    MY CONNECTOME!

You’ve probably heard the buzz about “mapping the human connectome.” That refers to scientists’ effort to figure out the wiring diagram of the human brain. But, you might ask: *why* do we want a wiring diagram?

Well, it turns out that our brain’s wiring can change pretty dramatically as a result of brain damage or disease, and the extent of the change depends on where in the connectome the damage happens. For example, damage to a region with a lot of connections (i.e., a “hub” in the connectome) will cause more drastic changes to the brain than would damage to a less connected region.

But even on a basic theoretical level, understanding the wiring diagram of the human brain can help us understand how the brain can process so many different information streams at once - how different senses, thoughts, and memories come together to make *you*. Who knows what technological applications that knowledge could have!

So - what’s all the fuss with “mapping the human brain” about if you’re seeing my connectome right here? Well, the technique used to get this image, called diffusion tractography, can only pick up on the *really* big bundles of wires that crisscross the whole brain. What’s missing are the wires that connect neighboring cells together, which are *way* too small for this scan to detect. In other words, this connectome is incomplete.

But, through advances in imaging technology, together with clever cross-species analyses, we’re slowly piecing together the wiring diagram of the human brain. The future of neuroscience is looking bright 😁

    When I was about 9 years old, I was obsessed with remote viewing. After I got bored of playing with hypnosis and past life regressions, I wanted to transcend some other “boundary” of the human consciousness.⠀

I attribute my present expansion of consciousness to many of the things I did since I was a child to prove to myself that boundaries were not real, and that someone had implanted  in us these perceptions to see if we could defeat them.⠀
⠀
If you defeat your deepest rooted perceptions, perhaps you can begin to see the tip of the iceberg of what is really possible.⠀
⠀
The problem is when you don’t question or challenge your own perception, that’s a sign of a conformist mind, of a not stimulated mind.⠀
⠀
You want to stimulate your mind so much that everything becomes questionable, everything becomes obsolete; and that’s when you open up to a whole new realm of possibilities.⠀
⠀
Detach from your perception to expand your consciousness, detach yourself from your identity to become consciousness.⠀

    The next big step in mankind evolution (maybe the ultimate one) is the emergence of a Super Artificial Intelligence. Before that moment other events will happen. Humans have developed magical technology however there are not changes in our biological setup. Even for communicate each other we use EXTREMELY SLOW ways as talking, writing, etc. Connections brain-machine and brain-machine-brain will: 1.) Boost the speed of information. 2.) Open the door to another level of use of the brain: sharing feelings, instant knowledge or using other humans senses as they were yours. 3.) As a future interface human-AI. 
I could imagine a scenario where eventually brains are connected each other and also connected to an AI. In this case brains are just like neurons in a new super brain. I guess that new entity will want to explore outside and establish connection with other intelligences. It looks like brain was designed to play with other brains.

Als ich das Päckchen geöffnet habe, war ich von der äußerst hochwertigen Verpackung (nachhaltig, plastikfrei!) und dem edlen Design der zwei Produkte sehr beeindruckt. Mir war gleich klar, dass ich da zwei Nahrungsergänzungsmittel in bester Qualität in der Hand halte. 
Diese Produkte sind total passend für mich. Aufgrund meines Traumas komme ich abends schlecht zur Ruhe und ich schlafe deshalb nicht besonders. Am Tag fehlt es mir oft an Konzentration und Energie.

Diese Kapseln können mich nun unterstützen, mehr Balance zu finden. Die Rezepturen beider Produkte ergänzen sich und harmonieren miteinander.

Creation nimmt man am Tag für mehr Energie und weniger Anspannung, um seine Aufgaben besser zu meistern. Peace nimmt man dagegen am Abend, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und erholsam zu schlafen. Die Inhaltsstoffe sind rein natürlich. Die Kapseln sind vegan, ohne Zucker, glutenfrei, laktosefrei und ohne Zucker.

Comparison and Competition both originate in the habitual, subconscious mind. 
They are the results of low self worth programming, lack beliefs, and not loving and approving of ourselves

Thinking positive, using affirmations, reading books, or talk therapy unfortunately does not touch this part of our mind
❤️
It only touches the 5% of our mind we are aware of, and can bring awareness to the habitual mind. So perhaps you are aware of your lack and fear mentality, are aware when you are competing and comparing, and can’t seem to make it stop, and feel deflated about it

That’s where we want to look at that habitual mind, the 95% that we call subconscious

Subconscious methods include NLP, EMDR, Hypnosis, and the most efficient and fastest way; Psych-K

    Dzisiaj przychodzę do Was z tym o co dostałam prośby. Tzn. recenzja kursu od @bluekangaroo „Kurs Efektywnej Nauki”. Na wstępie zaznaczam, że nie jest to recenzja sponsorowana. Kurs zakupiłam z własnych pieniędzy 😉 
No więc do rzeczy. Kupujemy kurs i co? I pojawia nam się dostęp do platformy, na której umieszczone są filmiki w czterech modułach. Pierwszy moduł jest bardzo neutralny i podstawowy. Trzeci jest skupiony na konkretnych problemach. Czwarty to wisienka na torcie i coś co pomoże nam się mniej stresować, rozwijać mózg, uczyć się już na zajęciach.
Każdy moduł składa się z lekcji w których dostajemy zarówno filmiki, jak i przepiękne mapy myśli, które możecie zobaczyć na zdjęciu. Jeśli uważnie wsłuchamy się w lekcję, mapa myśli będzie bardzo intuicyjna. Każda lekcja porusza inny problem, jest o rozgrzewce 🧠, o sposobach nauki czy o powtórkach i o wszystkim co wymieniłam wyżej. Wszystko w łatwy, przyjemny i przystępny sposób. Jedyne co mi dało się we znaki to to na co sama @blue.kangaroo zwróciła uwagę przy którymś filmiku, filmiki są troszkę sztuczne, sztywne siedzenie przy stole i artykulacja niczym profesor polonistyki, ale wiadomo, że było się czym stresować i były to pierwsze filmiki. Dodatkowo dostajemy trzy plakaty i tablicę śledzenia wyników naszych prób i błędów. Wszystko w jednym miejscu. Fajnie by było jakby po każdej lekcji było jasne zadanie domowe, wypunktowane w osobnym pliku 🤔 taka mini To Do List (ale to już taki szczegół). I już ostatnia rzecz to to co bardzo mi się spodobało. Dostajemy dostęp do platformy i na początku tylko do kilku filmików! Stopniowo pojawiają się kolejne. Wszystko przemyślane tak, żeby ostudzić zapał tych którzy chcieliby od razu obejrzeć wszystkie filmiki (bo wiadomo słomiany zapał szybko się kończy).

    Thujone is a monoterpene with a menthol odour. It is naturally found in a number of plants 🌱, including arborvitae, some junipers, oregano, sage, mint and wormwood. Thujone in its pure form is considered to be convulsant, and can cause seizures, due to its interactions with the important neurotransmitter 🧠 GABA. It can cause stimulating, mood-elevating effects at low doses. Thujone is most famous for being a compound in the spirit 🍸 absinthe.
