    The Split Day 2: 125lb incline db for 14 reps

So two cardio days in a row after day 7 on week seven (arms). That makes an 8 day split for wk 7 and sets up wk 8 with Day 1 as cardio (don't forget core!). Day 2 was chest. I usually do 7 or 8 day splits and never plan em just follow some basic rules. I'm gonna post week 8 now just to give a different (yet similar) example to wk 7.

Found myself 60 miles north of home at 6am before a business mtg. Found a gym. I paid the guy at the front desk, and proceeded to get stronger...well...leaner, which for now means stronger! In deficit I will get to the gym, break a quick sweat with light cardio, then give it absolute hell for the first couple exercises. As the glycogen starts to run out, I switch to flexing, stretching, and gettn a solid pump before leavin the gym! Cardio at the end depleted to burn fat. Hope yallz killin it out there!!

    Mushroom Zucchini Lasagna Rolls 🍄🤩😋 @cleanfoodcrush⁠

Ingredients:⁠
4 large zucchini thinly sliced lengthwise (I used a mandoline)⁠
⁠
1 Tbsp olive oil for brushing + 1 additional Tablespoon for sautéing⁠
1 small sweet yellow onion, finely diced⁠
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced⁠
8 oz fresh mushrooms, chopped well⁠
1 tsp dry Italian seasoning⁠
16 ounces high quality marinara sauce⁠(low carb)
sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste⁠
1/3 cup organic ricotta⁠
1 free range egg⁠
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese⁠
a handful or fresh parsley, finely chopped⁠
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀 .⁠
Instructions:⁠
* Preheat your oven to 375 degrees f. and line a baking tray with parchment paper.⁠
* Lay out the zucchini strips on a large cutting board, lightly sprinkle with sea salt and pepper and very lightly brush with 1 Tablespoon of oil.⁠
* Bake strips in your preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly tender and easy to roll. Allow them to cool until ready to handle.⁠
* Meanwhile, add remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.⁠
* Add in the onions, mushrooms, Italian seasonings and cook for 4-5 minutes.⁠
* Stir in 3/4 of the marinara sauce and simmer your mushroom sauce for about 4 minutes, or until slightly reduced.⁠
* In a medium bowl add ricotta, parmesan cheese, the egg and a tiny pinch of sea salt + pepper, and fresh chopped parsley. Stir well to combine everything.⁠
* Use a 9×13″ casserole dish or an ovenproof cast iron skillet and spread remaining marinara sauce on the bottom.⁠
* To assemble the zucchini rolls, lay out one zucchini slice on a cutting board. Spread about 2 spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture over the top, then a spoonful of mushroom sauce mix.⁠
* Carefully roll up each zucchini after filling, and place in the prepared baking dish. Repeat with the remaining slices.⁠
* Pour any remaining mushroom marinara sauce over top.⁠

%70 kakaolu bitter çikolata ve biraz süt

Yapılışı;
1-) Alt tabanı hamur kıvamına gelene kadar rondodan geçirin ve buzlukta dinlendirin.

2-) Orta kısmı icin kuru meyveleri doğrayın ve robota atın. Robota su ilave etmeyi unutmayın. Karışım karamel gibi hafif akışkan ama sulu olmamalı. Son olarak çiğ antepleri ekleyin ve çok az daha döndürün.

3-) Çikolataları mikrodalgada veya ben mari usulü eritin.

4-) Soğumuş alt taban üstüne, orta karışımı ekleyin ve erimiş çikolataya ekleyin.

🔴Here is how you can make about 3 servings:⁠

1.Season 1 pound of boneless lamb with a lemon pepper seasoning, juice of 1/2 lemon, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. I used Sadaf, but you can use whatever brand you’d like. Let sit for a few minutes, or if you have time, marinate overnight.⁠
.⁠
2.While the meat is sitting, get your veggie/salad base ready. I started with a bag of broccoli slaw that I dressed with a tahini dressing. To make the dressing, I used 2 tablespoons tahini, juice from 1/2 lemon, sea salt, and 1 tsp freshly minced garlic. Mix everything together, then taste. You’ll have to add more tahini/lemon/salt based on your preference if you’d like. Then just toss with your broccoli slaw.⁠

3.Once I was ready to make the lamb, I got a pan ready on medium heat, tossed in 1 tablespoon of oil, and put the lamb in for about 5 minutes per side. These take about 10-15 minutes. Cook until they are no longer pink. Alternatively, you can grill these. Extra bonus points x 1000 if you use a charcoal grill. I didnt have time today.⁠

4.Then I started plating everything. I put the lamb on top of the broccoli slaw, added 1 sliced Persian cucumbers, some cherry tomatoes, and some herbs. I also added 1.5 tablespoon of baba ghanoush that I dressed with some sumac and minced garlic.⁠

    🔴Here is how you can make about 3 servings:⁠
    .⁠
    1.Season 1 pound of boneless lamb with a lemon pepper seasoning, juice of 1/2 lemon, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. I used Sadaf, but you can use whatever brand you’d like. Let sit for a few minutes, or if you have time, marinate overnight.⁠
    .⁠
    2.While the meat is sitting, get your veggie/salad base ready. I started with a bag of broccoli slaw that I dressed with a tahini dressing. To make the dressing, I used 2 tablespoons tahini, juice from 1/2 lemon, sea salt, and 1 tsp freshly minced garlic. Mix everything together, then taste. You’ll have to add more tahini/lemon/salt based on your preference if you’d like. Then just toss with your broccoli slaw.⁠
    .⁠
    3.Once I was ready to make the lamb, I got a pan ready on medium heat, tossed in 1 tablespoon of oil, and put the lamb in for about 5 minutes per side. These take about 10-15 minutes. Cook until they are no longer pink. Alternatively, you can grill these. Extra bonus points x 1000 if you use a charcoal grill. I didnt have time today.⁠

    4.Then I started plating everything. I put the lamb on top of the broccoli slaw, added 1 sliced Persian cucumbers, some cherry tomatoes, and some herbs. I also added 1.5 tablespoon of baba ghanoush that I dressed with some sumac and minced garlic.⁠

3 cups frozen strawberries blend with 2 tbsp raw honey and a splash of water or milk.

Gluten-free | Dairy-free
Blend 5 🍌 + 2 eggs + 1 tsp vanilla + 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder + 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp bs + 1/8 tsp salt. In bowl, mix with 2 cups almond flour + 1 cup dark chocolate morsels. Grease muffin tin with coconut oil + put in mixture. Bake 20 minutes 350 degrees F.

Combine 2 1/2 cups almond flour, bs, salt + whisk. In another bowl, mash 4 🍌 + 4 eggs, pure maple syrup, 2 tbsp coconut oil + vanilla. Then combine ingredients. Add 1 1/2 cups 🍓 into mix. Pour in tin. Add diced 🍓 Transfer to the oven and bake for 18 minutes 350 degrees F.

🍪100 Calorie Cookie Dough Balls 🍪
Vegan and Raw!
Add all ingredients to a blender. 1 1/2 cups chickpeas + 1/2 cup pb + 1/4 cup rolled oats + 2 tsp vanilla extract + 2 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup + 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon + 1/8 tsp sea salt + 1 tbsp almond milk. Stir in 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips. Divide into 14 portions.
