My bowl is full of high protein goodness, perfect for a lunch time salad straight after gym + swim!
🍎🥬🥒🥦🥗🍤
Contains: smoked salmon, tiger prawns, grated carrot, sweet corn, spinach, rocket, baby tomatoes and some roasted almonds.

For the super easy classic French dressing whisk together:
1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt, sugar and pepper. Add a few tablespoons to your salad and walah!

You can also shake everything for the dressing together in a jam jar and then keep in your fridge😁

I made some substitutions - @siggisdairy for the butter, @salbachia probiotic chia seed for the eggs, and @chosenfoods avocado oil for the vegetable oil! This was seriously so easy and I made it all in my @ninjakitchen Foodi Oven which takes 60s to preheat. BONE APP THE TEETH! Back to back #hiit & #yoga this week. @aloyoga ☁️ Sometimes taking the first step can be the most challenging but that’s what gets us out of comfort zones to do the things we always wanted. Excited to finally start .. my own business!

Nutrition is a proactive approach to health affecting mood, energy, sleep, focus, and body composition. I focused my approach to intermittent fasting because of the extensive research that shows its positive benefits. Following a mindful eating pattern within an eating window versus following a diet (macronutrient restriction) is a more balanced & sustainable approach to healthy eating. To get the benefits of fasting it’s best to go 14-16 hours with an eating window of 10-8 hours. This fast period allows the body to efficiently utilize the energy from food breakdown glycogen-the storage form of carbs & triglycerides from fat cells. Have you tried Intermittent Fasting?

Guten Abend meine Mäuskis! 🐭💙
Ich hoffe ihr genießt das tolle Wetter heute ☀️ ich war schon eine große Runde draußen spazieren mit Pupa 🐶

Heute Mittag habe ich mal wieder etwas herumexperimentiert, mit dem Ergebnis bin ich leider nicht ganz zufrieden, aber es war okay. 😄 Es gab ➡️ GEMÜSE KARTOFFEL PUFFER 😍❤️🧡❤️

Rezept für 1 Portion:
• 1 Zucchini (160g), 3 Möhren (170g), 1 Zwiebel, Kartoffeln (300g) schreddern / zerkleinern, alternativ reiben, Flüssigkeit rausdrücken mit Küchentüchern
• Masse mischen mit 1 Ei, 25g Mehl, Salz, Pfeffer, Thymian
• Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen, auf jeden Fall fetten und 6 flache Puffer darauf verteilen
• bei 180 Grad Umluft 35 Min backen
• wenn noch 10 Min übrig sind mit Öl besprühen
• Kräuterquark: 100g Magerquark mischen mit einem Schuss Wasser, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer & Süßstoff

Meine Portion hat 655 kcal, Nährwerte 94,7g KH, 32,3g EW, 12,3g F.

En faisant un peu de tri dans mes recettes, je tombe sur cette photo.
La photo de la brioche roulée à la noix de coco. Une recette réalisée il y a 6 ans...
À l'époque je passais plus de temps dans la préparation des recettes. J'avais plus de temps, beaucoup moins de travail et l'envie de faire des choses originales...
Cela m'a ramenée en arrière et m'a permis de me rendre compte que je ne passe plus assez de temps dans ma cuisine et que cela me manque !
