Buongiorno!! Ieri avevo il forno accesso e ho pensato di fare dei muffin, ebbene ho provato una ricetta di @giuseppe_healthy trovata su Pinterest, ho variato qualcosa... Il gusto mi è piaciuto, la consistenza un po' meno, forse dovevano cuocere un po'di più... Non sono mai soffici come vorrei.
Vi lascio comunque la ricetta..👇🏻
🔸120 gr di farina integrale, un uovo, un cucchiaino di miele, una carota, mezza arancia frullata con la buccia e il succo dell'altra mezza, mezza bustina di lievito, acqua o latte per aggiustare l'impasto di consistenza, poi in forno a 180/200.

Placki z bananów. Kiedy masz 10 minut i chcesz zaserwować coś bardziej oryginalnego niż po prostu banan 🙈. I wtedy takiego ów banana (sztuk mniejszych 3) wraz z jajkiem (sztuk mniejszych 2) i odrobiną mąki (łyżki 2) blendujesz na gładką masę. Ciasto gotowe! Smażyć można na oleju LUB CO BARDZO POLECAM - zamiast oleju na patelnię dodaj do ciasta rozpuszczone masło (2 łyżki). Placki będą jeszcze smaczniejsze, nie będą ociekały tłuszczem no i nie będzie trzeba uważać na pryskający olej. Smacznego 😌 U nas dziś dzień zapowiada się bardzo intensywnie... jestem też w trakcie tworzenia nowego postu z inspiracją dla domu/mieszkania, jak czas pozwoli to jeszcze dziś go opublikuję :) Tymczasem miłego dnia mimo tych egipskich ciemności za oknem 😅

Cabbage rice

Ingredients:

Cabbage - 1 cup chopped
Rice -1 cup
Tomato -1 small
Onion -1 small
Green mirchi -2
Garam masala -1 tsp
Turmeric -1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste -3/4 tsp
Salt -1/4 tsp
Oil -3 tsp
Water -3 cup
Mustard seeds -1/4 tsp
Jeera -1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves -little ( I didn't use as I didn't had the stock)

Preparation: ❤️ Firstly chop cabbage , tomato , onion into lengthwise, slit the green chilli and keep it aside
❤️ Wash the rice and keep aside
❤️Now to a pressure cooker put 3 tsp oil, add in mustard seeds , jeera , when mustard seeds splutters add onion , fry until it turn translucent, then add tomato and green chilli when the tomato turns mushy add 1 tsp of gram masala, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 3/4 tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute well for a 30 seconds
❤️Then add chopped cabbage , saute for a while , then pour 3 cups of water , add in 1 cup of washed rice and add 3/4 tsp of salt and mix well
❤️ Pressure cook it for 2 whistles
❤️Garnish the cabbage rice with coriander leaves and enjoy.

Mein Mann (@livojo) kam auf die super Idee, für die Kinder und uns ein Blech voll Milchbrötchen zu backen 🤗😊 die waren wirklich lecker! Riesig, fluffig und mit Suchtfaktor 😎
Das #rezept hat er sich bei lecker.de rausgesucht

Für 12 Milchbrötchen benötigt ihr; ➡️ 200 ml Milch, einen Würfel Hefe, 500g Mehl, 70g Zucker, etwas Salz, zwei Eier und 100g weiche Butter
➡️ 200 ml Milch lauwarm erwärmen ➡️ 50 ml lauwarme Milch in eine Schüssel geben ➡️ Hefe hineinbröckeln und glatt rühren ➡️ Mehl, Zucker und Salz in einer Schüssel vermengen und in die Mitte eine Mulde drücken ➡️ Hefemilch in die Mitte geben und mit etwas Mehl vom Rand verrühren. Zugedeckt ca. 15 Minuten gehen lassen ➡️ Eier, Butter und übrige Milch zugeben und zu einem glatten Teig verkneten ➡️ Hefeteig zugedeckt ca. 1 Stunde an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen ➡️ Hefeteig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfläche kurz verkneten und in 12 Stücke teilen ➡️ Teigstücke zu kleinen runden Brötchen formen ➡️ Brötchen dicht nebeneinander auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und nochmals ca. 30 Minuten zugedeckt gehen lassen ➡️ Eigelb mit 2 EL Milch verquirlen ➡️ die Brötchen damit bestreichen ➡️ im vorgeheizten Backofen, Umluft: 175 °C, 10–13 Minuten goldbraun backen

☕️Breakfast Recipe☕️⁣

This is a easy to make granola that is so yummy and doesn’t taste sugary like the shop brought ones due to the only sugar additive being maple syrup and the chocolate and cherries. ⁣

It is also a breakfast that keeps you full for a long time up until lunch ⁣

This recipe is a great recipe to make the base of a granola with is easily becoming none chocolate by not adding cocoa powder and you adding any bits you want to at the end once the oats have baked! ⁣

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION: ⁣
This has been hard to workout due to not fully knowing how much I have made (broken scales... hence the cup measurements) but the original recipe I went off and changed a fair bit said it should make around 540g of oats so going off of that serving amount: ⁣

30g Serving would have: ⁣
Calories: 223⁣
Carbs:23.2g⁣
Fat: 8.9g⁣

Blueberry pancake porridge for breakfast 💜

Recipe 💜
Add 1/2 cup oats to saucepan with 15g chopped dates and 1/2 cup boiled hot water. Leave to soak for 5 mins.
Add to pan 3/4 cup plant milk (I used almond), 10g ground almonds, 5g chia seeds, a splash of vanilla extract, and 80g frozen blueberries. Heat until creamy, using wooden spoon to crush the blueberries gently so they release their juice and make the porridge purple.
Top with extra blueberries and drizzle with maple syrup (hence the 'pancake' flavour). Enjoy 🌱

È bellissimo prendersi del tempo per fare colazione al bar, non è vero ? È una delle cose che preferisco, in questo modo tutta la giornata avrà un corso diverso . In una città come #milano veniamo sempre sopraffatti da mille impegni , bombardati da tantissimi input quindi,credo, sia fondamentale riscoprire il valore di piccole coccole come questa .

Buenos días 🙂🙂🙂🙂 de mitad de semana ya ... y hoy a salido el sol 🌞🌞🌞🌞menos mal 😁😁😁 y hoy me he preparado un súper BOWL de queso cottage, yogurt griego, semillas de chia (la cual las he hidratado con agua ) y frutas "muchas" fresas 🍓🍓🍓, arándanos, frambuesas , kiwi 🥝🥝, mantequilla de cacahuete 🥜🥜🥜, coco rallado y un poquito de sirope de agave.... la verdad es la primera que lo preparo de esta manera 😉😉😉😉 y me ha encantado 😍😍😍 la mezcla del queso , la chia y el yogurt... muy bueno 😋😋😋😋

What are you having for breakfast today? Because if it was I competition, I think I’m WINNING
I got a lot of chocolate out drink for a very cheap price, and basically had no idea of what to with all of it, but me and the milk are getting along great and I’m going to miss it when it’s gone
Recipe:
1dl aquafaba
2,5dl flour
2dl oat milk with chocolate flavour
2tbls baking powder
Salt
Whisk the aquafaba to a fluff, add oat drink, flour, salt and baking powder. Fry in milk free margarine 🥞🥞🥞🥞

After eating cereal/toast for breakfast do you ever consider why you are hungry again at 10am? It’s because the carbs raise your blood sugar, then you get the crash a few hours later and the hunger signal kicks in. Wild fluctuations in your blood sugar eventually cause diabetes - that is why we now have an epidemic on our hands!

Eat something more satiating like the humble #omelette 🙂

Wasn’t quite prepared this morning, but with plenty of ingredients to play with, this will keep me going for the day.

It’s keto/carnivore, but has plenty of fat in there for energy.

Chicken breast - not particularly carnivore as it’s too lean, but I’ve included streaky bacon, 3 eggs, lashings of double cream, cheddar cheese and salt. That should do the trick! 😁

Breaking the habit of 3 meals and day and cereal/toast for breakfast does take some practice, but when you’re free from that mindset, your options open up and you have a wide range of food available to you that will sustain you well into the afternoon.

when you haven’t had time to grocery shop, a well stocked pantry/freezer is key to set you up for healthy eating success. i got back from boston around 10pm last night so leaned on what i already had around for breakfast this morning. // overnight muesli made with plain kefir and chia seeds, topped with frozen (thawed) raspberries, plus a @sevensundaysmn nut, seed, coconut, and dried fruit blend plus a little extra coconut and pumpkin seeds. #easybreakfast #pantrystaples #breakfastideas

How about this Fullness hack!! Simple ways to keep you satisfied for longer whilst a sustainable minor deficit in calories.

Instead of the breakfast on the left - with no fat & very minimal protein.
👉🏼Just make the simple swap of 1/2 a cup of oatmeal (instead of a full cup) and adding a Tablespoon of peanut or almond butter 🍯 or raw nuts.

Additionally, if you want more protein add whey or a plant based alternative into the mix which is what I would typically do if I wanted oats.
The oatmeal here in cups is in dry amounts (so 1 cup dry vs. 1/2 a cup dry) - when you cook oatmeal the volume doubles, so don’t worry that you’re not getting enough food!

This morning I made myself this heart warming Cardamom Tahini Oatmeal topped with banana slices, organic blueberries and strawberries, cocoa nibs and a pool of creamy almond butter with date syrup. Grab the recipe below.
Ingredients:
Makes 3 servings
1 cup of organic oatmeal. I used @coachsoats brand.
2 cups of water
1 cup of oat milk
1 tsp of cardamom
2 tsp of tahini
Splash of Rose water (optional)
Bring water to boil. Add oats, tahini, cardamom. Reduce heat to medium boil. Cook for 2 min then add the oat milk. Cook for another 3 min stirring occasionally. Add the rose water, remove from heat and let it stand for 1 min before serving. Top your oatmeal with the generous dollop of almond butter drizzled with date or maple syrup, bananas, berries.
