A lot more energy, a lot more body and a waaaay better workout 😍💪 .
Some big deadlifts going down tonight, using a new good grippy bar that should add a few kilos onto my lifts 😈🙌 .
It’s not every day you see the wins, but it takes every day being consistent towards your goals to get those wins 💪💜 . At the moment I’m getting back on track with eating better for strength and feel, instead of just aesthetics and fat loss. I’m lifting my heaviest right now, and THAT is the best feeling to me! More than a having abs🤷‍♀️😅 .

Since tomorrow is “International Chest Day” I @Paul mitchell1818 thought I would post one of my favorite Incline Chest exercises. This has become an exercise that I like throwing into the mix on Chest Day from time to time, Close Reverse Grip Presses on the incline Smith Machine. Life’s been in the way, so I must admit I haven’t been as consistent as I would like to be with my workouts.

This week has been my first proper week back and I’m loving it, but my whole body’s in pain now😭😩🤕

Things take time and consistency. You must put energy, hard work, knowledge, discipline, habit, and belief in yourself to see results.
If you are not seeing the results you are after in the gym, there are alot of different reasons that could be the reason why.

NUTRITION- Perhaps your too worried about being too lean and looking good all year that your not fuelling your body and getting fluffy on off season for the best chance to grow. Maybe you do too many mini cuts instead of focusing on a longer timeframe bulk to put in maximum effort and receive maximum results.

INTENSITY- Are you working on progressive overload, are you remembering to try and reach a heavier weight, or more reps, or a better mind and muscle connection. Are you working till failure? Are you thinking about what your doing and giving your maximum effort?
SLEEP AND RECOVERY- More is not always better, my five day a week training schedule allows me to have two rest days, push harder on the days im in the gym, lift heavier, recover better, and sleep more.
TIMING- The gym is definitely a great place to socialize aswell as work out, we meet great like minded people with similar goals, knowledge, eating habits etc. But maybe your a peak hour trainer? Maybe you leave and think "i probably could have worked harder and talked less"
Do that 50 times out of your 300 sessions a year, and that will add up, this will hinder your result. If your serious about change and results, headphones in, head down, bum up. Maybe get up earlier, or train a bit later, or get into the gym when it's going to benefit you more.
