Coaching isn’t easy.

You need to have specific qualities if you want to coach people and get RESULTS.

People coach, but not everyone can DELIVER the end result.

I have always been that person who leads others.

Ask my husband.

Ask my friends.

Ask my family.

Ask you my dog 🤪. It came naturally to me without wanting anything in return.

I read, study and listen every damn day to educate myself to give my clients every tool and resource they need to see results.

I’m compassionate and a good listener.

I understand people’s problems.
I’ve suffered A LOT through my lifetime too, so I relate.

Seeing results keeps me driven.

Seeing results makes me happy.

Happier than seeing bank balance grow.. I want results.

That’s my goal, always.

I blame myself if a client fails.

I question myself what I could have done better.

Even though I gave them everything they needed.

I’m not afraid to speak my mind.. If I don’t think I can change your ways, I’ll tell you.

In fact.. I turned someone away this week.

Their ‘why’ wasn’t big enough.

They didn’t want to listen to my advice.

They wanted to continue doing things their way.

How can I coach someone who isn’t ready.

If you aren’t ready to change and learn how to do things properly and sustainably its not going to work.

I give you 10 x more value than I receive in money.

That’s my motto.

This little activity will challenge your lower body coordination as well as your core strength. It’s simple: just pick up the bag only using your feet and see what you can do with it. I used to try doing this type of thing with a #bulgarianbag but it was too easy and kinda dumb. As usual, the water adds a whole new element. ⠀⠀ If you’re cool like me and you own one of these hybrid, state of the art, human sharpeners; please give this a try! The only impossible journey is the one you never begin. So many people I coach struggle to get started. They fear it not working out or not being good enough. My response is - what needs to happen for you to wake up ‘feeling good enough’? There is always silence - because there is no answer. Only you can choose when you feel good enough, and you can choose to feel this way right now if you let yourself 🙏🏻

Obviously I believe it, cuz I freakin' did it, but it's crazy to look back at where I was now that a decent amount of time has passed. Aí você treina as variáveis de execução dos movimentos. 😃⠀

No vídeo uma das formas de fazer o RING MU, explodindo mais o quadril e já caindo lá em cima. É a única que existe? Não!⠀

Mas é importante ter essa flexibilidade, pois as vezes pode ser vantajoso usar a técnica X à Y, e você estará preparado para todas as possibilidades. ⠀

Esta forma de MU é mais explosiva. Algumas pessoas sentem que a frequência cardíaca sobe mais, entretanto, poupa-se os tríceps. Particularmente, não sei se me desgastou mais.... Preciso fazer uma sequência maior pra dizer 😜⠀

When fat loss is the goal, is it better to do cardio or lift weights?

The answer most of the time will be some combination of both with a greater emphasis on lifting weights. Lifting weights will ensure that your building muscle (or at least retaining it) while losing fat. What will make you lose the fat is eating less than you need to maintain your weight, a calorie deficit. Cardio would pretty much be the icing on the cake, this will add to the amount of daily/weekly activity you have done. An example week of training for fat loss may look something like this: ▶Lift weights 3-5x a week ▶Cardio 2-3x a week for 20-30 minutes ▶Cardio days should (preferably) be after the weight lifting session or on days off

Building muscle and keeping it is important for general health (bone density, higher energy levels, posture, etc) and you will burn more calories while resting just because you have more muscle on you. This could be helpful when it comes to keeping the fat off, you will be able to eat slightly more and still maintain your weight.

This picture is from October 2018 where I had just ended a minicut. I weighed 200 pounds here, and I'm currently about 11 pounds heavier at the moment. Again, all the training and cardio in the world won't help you lose fat if your not in a calorie deficit, this is KEY. Today’s day off work consisted of : ⠀

- lying in bed until 10.30am⠀
- catching up on love island ⠀

This is not like me as I am always busy! However, sometimes it’s okay to do nothing, take a break and reward yourself for your hard work! ⠀

(No I did not spend my day of doing nothing in my gym gear) I’m off to the gym to do a lil push session 👊🏼
