Tu as envie de changer mais tu ne sais pas par où commencer, tu as envie de vivre de ta passion de ce qui t’anime au quotidien et te représente vraiment... je ne vais pas te mentir c’est difficile mais à la fois c’est tellement génial! quand tu as déjà un travail stable ou une famille ce n’est pas comme lorsque tu avais 20 ans et que tu n’avais que ça à faire dans la vie, t’occuper de toi et ton avenir et surtout que tu n’avais rien à perdre ! Mais rien n’est impossible ! Ni changer de métier ni refaire ta vie ni perdre du poids ni rien d’ailleurs!
18 mois de formation intense à distance et en cours sur quelques semaines très intensives en salle de sport et en salle de cours avec des profs vraiment au top!
Je n’avais jamais été autant passionné par les cours et le travail! Je me rappelle m’être levé deux heures avant tout le monde en vacances tout l’été pour pouvoir réviser mes cours pour la rentrée, je me rappelle être assise du coucher de la petite jusqu’à une heure du matin à travailler sur la table de salon avec mon mari qui regardait un film à côté ... ma famille me manquait alors qu’ils étaient juste à côté de moi, mais je savais que c’était pour être dans le domaine qui me plaisait vraiment!
Au départ quand tu te lances tout va bien puis tu te retrouves face a des obstacles, des cas particuliers que tu n’avais jamais eu à gérer auparavant, il peut être facile de perdre confiance mais avec les années de pratiques les lectures les différentes formations que tu suis au cours de ta carrière tu évolues et tu apprends en permanence avec l’expérience à avoir différentes solutions selon le type de client que tu as en face de toi!!! Nouvelle formation pour moi de trois mois qui débutera dans quelques jours, je sors de ma zone de confort mais j’adore!🙏🏼 Tout ça pour dire que rien n’est facile dans la vie et que nous sommes maîtres et victimes de nos propres décisions.

일단 오늘 4시간 밖에 못자고 인나서 사과 먹고도 성에 안차서 프바 하나 먹은게...

역시 예정에 없던 음식을 먹으면 '망했다'라는 인식이 아직도...
그리고 두번째 이유는 점심 도시락 안싼거 ㅋ⫬ㅋ⫬ㅋ⫬...
그래서 아침 수업 한시간 듣고 바로 충동적으로 집에와서
지금까지 어마어마하게...터졌죠... 하핳...
진짜 너무 충동적이고 진짜 딱 정신차리고 보니까
제가 빵을 입에 우겨넣고 있더라구요??
아 중간에 공부하려고 인강 폈는데 집중도 안되고 그냥 때려치고 멍때리다가 한번 더 터지고 나서 진빠지고 누워있다가 이제야...
제대로된 첫끼....하하... 첫 에이밍 파운드라 기쁘긴 하네유...⸝⸝ʚ̴̶̷̆ ̯ʚ̴̶̷̆⸝⸝

마치 검정 색이 제 마음을 대변해주고 있네여....깔깔

그래서 또 오늘 잘 생각하다가 그냥 다음주부터 전과목 하려구요...

Hier soir je n’ai pas posté de photo, car je n’ai pas mangé très équilibré, et je n’ai pas voulu immortaliser ce repas. Bon pas le craquage du siècle mais le fromage et les crêpes ont eu le dessus sur moi 😛. Moin Moin liebe #fitnessfreunde,  heute nun ein kurzes Review über eine Sorte des Protein Puddings von Milbona die es Anfang des Jahres als Aktionsware beim Lidl gab. Das Produkt war nur Aktionsware und ist meines Wissens nach nicht dauerhaft im Sortiment. Den Pudding gab es im Geschmack Schokolade und Vanille, der Becher enthielt 200g Inhalt und lag preislich bei 0.59€. Preislich schon einmal unschlagbar und die Nährwerte ähneln Haar genau den High Protein Pudding von Ehrmann.
Geschmack : Schokolade,  eine recht dunkle Schokolade sticht sofort ins Auge die einen Stichfesten Eindruck macht,aber beim umrühren schon recht cremig wird. Schon beim ersten Löffel kommt eine recht intensive und süßliche Note der Schokolade entgegen die in Richtung Vollmilch Schokolade geht.  Die recht intensive Schokoladen Note begleitet den ganzen Becher vom ersten Löffel bis zum letzten Löffel, und das ganz ohne komischen Beigeschmack.
Geschmack: 9/10

Fazit : für diesen mega günstigen Preis ist das Produkt und die Sorte Schokolade  einfach genial. Geschmacklich sehr gut getroffen und die Nährwerte können sich auch sehen lassen. Das ganze schmeckt für mich wie ein  Schokoladen  Pudding mit einer kleinen Sahnehaube,  wie es schon unzählige male im Supermarkt gibt. Drücke mal die Daumen das dieses Produkt dauerhaft beim Lidl im Sortiment aufgenommen wird.

Have you tried tempeh?
Tempeh is a fermented soybean product with a much firmer texture than tofu. It has a slightly nutty flavor and can be used in many types of recipes. In the past, I have lamented about tempeh’s funk but this was one of the best presentations and flavors to mask/enhance it’s peculiar flavor. I demolished this bowl with a fervor that I have never felt before about this very different source of plant protein.
👉RED CURRY TEMPEH with white sweet potatoes, butternut squash and baby bell peppers in a rich coconut, red curry broth with forbidden black rice, cilantro and lime.
🤘Red Curry Tempeh Recipe
Prep: 10mins
Cook: 15 mins
Serving: 3-5
How to:
1. In a large wok saute 3 cloves garlic chopped, 2T fresh ginger chopped, 2 tsp lemongrass paste and 1 tsp red chili paste or fresh red chili pepper until fragrant in 1tsp olive or coconut oil
2. Add tempeh cut in small squares @soyboytofu brand is what I used. Cook 5 mins until tempeh is browning and well seared flipping often
3. Add 1 butternut squash neck peeled and chopped and 2 sweet potatoes chopped in bite size peices and cook for two mins then add 1 cup water and bring to a boil for 5 mins
4. Add 3 tsp red curry paste, 1/2 tsp turbinado sugar and 1 can of lowfat coconut milk and simmer until the potatoes and butternut are fork tender.
5. At the end when all was finished, I added a tablespoom of white miso for some extra umami flavor and it was poppin. Garnish with cilantro, jalapenos and limes and serve over your favorite rice. I used forbidden black rice @lotusfoods

It was too gorgeous outside this morning (my favorite kind of running weather) to spend time indoors, so I cancelled my class, laced up my shoes, and hit the west side highway. No goals, numbers, or stats in mind, just doing what I enjoy and having fun while doing it. If you’re in place where a “successful” workout is so tied to these tangible numbers, I challenge you to try one workout this week where there is absolutely 0 expectation. As someone who has always loved the tangible aspect numbers provide, this has been a long journey for me, but I promise you it is freeing as fuck

🥣INGREDIENTS🥣
Meaty Skewers:
1.5 cups wheat gluten
⅛ cup nutritional yeast
⅛ cup chickpea flour
1 Tbsp smoked paprika, barbecue spice, onion powder, garlic powder
⅛ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ cup water
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp tomato paste, dijon mustard
2 Tbsp olive oil

Marinade:
⅓ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup oil
1/4 soy sauce
1 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp molasses/date syrup
1 tsp apple cider vinegar/lemon juice
½ tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp barbecue spice, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, smoked paprika
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp black pepper
salt, to taste

✊🏼METHOD✊🏼
1. In a medium bowl, combined all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Pour the wet into the dry ingredients and use your hands to knead the mixture into a firm dough for 3 minutes. The dough should be firm and not too soft (otherwise add some more wheat gluten.
2. Divide the dough into 7-8 pieces and knead them into long, thin strips. Use your hands to shape them into long sausages. Take a skewer and wind the strips around the skewer, piercing the ends onto the skewers so they’ll hold.
3. For the marinade, combine all ingredients into a rectangular box that is wide enough to fit the meaty strips, then whisk all ingredients together. Place the strips into the marinade and cover them evenly. Let them marinade for 2-4 hours or overnight to soak in all the flavors.
4. Once your skewers are marinated either grill them until they’re super crispy (definitely the best option), bake them in the oven at 200°C/400°F or pan fry them in a bit of oil.
