1. Apples, full of antioxidents and fiber but can cause bloating for some because of the digestible culprits. ⠀ ⠀
2. Garlic, contain fructans that are in the FODMAP category and can cause bloating.⠀

3. Potatoes, are starches that for some can be hard to digest and therefor cause bloating. ⠀

4. Barley, which can often be found in cereals. It does contain gluten that can cause problems for some!⠀

5. Beans, are full of good carbs and protein. Most beans contain certain sugars that will escape your digestion and can make you bloated. ⠀

6. Onions, a source of something called fructans which are fibers that can cause bloating. ⠀

7. Lentils, these are just like beans full of carbs and protein but again also contain those sugars! ⠀

8. Dairy products, these are really nutritious and great for your protein and calcium intake but there are a lot of people who can't digest lactose which can be found in milk. ⠀

9. Carbonated drinks, this is common to cause bloating because of the gas you consume when drinking it. ⠀

Sudah perawatan berbulan-bulan hasil masih begitu begitu aja.... Jerawat tetap nongol, komedo tetap banyak..waduh knp ya?
Coba cek..dan jujur...
Masih pake foundation?
Masih pake BB cream?
Masih pake bedak padat?
Masih full makeup setiap hari?

Pasien dengan kulit berminyak, berjerawat dan mudah berkomedo jangan lupa untuk pantangan menggunakan bedak padat, BB cream dan foundation.
Jerawat tidak sembuh2 sudah pakai krim ternyata simple aja sebabnya.

Ah malu ga pake bedak ke kantor. Ga biasa!
Ok, coba deh pake sunscreen (day cream) DRW skincare lalu timpa dengan bedak tabur DRW, cantik jg lohh... Yuk sharing

HEALTHY vs HEALTHY😬😬 (read this caption!)


Let me just say that I am a BIG FAN of eating HEALTHY FOOD (of course😂). However, trying to reach any fitness goal (fat loss/muscle gain) by simple “eating healthy” can be a frustrating journey.. 😩


Explain?
10 years ago I didn’t know a single thing about calories or macronutrients. Zero. So when I tried to go on a diet, and tried to lose some weight, I would just start “eating healthy”. So I would cut out (what I thought was) unhealthy foods like bread, candy, chocolate etc. And only eat foods labeled as “healthy” (😭)


Guess what? It didn’t work. I didn’t lose any weight. So it was basically what I call a lose-lose situation (opposite of win-win🤪). Because I didn’t get to eat the foods I enjoyed (🍕🍫) and it didn’t even make me lose weight.


Fast forward a few years and I started learning about calories and macros. And the fact that I could fit some chocolate or some ice-cream into my otherwise healthy diet and still lose weight.🤯🤯 because total caloric intake IS the number 1 thing that controls weight-management (Not if the food is “healthy” or “unhealthy”).


So to wrap up this reaaaally long caption (sorry) I want to say that HEALTH matters a lot. But when it comes to losing weight, there has to be an understanding of calories. Because as you can see in the picture there can be a big difference of calories in two foods even though they’re both “healthy” !!

금요일이에요 금요일‼️ 후 하루하루를 살아가는게 아닌, 버텨가는것 같은 이 고단함,, 저만 그런거 아니죠,,? 그래도 순간순간을 소중하고 행복하게 살아가려고 노력중이에요😖 하루하루 더 나아지는 제 모습을 보며 뿌듯하기도 하구요!
확실한건 저는 배가 고프거나 잠이 부족하면 어쩔수없이 예민해지고 신경질적이고 모든게 약간 부정적으로 보일때가 많은 것 같아요. 그때는 한순간의 감정이었지만 시간이 조금 지나고 다시보면 ‘내가 왜 그랬지?’ 하는 순간이 오더라구요. 그때마다 저는 ‘왜 이런감정이 들지? 내가 지금 뭐가 불만인거지?’ 항상 생각하며 마인드컨드롤 하고 있습니다.
본인이 본인의 상태, 몸을 잘 알아야 컨트롤하기 쉽다고 생각해요😊 오늘 기분좋게 보내고 행복한 주말 보내자구요😆 이상 주저리주저리였슴니당ㅎㅎ🙋🏻‍♀️

Guess what? It didn’t work. I didn’t lose any weight. So it was basically what I call a lose-lose situation (opposite of win-win🤪). Because I didn’t get to eat the foods I enjoyed (🍕🍫) and it didn’t even make me lose weight.

Fast forward a few years and I started learning about calories and macros. And the fact that I could fit some chocolate or some ice-cream into my otherwise healthy diet and still lose weight.🤯🤯 because total caloric intake IS the number 1 thing that controls weight-management (Not if the food is “healthy” or “unhealthy”).

So to wrap up this reaaaally long caption (sorry) I want to say that HEALTH matters a lot. But when it comes to losing weight, there has to be an understanding of calories. Because as you can see in the picture there can be a big difference of calories in two foods even though they’re both “healthy” !!

Why are my muscles so tight after I workout?! 🏋🏻‍♀️working out, like lifting weights, focuses on bringing the muscles into a shortened position (a contraction), so the reaction of the muscle after strenuous activity is too..... you got it, SHORTEN. 🤷🏻‍♀️so what, why does it matter? 🤨If your muscles shorten, you lose range of motion (flexibility), which means you cant move as far as you need to in order to get a good extension-contraction balance during your workouts... ‼SIMPLY SAID: NO STRETCH, NO GAINS🙇‍♀️‼

I've always struggled with finding the desire to live and never being able to find the love for myself that life "requires".
Upon my journey of finding that self-love, I've figured out a few important points.
1️⃣Take care of yourself, ESPECIALLY when you feel like shit.
2️⃣Set a routine and stick to it🔑
3️⃣If you need a nap, take one. Even if its 10 minutes, it helps!
4️⃣Find some form of self healing (therapy) and do that shit daily! (Mine are painting, dance, and lifting weights.) 5️⃣Don't waste your time doing things that you dont want to do. Surround yourself with the people and the things that make YOU the happiest. 💜End the end, the only person that you HAVE to live with is you. So take care💜

There are so many factors that go into getting results. Your genetics, diet, adherence, drive, effort, sleeping patterns, stress level, etc. With so many variables going into this, it's different for every single person.

How can you get the quickest results? 🍰Track your macros and calories DAILY (that includes snacks!)
😴Get plenty of rest
💯Put forth your total effort and energy. DONT SKIP YOUR WORKOUTS!
🧘🏻‍♀️Keep your stress levels low. Let things go, try yoga, go on a nature walk!

A bit MIA on Instagram lately sorry about that. 🙃 To be honest, Instagram gives me anxiety in a lot of ways. I have a decent following and I don’t just want to spew out bullshit or regurgitate topics that every other influencer is constantly posting about. How about this Fullness hack!! Simple ways to keep you satisfied for longer whilst a sustainable minor deficit in calories.
My friend @collegenutritionist with the 📷❤️✌🏽

Instead of the breakfast on the left - with no fat & very minimal protein.
👉🏼Just make the simple swap of 1/2 a cup of oatmeal (instead of a full cup) and adding a Tablespoon of peanut or almond butter 🍯 or raw nuts.

Additionally, if you want more protein add whey or a plant based alternative into the mix which is what I would typically do if I wanted oats.
The oatmeal here in cups is in dry amounts (so 1 cup dry vs. 1/2 a cup dry) - when you cook oatmeal the volume doubles, so don’t worry that you’re not getting enough food!

Another quick and simple dinner this evening after a long day of work (or procrastination as the case may be 🥴🥴😂)... had the other Waitrose vegan burger from my freezer stash! For those that think a burger and chips for dinner would be an unhealthy option - this one’s for you! 😍

▫️ Roasted butternut squash slices baked & grilled with lotsa garlic salt and smoked paprika

Oczywiście nie od zawsze tak było... Potrzeba było na to czasu. Czasu by zrozumieć i przestać kategoryzować jedzenia na to „dobre” i to „złe”, na karanie się za zjedzenie czegoś „zakazanego”. Karanie treningowe czy nie jedzenia następnego dnia...
Potrzeba było czasu i pracy nad tym.
I jest! W ten sposób jem dziś z uśmiechem pączka🤷🏼‍♀️

Żeby nie było tak smutno, a było wciąż pod algorytm to podzielcie się swoim dzisiejszym licznikiem jeśli i tym jakie słodycze lubicie najbardziej!!🍩👇🏻
