Which this can result in impulse buying and high-calorie foods may be more tempting than usual.⁣⁣

2. BUY WHOLE FOODS ⁣⁣

Buying groceries in a less processed form can be cheaper in most cases.⁣⁣

An example would be to buy PLAIN OATS instead of flavored oatmeal in packages. (The fewer ingredients on the label the better)⁣⁣

3. BUY GENERIC BRANDS⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Generic brands are less expensive, so don’t try to be a BRAND BUYER.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Even if you are saving a dollar or two per item, that adds up faster than you think.⁣⁣

📝KETO POTATO SALAD☺️⁠

CALORIES/MACROS⁠
This makes 6 (1-cup) servings of Keto Potato Salad. Each serving is 234 Calories, 19g Fat, 7g Protein, 5g Net Carbs.⁠

INGREDIENTS⁠
1 large cauliflowe⁠
r¼ cup sour cream⁠
½ cup mayonnaise⁠
2 tablespoons white vinegar⁠
1 tablespoon mustard1 teaspoon celery seeds⁠
¼ teaspoon salt⁠
4 large hard-boiled eggs*⁠
½ cup diced celery⁠
1 teaspoon fresh dill⁠
2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced.⁠
⁠
DIRECTIONS⁠
Prepare the cauliflower by cutting the head into bite sized florets and steaming in a silicone steamer (as shown) for 3-4 minutes or in a stovetop steamer until the cauliflower is only slightly tender. Set aside to cool.⁠
⁠
Make the dressing by whisking together sour cream, mayo, vinegar, mustard, celery seed, and salt.⁠
⁠
Mash the two reserved yolks into the cream mixture and whisk until very smooth.⁠
⁠
Add the cooled cauliflower, boiled eggs, celery, onion and dill. Stir to coat.⁠
Refrigerate for about 1 hour to allow the cauliflower to completely cool and the flavors to melt together.⁠

Garnish with green onion and serve cold!⁠

Wenn du beim Foto machen einfach loslachst😂😂 So meine lieben, heute steht Vitamin D auf dem Plan.

Rund 20 % des Vitamin D nehmen wir aus der Nahrung auf, den Rest synthetisieren wir durch Sonneneinwirkung.

Gerade in den Sommermonaten reichen wenige Stunden in der Sonne aus, um den Vitamin D Bedarf für mehrere Wochen zudecken. Im Durchschnitt reicht ein 20 minütiger Aufenthalt im Freien pro Tag um einen Vitamin D Mangel mit einiger Sicherheit zu vermeiden.
Das gilt laut Stiftung Warentest auch in dunklen Jahreszeiten also im Winter.

Vitamin D steht im Zusammenspiel mit Calcium und hat eine zentrale Funktion für den Knochenstoffwechsel. Es erhöht die die Aufnahme von Calcium aus dem Darm ins Blut und mindert gleichzeitig die Ausscheidung der Mineralstoffe über die Niere. Außerdem fördert das Vitamin D den Einbau von Kalzium und Phosphat in die Knochen und trägt so zur Festigung und Stabilität der Knochen bei.

Bei einem anhaltenden Mangel an Vitamin D kann es vor allem zu zwei Krankheitsbildern kommen.
Zum einen die Rachitis bei Kindern das ist eine Knochen Erkrankung, bei der die Knochen weich werden sich verformen und biegen.
Die Ursache ist ganz einfach ohne ausreichend Vitamin D löst der Organismus zu viel Kalzium aus den Knochen.
Die Knochen verlieren an Härte und Substanz und werden weich neben Knochen beeinträchtigt Rachitis auch das Zahnwachstum, das Muskelwachstum, die Muskelfunktion und das Immunsystem.

Bei Erwachsenen ist es die Osteomalazie.
Es ist ein ähnliches Krankheitsbild, Osteomalazie bedeutet Knochenerweichung die Folgen sind die Verformung des Skeletts und ein erhöhtes Risiko für Knochenbrüche.
Die durch eine begleitende Osteoporose(Knochenschwund)häufig noch verstärkt werden.

Bei einem gesunden Menschen der regelmäßig rausgeht ist denke eine Supplementierung von Vitamin D nicht zwangsläufig notwendig.
