[Workout] After more than two weeks avoiding it I couldn't escape it any longer and it was time for legday again 😱 Started with the legpress followed by legextensions. Thereafter wanted to do squats but unfortunately my hamstrings cramped up seriously during my warm up set whereafter I changed to some ab and arm exercises.💪🏻 Really notice, even after just two weeks, my body needs to find it (sport)rhytm again.

2. Si no engordaste de la noche a la mañana, no pretendas perder grasa de la noche a la mañana. El cuerpo tiene sus límites (siempre y cuando lo trates con cariño) de 300-500 grs de grasa/semana.

3. ¿Cuál es el mejor quema grasa? la masa muscular, así que deja de correr, hacer clases de brinco y circo para amar la musculación. Motivación: te verás mejor y podrás comer más sin tener efecto rebote al final.

Adicional, ¿tienes diastasis? no hagas abdominales tipo crunch, ni corras y corras a menos que quieras tu abdomen abultado de por vida. -

When I was younger I didn’t realise the importance of drinking water! Now daily I drink a minimum of 1.5litres. Not only is it generally good for your body but it helps reduce injury also! If you don’t like drinking water look to gain it through other sources; my favourite way was eating all different types of melon 🍈 🍉😍

Coucou les filles j’espère que vous allez bien aujourd’hui on va parler de celles et ceux qui se tiennent aux poignées sur les machines cardio.
.
🤔 Est-ce vraiment une bonne idée ?
.
❌ Non pas du tout ! Vous brûlez 2X moins de calories. 🔥
.
Lorsque vous marchez ou courrez les muscles du dos sont activés pour maintenir votre posture. Les bras aussi sont actifs (biceps et triceps) pour favoriser le mouvement cyclique.
.
Par ailleurs, en vous tenant aux poignées vous exposez dans une certaine mesure moins de force appliquée au sol puisqu’une partie de votre corps est délesté !
.
Moins de muscles sont sollicités donc vous dépensez moins de calories. 🙈
.
Effectivement « se tenir à la machine » c’est plus facile mais si c’est le cas vous devriez vous doutez qu’il y a une entourloupe. 😆
.
Vous allez me dire : «  Oui mais Alex que je me tienne ou non la machine affiche toujours la même dépense calorique ? »
.
Les machines ne savent pas que vous vous tenez aux poignées. 😉
.
PS : Le tapis de course est représenté sur l’image mais c’est AUSSI valable pour la machine à escalier alors pas pitié grimper à 12km/h avec une démarche de zombie 🧟‍♀️ ne vous aidera pas à brûler plus de calories !

Wypadałoby podsumować miniony weekend na @fiwe_fitness_trade_show
A więc na Pucharze Polski w Kulturystyce i Fitness w sobotę @lubelski_dzik wywalczył 3 miejsce 🥉🏆 Uważam, że to bardzo dobry wynik na zawodach tej rangi. Forma była lepsza niż tydzień wcześniej na zawodach, ale również zawodnicy prezentowali wyższy poziom. Natomiast na Diamond Cup, które odbyły się dzień później Łukasz zajmuje 6 miejsce. Gdzie w niedzielę prezentuję lepsze nabicie, i pełność umięśnienia nie tracąc przy tym jakości, definicji i separacji. Nie mam pytań🤷‍♂️
Serdecznie pozdrawiam panel sędziowski PZKFiTS. Co roku jest o was głośniej, róbcie tak dalej jak robicie a w całej tej układance zabraknie wam puzzli, czyli zawodników chcących startować w waszej federacji.
PS. Łukaszowi gratuluję jeszcze raz osiągnięcia życiowej formy 💪 I mam nadzieję, że skusi się na Moją propozycję 😁

HI!! sorry i went a little dark in the posting world but to be honest, my mental health has not been A1 and i needed to take some time to just focus on me first.

if you saw my story yesterday you know that i’ve been struggling quite a bit with my anxiety and some other health issues that have yet to be resolved. it’s made me very unmotivated to just do life, and with that comes not wanting to be on social media.

i pride myself for being very transparent on social media, and i do so to show y’all that no matter how perfect someone’s life may seem... we’re all human and we ALL struggle once in awhile.

that applies to literally everyone who’s on social media, no matter how many followers they have. no one is invincible and no one is perfect, but it’s VERY easy to put on a mask on instagram and come across as perky and positive 24/7.

so that’s that, if you’re struggling a little (or a lot) at the moment, don’t be afraid to reach out to someone you trust for help, advice, or just to chat. i love y’all 💗 happy monday!

bin noch arbeiten für paar Stündchen, tschüss und schönen Abend mal noch ✌️. 🔺Untergrund ist von @foodyboard 🔺
_________________________________________________ ➡ ~500g geschälte Kartoffeln weich kochen,
➡ Kartoffeln abdampfen lassen, ➡ Kartoffeln zerstampfen,
➡ 30g Kartoffel Mehl dazugeben,
➡ mit Määäh Gewürz von @spice_bar und ggf Salz würzen (lässt sich super mit nem Mixer vermischen), ➡ Muffinform etwas einfetten, ➡ Kartoffelmasse in die Muffinform geben, Räder hochdrücken damit eine Kuhle entsteht, Feta hinein geben, zuklappen und bei 180° Umluft im Ofen backen (ca. 30-45 Minuten).
(ergibt ca. 8 Stück)
➖ ➡ eine Rote Zwiebel anschwitzen, ➡ eine Knoblauchzehe und 150g Bohnen (zuvor Ende anschneiden und klein schneiden, ➡ 200g passierte Tomaten, 50-100ml Wasser und 100g Ajvar dazugeben,
➡ mit Malaka von @spice_bar würzen und ggf Salz, ➡ köcheln lassen bis die Bohnen gar sind.

~Avocado Toast ✌🏻 Ways 🥑~
Apparently it’s National Guacamole day, so I’m celebrating with all of the avo action 👏🏻 Are you team crispy egg or creamy soft boiled? I can never decide so I just make both 😂 Thick cut sourdough from @wholefoods, smashed avo, ebtb seasoning, red pepper flakes and eggs two ways...you just can’t go wrong 🤪 Sharing egg tutorials below 🤙🏻👇🏻

Soft boiled tutorial:
Bring a small pot of water to a boil, add egg and boil for exactly 7 minutes. Remove from boiling water and add to ice bath for five minutes and then peel. .

Crispy egg tutorial:
Bring pan to medium high heat, add 2 tsp of ghee or olive oil, and crack egg in and fry for about 1 minute until edges are crispy. Turn heat to medium low and allow egg to finish cooking for about 3 more minutes.

Перший раз, коли я вийшла на пробіжку, це був мій перший кілометр і всеее 🙀 1 кілометр, Карл! Я зараз дивуюсь своїй наполегливості, я кожного разу йшла і робила те, що маю, не давала собі шансу подумати «а може не сьогодні 🤔» ❌Ні! Не було такого.
Як я себе добре пам’ятаю, дихання не вистачає, ноги болять, організм в шоці, що з ним роблять 😂 було таке враження, що ще 100 метрів і впаду 🙈 так як «я і спорт» 2 роки тому, це було просто #unreal 😄
✔️ з дня в день я збільшувала собі планку
✔️досягнувши, йшла далі і це мене надзвичайно мотивувало, в мене просто горіли очі
✔️ потім було 3 км, потім 5, потім 11 км 🏆
Я не скажу, що люблю бігати, але саме завдяки бігу, я відчула в собі #силу і вольовий #характер який веде до змін 😼💪

Sore from yesterday? No thankfully! 😁My legs and body were feeling a little tired but nothing I couldn’t power through👍. I was also a little nervous after my long run yesterday that the foot pain would return and I got lucky there because my foot feels great 😅 ☘️ #happymonday #mondayrunday #howdidigetsolucky .
