    Sometimes I feel weak. Then I got the bag 💭💭 determined to be feeling my absolute best by the time I reach 40 next year. Mentally, physically, emotionally, personally, professionally 💕💕 mixing up my exercise to see what I love. Turns out I ❤ this little space.

Salade composée:
- tomate🍅
- concombre🥒
- oignon
- 130g de quinoa bio cuit
- 1 poignee de raisins secs
- 10 amandes concassées
- feuilles de menthe & de persil 🌿
- 120g tranche de viande blanche à 2% de matière grasse

    The “Hip Flexor” stretch.  I incorporate this stretch into every class, session or injury rehabilitation I do.  The reason behind it, is we as humans spend the majority of our day in a seated position.  Weather you have a desk job, watching tele on the sofa or even going to the toilet (females especially) so I’ve been told 😳😳 I don’t know because I’ve never actually sat and stared at a woman do the business but you will find that the majority of your day will be sat down in a seated position.  Some of your exercises are In fact in a seated position.  Seated Row,  most cable resistance machines are seated.  In fact I’m sat writing this post now!  So therefore one of the most important stretches to do is this Hip Flexor stretch.  You don’t have to do it in every class or session like me but it definitely helps me avoid injuries or cramps in classes and sessions.     I LOooOoOoOoVEEeEee RESTING!! 😴 I know that makes me sound lazy but feeling tired and achey is just not my cup of tea. Prioritising Sleep is so underrated but it has such a significant impact on our energy levels, mood, strength & even facilitates weight loss.
