    @wilmasannarbor never disappoints. This is my go to place whenever I’m in Ann Arbor. Pictured is the grilled cheese, avocado toast, tuna poke bowl & a macchiato. There hasn’t been a single item on the menu that i tried that i didn’t love. Not pictured but they have the best açaí bowls, hands down!

    i maybe a little bit more than obsessed with cheesecake. it really is one of my most favorite desserts to order at a restaurant .

what’s so great about this recipe is that it’s low carb & keto and you don’t feel guilty after you eat it . 
to keep this recipe keto and low carb you’ll want to use the almond flour for the crust. however if you don’t care about keto and low carb i would use graham cracker crust. this cheesecake taste like it’s 1,000 calories per slice! 
characters: 
24 oz cream cheese 
2 cups of yogurt, i used vanilla coconut milk yogurt
2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice *optional but not really 
2/3 cup erythritol 
1/4 cup almond flour 
for the crust:

mix together 2 cups of almond flour and 6 TBSP of coconut oil. form a dough then press gently into a 9 inch springform pan

in a food processor, add all the above ingredients and blend but make sure not to over blend .

at this point try not to eat the entire batter like me .

pour into springform pan and place in middle rack. you’ll want to fill another baking pan halfway with water and place on bottom rack. this helps the cheesecake stay moist and not crack .
bake for 40 min on 350. once the timer goes off, turn off the oven and let it sit there for about 15 min .

again you’ll have to use a lot of self control at this point and let the cheesecake chill on the counter for another hour THEN in the fridge OVERNIGHT .

i made a really delicious strawberry sauce for this but you can also use blueberry or whatever you desire!

    Some of the best tacos we’ve had recently are these Birria tacos from @birrialandianyc in Jackson Heights! 🌮 Previously we’ve only seen these type of stewed beef tacos in California; so happy this food truck is serving them up in NY and for only $2 each! 🔥They are located on 78th and Roosevelt around 6pm. We saw these on @foodandfootprints feed and knew we had to try them. #nyfoodie #queensfood
