SALMON AVOCADO MUFFIN 🥑 .

J'ai réitéré avec les muffins salés 🤤 Le combo guacamole, truite fumée et oeuf poché c'est tellement délicieux 🙏 Full bons lipides ! .

On a ici (pour 1 muffin) :
1 muffin complet
25g de truite fumée
40g de guacamole maison
1 oeuf .

330kcal : 20P/22G/17L. .

Recette oeuf poché :
Faire bouillir de l'eau dans une casserole avec du vinaigre. Casser l'oeuf dans la casserole sans casser le jaune. Faites tourner l'eau en créant une sorte de "tourbillon" pour que le blanc enveloppe le jaune d'oeuf. Laisser 3min dans l'eau avant de sortir et d'egoutter l'oeuf.

Ale chwila, chwila... Dietetyk pyta o pączki?! Taaak! Bo czemu nie? Tłusty czwartek bez pączka to jak Wigilia bez karpia albo Wielkanoc bez jajek. No dobrze, a co z dietą? Mam kilka dobrych rad. 😍

🍩 Po pierwsze kup pączki w cukierni, nie marketowe pączkopodobne ulepki. Te drugie mają skład dłuższy od książki telefonicznej a i smakiem odstają daleko w tyle.
🍩 Jeśli nawet dziś chcesz oszczędzać kalorie, zrezygnuj z pączków ze śmietaną, makiem czy toffi, zamiast tego sięgnij po te z marmoladą. Podobnie lukrowane zastąp posypanymi cukrem pudrem.
🍩 Nie daj się porwać szaleństwu i jedzeniu, bo wypada. Zjedz tyle, na ile masz ochotę, a nie tyle, ile ci podsuną pod nos.
🍩 Nie przedłużaj tłustego czwartku o tłusty weekend. Jeden dzień słodkiego szaleństwa nie odbije się negatywnie na Twojej diecie.

Brigadeiro de banana funcional sem açúcar e sem leite condensado com 3 ingredientes 🤤❤
Receita:
Ingredientes
2 bananas maduras
2 Colheres de cacau em pó
4 Colheres de leite em pó ou whey protein sabor chocolate

Modo de Preparo
Descasque as bananas, coloque em
uma vasilha, leve as bananas ao microondas
por 2:00 minutos, acrescente o cacau em pó
e o leite em pó, misture bem, coloque na geladeira
por 20 minutos, retire da geladeira, faça bolinhas
passe no chocolate granulado sem açúcar e tá prontinho.

Avete mai assaggiato i pancake salati?! Sono ottimi come antipasto oppure per un brunch 🥰
Ingredienti:

-farina
-latte/acqua

Procedimento:
Ho realizzato i miei pancake non con delle dosi ma semplicemente ad occhio. Privilegiando più albume rispetto all’uovo intero. L’impasto deve risultare denso e cremoso. Attenzione a non farlo troppo liquido!! Li ho infine farciti con Philadelphia e salmone, ma potete farcirli come meglio credete! 👩🏼‍🍳

Vegeburger sam nazvao "avocado" zato što ga prvi put ubacujem u burgere. Kada je idealan za jelo on je prilično mekan, suviše za burgere, zato sam ga koristio kada je još čvrst (kada ga pritisnete, ako vam prst lako upada onda je već suviše zreo).

Potrebno za 6 burgera od  oko120 g ▪️180 g leblebija (suvih)
▪️100 g suvog paradajza u ulju
▪️1 avocado
▪️250 g tofu sira (natural)
▪️1 kašika patadajz koncentrata
▪️1 kašikica senfa
▪️1 kašikica suvog belog luka
▪️1/3 kašikice aleve ljute
▪️1/3 kašikice aleve dimnjene
▪️1 kašikica semena chie
▪️1 kašikica vegete natur
▪️1/2 kašikice suve mirođije
▪️1/2 kašikice xhantan gum
▪️Prezla za paniranje
▪️Soja sos sa masl. Uljem
▪️So i biber (bolje više vrsta)

Posle odmora leblebije u vodi 12 h skuvajte je. Narendajte tofu sir i pržite ga na malo maslinovog ulja i slaboj vatri da se skroz isuši., sklonite ga sa strane i u blender ubacite sve sem tofu sira i avocada pa napravite kremu, u tu kremu dodajte rendani tofu i sitno seckani avocado i pomešajte sve dobro da dobijete čvrstu smesu, ako je potrebno ubacite malo prezle i pravite iste kugle koje će te spljoštiti u burgere i panirati u prezli.  U rerni možete dodatno da ih osušite 7 - 8 min na 200 c a kada se ohlade skroz u frižider ili zamrzivač.

Pecite ih na maslinovom ulju sa premazivanjem soja sosom kako bi dobili dodatno na ukusu i lepoj boji.

Le ricette che salvi ma che non hai il tempo di realizzare. Finalmente ho provato a fare il pane di ceci di @dagomoveat. Io per questione di disponibilità di ingredienti ho mixato la farina di ceci con quella di lenticchie e sostituito la farina di riso con quella di farro. Davvero ottimo!

Hé voilà, je n'arrive pas à y croire, nous y sommes, dernière vraie journée à #courchevel 😭😭😭. Demain retour ds notre petit nid. C'était une semaine absolument formidable avec un temps superbe, de belles découvertes, du ski à profusion en famille, mais surtout des pistes superbes.

It started with sneaking ice cream in the middle of the night. I didn’t want my parents to know that I had an addiction to sweets, so I kept it to myself.

I developed this NEED for sugar. And still struggle with it, hence the box of chocolates I ate last night.
.
The first time I felt out of control was my junior year of college. I would binge eat Publix sheet cakes for 3 days. I would eat a box of Raisin Bran in 1 sitting. I would eat 1/2 dozen donuts. .
But it wasn’t until I was an adult that I realized how much sugar had an impact on my body. The cravings were extreme, my mood was awful, my energy spiraled up & down...let’s not forget the 10 lb weight gain!

Why couldn’t I stop?
.
Why did I always feel a high then a low when I ate sugar?
.
Why did I struggle fitting into my University of Florida Cheerleading uniform my Junior year? {how embarrassing, btw.}
.
I knew something had to give, but I didn’t know where to start.
.

So, I set out on a mission to change my mindset around food. I’ve been pretty successful so far, with some old habits creeping back {aka box of chocolates}, lol - I’m a work in progress #progressnotperfection.

Recently, I completed my nutrition certification and I am BEYOND excited! I was taught by someone who lost over 100 lbs, and I’ve learned some of the most effective tools and techniques — derived from her own personal journey and private practice — that will enable me to help YOU do what I’m doing - finally learn the right mindset around food that has been holding me back for years.

@sinisterlabs_uk the moment I saw 310 calories for a protein cookie my first thought was fuck this I can eat a Krispy Kreme for 200. But, in the spirit of a glass half full attitude, and the hope that maybe this would be one of the best cookies I’ve ever eaten with a decent 20gs of protein as a bonus I gave it a go... ... which served as a painful reminder as to why I am inherently a pessimist.

Ohhh boy was I disappointed, the second I opened it I was slapped in the face with a synthetic smell. 1 bite in and I was done... Sorry Sin Fit it’s a strong no from me, your only sin is existing.
Taste : 3.5/10

If you’re never quite sure what to do with your frozen @traderjoes cauli gnocchi, I gave it my carrot fries treatment. Now I’m not sure I’ll ever do it any other way. 😂 From frozen to scrummy in about 20 minutes. Serve with a mix of Italian Bomba pepper sauce and ketchup for a 🔥 snack.

Vanilla protein and almond yoghurt @mornflake Superfast Oats topped with banana, mint liquid chocolate, peanut and dark choc buttercup, dark choc chips, cacao nibs and frozen berries served in my @shopcocabana Coconut Bowl.

60g @mornflake Superfast Oats {gifted}
30g @awesomesupps Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
5g @organicburst Maca Powder
300ml @califiafarms Unsweetened Almond Milk
30g @nushfoods Almond M.lk Yog Natural Yoghurt

I'm delighted by how many of you are making my "The Only Pasta Dish You'll Ever Need." I like to tell young people that everyone needs a signature pasta, and this is a genius one. Here it’s perfectly gluten-free, just for me. Part of the trick is to take your time, slowly simmering down with butter and an entire onion. Then, take this secret path to deliciousness: after sautéing mounds of spicy bulk sausage, remove from the pan and sauté the mushrooms in the fat. Blend your @tuttorossotomatoes tomato sauce for a luscious creaminess, then stir in the sausage and mushrooms, and you have a winner! Gluten-free chocolate pancakes ♥️ Vegan | gluten-free | refined sugar-free .
Used organic gluten-free flour from @earthnutri 🌱

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups (150g) organic gluten free flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk .
.
In a large bowl sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and whisk to combine. Add coconut oil, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, apple cider vinegar and mix well. 
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Cook pancake for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble. Then flip and cook through for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all the batter is used. Served warm with maple syrup and red currants. Enjoy! .
