Patata asada 🥔 + huevo🍳 a la plancha + arroz🍚 integral hervido y salteado con aceite de oliva virgen extra en el wok con cebolla, berenjena🍆, setas shitake, tomate🍅 y espinacas y un poquito de salsa de soja. (Ni que decir que primero se saltean las verduras y luego se añade el arroz ya hervido 🙄🙄🙄). Ideal para cuando tengas restos de verduras en la nevera 🍆🥕🍅🌶🥒🥬🥦🍄

con gocce di cioccolato! ➡ Ricetta nelle foto dopo🇮🇹 ➡ Recipe in the photos after 🇬🇧 Ecco il procedimento della treccia di pane che ho fatto qualche giorno fa, questa io non l'ho potuta mangiare perché devo togliere alcune farine per un po'..il mio corpo ogni tanto fa capricci (è più complicato di me😂😂). L'ho fatta per la mia famiglia ed alcuni amici che erano venuti a trovarci, alla fine sono più felice di fare cose per altri che per me!😍🍽🍴
Stavo pensando però di fare un nuovo lievito madre per me con la farina di segale che posso mangiare (perché quello che ho è fatto con la farina 0) e fare un tutorial 🍞📸📽con il procedimento visto che in tanti in privato mi avete chiesto del lievito madre😍. Ne sono felice di questo..davvero! 💕

Cerco sempre di fare nuove cose e di non avvilirmi se molte non posso mangiarle, nello sperimentare nuovi procedimenti/accostamenti mi faccio FORZA e trovo nuove forze in me!💪🙆 Ah dimenticavo se non avete il lievito madre potete sostituire 10 gr di lievito di birra fresco.

I always try to do new things and not be disheartened if I can't eat many, in experimenting with new processes / combinations I make myself STRONG and find new strength in me! 💪🙆
Ah I forgot if you don't have the sourdough you can replace 10 gr of fresh beer yeast.

Versate l’albume in una ciotola e sbattete con una frusta a mano. Salate e pepate e aggiungete le vostre verdure.
Foderate con carta forno una tortiera, versate l’impasto e fate cuocere in forno a 200gradi per circa 20 minuti.

200ml de aceite de coco
360g de azúcar moreno
4 huevos de Lino ( en el vídeo explica cómo hacerlos)
2 cucharaditas de extracto de vainilla(opcional)
1/2 cucharadita de sal
80g de cacao en polvo sin azúcar
120g de harina de trigo integral
180g de chips de chocolate
Primero ponen lo húmedo hasta formar una masa homogénea y después los secos. .

Specie se la resa dei conti è fra noi e il caso.
Ecco perché il fagottino semi-integrale di @f_eat.in.the.city (in versione GF) lo gusto così, sfornato da circa 4 ore, servito con del quark diluito e dolcificato, e qualche bacca gelata.

Nella mia variante #senzaglutine
riuscita solo al secondo tentativo,
Farina di Ceci+ farina di Grano Saraceno

Con una vendetta così direi che non mi gioco mica il posto in paradiso.

Dopo ho aggiunto acqua e #succodilimone sale,pepe e proprio un cucchiaino di farina per far addensare un po' e resta lo stesso #lowcarb . 10 month keto-versary- 80lbs down!!!! I couldn't be happier with my progress. This is has been the best "diet" decision I have ever made. The best part about it is that it's not a diet at all. It's is quite simply, a pure, healthy, sustainable way of eating. I feel balanced, happy, satisfied and beautiful. I KNOW that beauty isn't about how much you weigh, or what size you wear.... but when you don't feel healthy, you usually don't feel good. Beauty starts on the inside, and that is EXACTLY what I have found. My body has changed - and so have my thoughts and emotions 💕 I feel like a new woman, and I'm so happy to have found this way of eating!! Woohoooo 😍

-- Exercise: I haven't been working out (maybe 3-4 times in 3 months) -- Lazy keto: I don't track my macros.

All I take from this journey are the moments of victories and accomplishments. I don't think about the bad days although I KNOW there were some and there will continue to be some.... these moments of feeling accomplished trump any of those days that I thought I was giving something up or that it was too hard. I'll never be able to properly express how happy and proud I am for taking the step to be HEALTHIER. Because that decision changed my whole life. ⁣

Za oknem ponuro i deszczowo, ale po takim śniadaniu dobry humor gwarantowany - drożdżowe racuchy z duuuużą ilością jabłek 🍏🍎🍏🍎 Pierwszorzędne 😋👍

Przepis na moją wersję (porcja dla 3-4 osób):
*2,5 szkl. mąki (szkl.o poj.250ml) - u mnie pół na pół - mąka zwykła (typ 650) z pelnoziarnistą (typ 1850)
*2 jaja
*1,5 szkl. ciepłego mleka *3 łyżki cukru (u mnie 1 łyżka cukru i 2 łyżki ksylitolu)
*30g drożdży
* szczypta soli
*3 duże jabłka (obrane i pokrojone w kostkę)
Drożdże zasypać cukrem i odstawić na 2 - 3 minuty do ich rozpuszczenia. Wlać mleko - wymieszać. Dodać jajka i ponownie wymieszać. Wsypać mąkę i miksować przez kilka minut do pojawienia się pęcherzyków z powietrzem. Odstawić do wyrośnięcia. Ja ciasto przygotowałam wieczorem i roslo sobie przez noc w lodówce. Gdy ciasto wyrośnie, wymieszać je z jabłkami. Smażyć powoli, na małym ogniu. Moja patelnia jest dosłownie muśnięta tłuszczem (spryskana tłuszczem w sprayu).

I was SOOO excited when I lost those first 17 pounds! I remember taking these first set of weight loss pictures and feeling like a total babe. Look at me now! I'm so happy I stuck with it. Through Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and now I'm starting off 2020 a full 44 pounds lighter than I was starting on September 3!⁠⠀
