    Heavy metal detox:

Heavy metal contamination is ubiquitous in this world today and ever more increasing as shown through lab tests in our soil, water supplies, & in the air, ultimately ending up in YOU via the food we eat. This is unfortunate, because accumulated heavy metals in the body have shown to be directly related to the onset of alz-heimers and demen-tia. 1. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil, and then fry the chicken with the salt and pepper until golden and cooked through.⁣
2. Remove the chicken from the pan, then add the chopped onion, peppers, and garlic, cook until softened.⁣
3. Pour in the chicken broth, lime juice, black beans, chopped tomatoes, rice, salt, and pepper.⁣
4. Reduce the heat to medium, place the lid on the saucepan, and simmer for 10-15 mins until the rice is tender.⁣
5. Add the chicken back to the pan along with the chopped cilantro and stir to combine.⁣
6. Serve with a wedge of lime and plenty of cilantro.⁣
