Temperar os filés com sal, pimenta do reino, vinagre de vinho branco, páprica doce, colorau, alho picadinho ou pasta de alho, uma pitada de cominho e coentro (opcionais) e coloquei um pouquinho de molho inglês
Forrar a forma com papel alumínio e passar um pouco de azeite.
Coloquei tomatinho pera, folhas de manjericão e folhas de coentro
Podem colocar cenoura ralada, somente alho e alcaparras, milho, espinafre, champignon
Por cima sal, azeite e pimenta do reino e salsinha
Levar ao forno por aprox. 50min. ou até que o peixe esteja assado
NÃO é necessário cobrir com papel alumínio

Some days I’m the mom that has it all together.
I get multiple loads of laundry done, pick up after the boys, play play-dough for hours, get everyone dressed to play outside in the snow.
Today is not one of those days. 😬 both boys are grumpy. I’m grumpy. Today we’re all just doing the bare minimum to make it to bedtime. And that’s ok! We’ll take today as a day to rest, relax and eat some cookies. And hopefully not drive each other crazy in the process 😆

Lunch!!! My salad in a jar that I can’t eat in a jar because I don’t like it lmao but it’s still convenient to have it all precut and easy to grab and dump in a bowl! I’ve noticed Princess AA doesn’t seem to much like cooked food during the day 😂 no idea why! It just makes me want to barf smelling cooked food 🤢 But fresh veggies and such in a salad is perfect! •

Pocas cosas disfruto tanto como experimentar con mi cuerpo.

Le estoy dando una oportunidad a los pseudo-ayunos de 24 h y me está funcionando de lujo.

Un pseudo-ayuno, ayuno modificado con proteína o como quieras llamarle, viene a ser un día en el que comes muy pocas calorías (en comparación con tus necesidades), mayoritariamente provinientes de proteína.

Si me lo tomara al pie de la letra, esos días de pseudo-ayuno comería unas 900 kcal al día, basicamente en forma de carne magra.

Como soy un poco caprichoso, me aseguro de comer hortalizas, un poco de grasa y me permito ser indulgente conmigo mismo en la comida pre-cama (queso fresco batido y una bolsa de popitas zero🤗). ¿De qué me sirven los días de pseudo-ayuno? Pues de poder comer más el resto de los días y seguir perdiendo grasa.
Entreno 4 días a la semana, en los que como unas 3000 kcal. Los 3 días de descanso, como unas 1300 kcal. La media de calorías semanal se situa en las 2250kcal. ¿No te mueres de hambre? Para nada. No solo no paso hambre, sino que los días de ayuno tengo menos antojos que los normales. Al estar mentalizado con que no puedo comer, no pienso en comida.

Por otro lado, al ingerir pocas calorías en las comidas y provenir estas básicamente de proteínas, hortalizas y algo de grasa, la glucosa en sangre se mantiene constante. Si además, añadimos el (aumentado) aporte parcial de los cuerpos cetónicos a la mezcla, tiene sentido que exista un mayor control del hambre.

Você vai precisar de:
1 lata de creme de leite
1 Colher de Sopa cacau em pó
2 Colheres de xilitol
1 Colher de Sopa manteiga
ᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠᅠmodo de Preparo
Primeiro você precisa tirar o soro do creme de leite (lava a lata e deixa de 20 a 30 minutos no congelador pra ficar gelado; quando passar esse tempo, você faz dois furos em uma das tampas da lata e deixa o soro escorrer.
Pega o creme de leite, mistura com 1cs. de cacau em pó, 2cs. de xilitol, 1cs. de manteiga, leve ao fogo baixo e mexe com uma Colher até chegar no ponto do brigadeiro, coloque na geladeira por 1:00 hora ou um pouco mais pra ficar consistente, e depois faça as bolinhas, passe no coco ralado fim! 😋😋😋😋 mas olho vivo meu povinhoooo, não é porque é lowcarb que você pode comer loucamente! Got in 6.2 road miles and some puppy kisses before the kids get home from daycare. ⠀

No more allowing my excuses take up anymore of my time. ⠀

It was the first time in a long time I actually ran outdoors. Definitely felt the difference my training’s made so far on my pace and endurance. ⠀

This amazing weather was the icing on the cake ☀️ it felt so GOOD! ⠀

Even though it may be 75 degrees today by Thursday we should see rain turning to flurries and possible snow. #typical February #westtx weather. ⠀

Come faccio rientrare una pizza nei macros 🍕? Wie schnell ist bitte dieses Wochenende schon wieder vergangen ? 🙈
Ich hoffe ihr habt es genossen.
Ich konnte einigermaßen gut abschalten, aber trotzdem habe ich viel nachgedacht.
Hier auf Instagram zeigen sich die meisten ja immer nur von ihren guten Seiten und das alles perfekt läuft.
Doch dem ist nicht so.
Bei mir lief die Woche Essenstechnisch super, doch dann kommt das Wochenende. Ich denke über mein Leben nach, über die letzten Tage und was in der nächsten Zeit auf mich zukommt. Schon klingelt es an der Tür...der Pizzadienst...mit Pizza und einem Dessert...leider habe ich dieses „Frustfressen“ noch nicht im Griff.
Im Gespräch mit @iqskitchen ist mir klar geworden, dass es alles Kopfsache ist, wenn ich so eine Attacke bekomme, soll ich mich ablenken. Lesen zum Beispiel. Gesagt , getan... es hilft. Ich war abgelenkt, habe ich in mein Buch vertieft.
Ja wie man sieht bin auch ich nicht perfekt . Aber das macht uns real und menschlich .
Gibt es noch jemanden unter uns, der darunter leidet?
