After 6 long months of training with light weights, back to heavy weights . Building a bigger legs this time...140kg for 3reps...not a bad start...just a beginning..lot more to come💪 Although the video went quite crazy, the pump after the squat was amazing!

Усталочка после тренировки 👍🏻 люблю это состояние 🖤 Выбрала зал #даудельспорт возле своего отеля (бизнес центра) Mercure в #тюмень. Хотя была возможность сходить в небольшую тренажерку и при отеле. Note to self.... when you wake at 2am with a migraine... check that the codine you are necking like sweets are only 15mg and not the 30mg ones.... Sobotni trening zaliczony! 🤩
Czwarty w tym tygodniu, dlatego jutro dzień odpoczynku 🙂
Dziś zafundowałyśmy sobie 5 stacji na dolne partie, każda po 45 sekund pracy, a po jednym obwodzie odpoczynek (obwodów zrobiłyśmy 4).
Na koniec jeszcze 10 minutek dodatkowych z naszego „poślad challenge”😆 Ojj było ciężko i paliło 🔥 Ale za to po treningu mogłyśmy być z siebie dumne! 💪🏻 A Ty co dzisiaj robisz dla siebie? 🤔

Back to basics, going old - old school. Joe Weider you Beauty! Those who don't know Weider, he is the God Father of weight training and body building, think Arnie, Lou Ferrigno, Phil Heath, Jay Cutler and and..! I'm yet to follow a Weider program and not see almost immediate results and no I don't diet to back it up, never have, imagine if I did? (note to self) 🤔

The last 10 years I've only trained on Weider programs and yes I'm not Mr. Olympia (well my wife thinks so) but it transformed my body and keeps me in shape.
You want to shape your muscles/body.. go Weider! All this other stuff is cute but nothing beats free weights, finish en klaar!

Train smarter not harder.. Well do both but in that order! 😁😘

Big Booty Blastin Workout 🍑

It’s a long one guys, but I have been loving my training sessions lately. Been doing lots of reps and really focusing on activating my glutes in every workout.

1. 5 rounds:
- 10 front rack reverse lunges (each side)
- 10 banded clamshells
2. 5 rounds
- 10 barbell hip thrusts
- 10 single leg RDL (each side)
3. Box squats 15, 8, 3, 8, 15 (increasing weight as you decrease in reps)
4. Single leg leg press 5 x 15 (each leg)
5. Reverse hack squat 5 x 10
6. Hamstring curls 5 x 20
7. Reverse hyperextensions 5 x 10 (start with your body weight and then add weight if you can)
