A začneme tím nejpodstatnějším a to je tvarování zadečku 🍑
• při SPRÁVNĚ PROVEDENÉM dřepu zapojíte komplexně celý hýžďový sval a když přidáte závaží s nižším počtem opakování, efekt je ještě větší 🏋🏽‍♀️
• posilujete motoriku a střed těla, jste totiž nuceny neustále vyrovnávat balanc, přidávám ještě malý ďábelský tip a to dřep na obráceném bosu 🔥
• zlepšujete si fyzičku a výdrž • samy si korigujete zda zacílíte vnitřní strany stehen (sumo dřepy) nebo jestli chcete cílit spíše zadek • nohy u dřepu také nezůstávají bez zátěže! Takže posilujete krásně celou spodní polovinu těla 💪🏼

AT HOME GLUTES WORKOUT.
(Filmed pre pregnancy obv). Here is a quick workout you can do, with or without a band, but a band will add A LOT to the workout.

Note the high reps but be sure to focus on form throughout.

BANDED HIP THRUSTS x20. Keep chin nodded and don’t over arch the low back. Keep pressure out into band the whole time.

ABDUCTIONS x 20. Keep hips level throughout.

FOOT ELEVATED SPLIT SQUATS x 10-15 R/L. Keep a slight forward lean to emphasis glutes.

SIDE STEPS x 20. Keep tension in the band.

LEG LIFTS x 20 R/L. Point toes down to target the glute medius.

Save it, try it, let me know how it goes.

it’s a bad day- not a bad life. - kennen wir alle oder? Diese Tage, vielleicht auch Wochen, in denen einfach nichts klappt, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.
Eine Herausforderung jagt die nächste.
Wir sind gerade mit einem Problem durch, denken wir haben jetzt wieder etwas Ruhe - und schon tauchen neue Probleme und Sorgen auf. Die Folge : Wir werden antriebslos, müde und wissen nicht wo uns der Kopf steht. Denken wir sind alleine mit unseren Sorgen. Alle anderen sind ja so glücklich. Bei anderen läuft eh alles perfekt. Lass dir sagen. Nein. Jeder hat schlechte Phasen. Es kann nicht immer nur bergauf gehen. Wir brauchen auch diese negativen Phasen, um aus ihnen zu lernen und stärker aus ihnen hervorzuheben.
Egal welche Phase des Berges ⛰ du gerade durchlebst. Denk dran. Nach einem Regen 🌧 kommt auch wieder ein Sonnenschein 🌞. Happy Saturday ❤️
