4 adet yufka
Yufkalara sürmek için 200 gr tereyağı
İç harcı için
4 adet haşlanmış patates
1 kuru soğan
Tuz,karabiber,pulbiber
Lorlu harcı için
Bir kase lor peyniri
Maydanoz
Bir kaç dal taze soğan
Lor peynirin içine doğranmış maydanozu ve soğanları ekleyip karıştırın.

Öncelikle soğanı küp küp doğrayıp bir tavada bir kaç kaşık sıvıyağla kavurun. İçine patatesleri rendeleyip tuzu ve baharatları ekleyin. İyice kavurun.
Yufkanın birini açıp erimiş tereyağı ile her tarafını yağlayın. Yufkayı ikiye katlayıp yarım ay şekli verin.uzun tarafına istediğiniz harçtan yayıp iki tarafın ucunu hafif içeriye katlayın. Rulo şeklinde sarın. Bıçakla 2-3 parmak kalınlığında kesin. Diğer yufkalara da aynı işlemi yapıp yağlanmış tepsiye dizin. Geriye yağ kalırsa biten böreklerin üzerine sürebilirsiniz. Yumurta sarısı da sürüp üzerine çörekotu ya da haşhaş serpin. Önceden ısıtılmış fırında 180 derecede kızarana kadar pişirin.

Who else loves adding fruits to their salads?🙋‍♀️
This Nectarine, Strawberry, Blueberry and Apricot salad was a party for the taste buds😜
Juicy, sweet and as fresh as can be!💛 Blueberries and strawbs picked from my garden only minutes before👌 I also added some baby spinach leaves and rocket and drizzled a very basic dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and maple syrup over the top oh... and a sprinkling of poppyseeds purely for aesthetics 😂
Pure Magic I can tell you🌟

Vi lascio la ricetta dei miei brownies al limone che sono facilissimi e velocissimi da fare. Potrebbero essere il “digestivo” o la”intervallo” ideale tra una frittella e l’altra.

Brownies al limone
Ingredienti
80 gr di burro
125 gr di zucchero
100 gr di farina 00
1/2 cucchiaino di lievito
2 uova
la scorza e il succo di un limone bio
Per la glassa
120 g di zucchero a velo
3 cucchiai di succo di limone
2 cucchiai d’acqua

Come si prepara
Mettete in una ciotola lo zucchero e il burro morbido e frullate fino ad ottenere una crema chiara.
Aggiungete uno ad uno le uova, incorporando il secondo solo quando il primo si sarà ben amalgamato all’impasto.
Unite la scorza e il succo di limone e frullate ancora.
Aggiungete la farina e il lievito precedentemente setacciati e continuate a montare fino ad ottenere un composto perfettamente omogeneo.
Trasferite il composto ad una teglia quadrata di 24 cm foderata con carta da forno.
Infornate a 180 gradi per 20 minuti.
Lasciate raffreddare e completate con uno strato di glassa che avrete ottenuto mescolando in una ciotola lo zucchero a velo con il succo di limone e l’acqua.

HOW TO MAKE IT
2 sticks butter, browned & reconstituted
1.5c sugar (white + dkbrown)
-- Cream w sugar + 2 eggs + 1t vanX
+ 2c flour + 1t salt + 1t baking soda
+ dark chocolate

Layer: Graham cracker | chocolate | marshmallow halves | cookie dough

Bake 375 10-15min until golden & meltu. Place on cooling rack and let set if u can wait that long!🤫

КАРАМЕЛЬНО-ОРЕХОВЫЙ ТАРТ:
✔️Мука 250-280г
✔️Масло сливочное 150г
✔️Сахар 50г
✔️Корица 1/2 ч.л
✔️Мускатный орех 1/4 ч.л
✔️Желток яичный 2 шт
✔️Вода ледяная 2-3ст.л
Для начинки:
✔️Сахар 200г
✔️Вода 2 ст.л
✔️Сливки 33% 150 мл.
✔️Масло сливочное 40г
✔️Орехи 200г ( можете использовать любые
Для начала приготовьте тесто для основы.
Муку смешайте с сахаром, добавьте холодное масло и разотрите в крошку, затем добавьте корицу, мускатный орех, желтки и пару ложек ледяной воды.
Замесите тесто, скатайте его в шар, оберните пленкой и положите а холодильник на 30 минут.
Тем временем нужно сварить карамель.
Сахар положите в сотейник с толстым дном, добавьте пару ложек воды и оставьте на небольшом огне.
НЕ ПЕРЕМЕШИВАЙТЕ!!!
Сливки нагрейте, но де доводя до кипения.
Как только сахар полностью расплавится и станет коричневого цвета, тонкой струйкой влейте горячие сливки и постоянно помешивайте.
Снимите карамель с огня, добавьте кусочек масла, перемешайте и отставьте в сторону.
Охлаждённое тесто раскатайте в пласт, выложите в форму, наколите дно вилкой, застелите пергаментом и сверху положите груз в виде гороха/крупы.
Выпекать основу при 180 градусах около 30 минут.
Груз убрать и оставить в духовке ещё минут на 5.
В карамель добавить орехи, все перемешать, вылить начинку на слегка остывшую основу, дать тарту остыть в форме и поставить в холодильник хотя бы на пару часов.

Сливки нагрейте, но де доводя до кипения.
Как только сахар полностью расплавится и станет коричневого цвета, тонкой струйкой влейте горячие сливки и постоянно помешивайте.
Снимите карамель с огня, добавьте кусочек масла, перемешайте и отставьте в сторону.
Охлаждённое тесто раскатайте в пласт, выложите в форму, наколите дно вилкой, застелите пергаментом и сверху положите груз в виде гороха/крупы.
Выпекать основу при 180 градусах около 30 минут.
Груз убрать и оставить в духовке ещё минут на 5.
В карамель добавить орехи, все перемешать, вылить начинку на слегка остывшую основу, дать тарту остыть в форме и поставить в холодильник хотя бы на пару часов.

Buenos días 🌹💃 ya es viernes, menos mal, estoy agotada. Para empezar el día con fuerza y energía me pongo a tono con un buen porridge, con bien de proteína y bien de crema de avellanas.
La combinación de crema de avellanas y frambuesas está que se te va la olla 😍 y si además, en la base del porridge, añades una cucharada de cacao 🤯🍫
Últimamente estoy optando por la crema de avellanas y anacardos porque me sienta mucho mejor por la mañana, así que sigo jugando con combinación de sabores, con una y otra 😏🌹

So next, we went to Mangii Ferra. We really liked the vibes of this place and the food was absolutely delicious. They serve Italian cuisine. We first ordered Cheese Garlic Bread and this was the best cheese garlic bread we've had so far. It was nice, soft and cheesy.
We would definitely recommend you'll to try it when you'll visit @mangiiferra .

¿Quería mejor forma de empezar el día que con una buena dosis de café? 😋

GALLETAS DE CAFÉ
.
🌸150 g de mantequilla
🌸30 g de eritritol en polvo
🌸1 huevo
🌸300 g de harina integral (avena, espelta, trigo...)
🌸25 g de cacao en polvo
🌸15 g de café @nestle @mydietbox
.
1️⃣Batir la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente con el eritritol hasta que la mezcla quede esponjosa.
2️⃣Añadir el huevo y volver a batir.
3️⃣Incorporar el resto de ingredientes y mezclar bien.
4️⃣Hacer bolitas de unos 20-25 g.
5️⃣Estirar un poco las bolitas con una forma alargada y colocarlas sobre la bandeja del horno cubierta con papel de hornear. Dibujar una línea sobre cada galleta con un palito para conseguir la forma de un grano de café.
6️⃣Hornear durante 30 min a 180 grados. .
Cuando hice estas galletas por primera vez hace años las hice con azúcar. A día de hoy no tengo azúcar en casa. No es ser radical, es que no la uso ni la quiero usar. Una cosa es salir a comer y pedirme un postre sabiendo que lleva azúcar y disfrutarlo como la que más y otra hacer yo mis recetas con ella 🙅🏻‍♀️ Así que he hecho mis investigaciones y para las galletas, que es muy importante conseguir esa textura esponjosa al batir la mantequilla, lo mejor es usar un edulcorante sólido, como el eritritol o el xilitol.

Non ho mai capito perché, ma febbraio mi sembra il mese più lungo dell'anno. Il ché è quasi comico, essendo il più corto (e no, non vale dire che quest'anno é bisesto!! 😂).
Forse perché é l'ultimo dell'inverno, anzi pseudoinverno... O semplicemente sarà perché ognuno di non percepisce il tempo alla sua maniera. Un'ora é sempre un'ora, misurata con i nostri strumenti, ma può essere interminabile oppure volare in un baleno!
Ad esempio, l'ora dalle tre alle quattro del pomeriggio non mi passa mai... avete anche voi un'ora del giorno che sembra inchiodata?😳

Imperdonabilmente, questo inverno ho fatto pochissime torte di mele. Non ci potevo credere ma é così! Eppure, come principessa dei dolci da credenza, di solito navigavo nelle mele... comunque ho rimediato, quindi CROSTATA ALLE MELE 🍎 E FRANGIPANE per tutti 😊! É stata molto apprezzata e il fatto che sia senza burro l'ha resa simpatica a un sacco di persone!
Sono indietro col blog ma spero in serata di rimettermi in pari... comunque entro stasera la pubblico, anche perché é una delle ricette che facevo piu spesso e mi sono accorta di non averla mai scritta. Ed è così facile!

I just want to live in a world where it snows cheese and snowball fights are actually burrata ball fights. Is that too much to ask?
Still haven’t written down this recipe - not even sure it has a name yet but I’ll try & share below. Don’t be afraid to adjust the amounts if it looks like it needs more or less of something:
• Caramelize 1 large white onion. (Cut into long thin slices and cook in a pot with a lot of butter and a little white wine or broth until soft and brown.)
• Melt 1/2 cup guyere cheese shreds & 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese into heavy 1 cup heavy cream to make like an Alfredo-ey sauce. Bring to a bubble then whisk on and off on v low heat while you cook the pasta.
• Boil around half a box of pasta in salted water and when it’s done, combine it with the onions and sauce and mix.
• Stick a few slices of prosciutto in the oven on the broiler setting for a few minutes to crisp them...watch closely to avoid burning!
• Top with the crispy prosciutto, burrata, olive oil and fresh black pep.

Vegan Mango Coconut 'Weis' Ice Cream Bars!! Inspired by a very popular Aussie ice cream treat which isnt typically vegan 😊. It only needs 5 ingredients and ideally an ice cream maker. The recipe is below or a more detailed one is on my blog xo

p.s. I'm not actually in Australia atm and you can see more in my IG stories! I want to talk about everything properly so will do a proper post on it later.

MANGO COCONUT ICE CREAM BARS
1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water
3 1/3 cups canned coconut cream
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract
5 cups mango, frozen in small chunks
.
1. The day before: Place the bowl of your ice cream maker in the freezer. Place the coconut cream and cashews in the fridge.
2. Line a 22 cm (8.6 inch) long loaf tin with baking paper so the paper hangs over the sides.
3. Thoroughly drain the cashews. Add the cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup and vanilla to a high-powered blender and blend until it is extremely smooth and there are no noticeable bits of cashews. Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour (this is important!!).
4. Remove the bowl of your ice cream maker from the freezer. Churn the cashew coconut mixture according to your manufacturer's instructions for 30-45 minutes.
5. While the ice cream is churning: Add the frozen mango to a food processor and process it until it forms a smooth ice cream texture. Scoop the mango into a container and set aside in the freezer.
6. The ice cream is ready when it is the consistency of soft serve. Scoop half of it into a container and set it aside in the freezer. Add the frozen mango puree to the ice cream in your ice cream maker and churn until everything is combined.
7. Scoop the mango ice cream into your loaf tin and smooth the surface. Cover and freeze.
8. When the surface of the mango ice cream layer has set, spread the plain ice cream on top and smooth the surface. Cover and freeze.
9. Freeze the ice cream for 4 hours or overnight. Slice the ice cream with a sharp knife and enjoy immediately. Store the leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
