buffbunny_collection released fabric bands that actually give you great resistance! The start of this year has been WILD, so many unexpected things have happened both good and bad, I’ve been out of the gym more then in it. But that’s just the way life goes sometimes! 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve been really focusing on allowing myself to just be where I’m at, and that’s been an amazing mental switch. In the past it didn’t matter how tired or sick or hurt I was I would just push through and go about life as normal, and honestly that kind of mindset does more harm then good! .

What’s your biggest challenge with fitness? Is it keeping your diet? Keeping your training routine? Or something else entirely! What is your challenge?

Mine has and will probably always be that I’m not eating enough 😟. I’m a person that if I don’t feel an appetite I can literally not eat. It just won’t happen. I could never eat the same thing for multiple days either, like people can eat chicken and rice for months I mean I wouldn’t even dream of it. I have had to LEARN to do meal prep and actually eat it because I get so tired of the food that I just won’t make it.😂

Feeling like to most spoiled brat in the world writing this when other people don’t even have food, BUT not eating enough is just as big of a challenge as trying to lose weight, and I know that many are on the same journey as me so I thought I would share some of my best tips that I have learned!😌
1️⃣ ALWAYS have food at home that you enjoy. I have super cereal with LOTS of sugar in it, I have cinnamon buns, I have avocado, ham, pasta, everything that I love but before I might have thought that omg I can’t eat this because it’s not healthy. Bye to that, eat whatever because you need to.
2️⃣ Never ignore your appetite. I can feel 1/10 hungry and ignore it for hours without problem, learn from me and DON’T do that! As soon as you feel just a little appetite. Take the chance and eat! You never know when it might come around again.
3️⃣ Time your meals. If you have a real issue getting food down and having a routine to it. Set the alarm for 3-4 hours and every time it goes off it’s time to eat. It can be a good way to learn your mind and body to signal that now we want to eat!!!🍏🍏🍏

4️⃣ Also every time you eat, eat meals that have protein carbs & fat in. Don’t just eat sweets all day because you want to get the calories in, actually eat food.
