I remember when I first started lifting… it was AWESOME because I didn’t have expectations. Instagram was just starting out, & I didn’t follow any fitness accounts. It was just me vs me in the gym — doing my thing, feeling super proud of my progress, & having a damn good time.

It’s so much easier now to play the comparison game: “I will be happy when I look as lean as *insert whoever* all year.”

What many of us fail to recognize (& what I constantly have to remind myself about) is how we are all DIFFERENT due to a biological factor: genetics.

I can’t look like so & so all year because I will always look like ME.
.
I can change my body comp. I can diet down & lose weight. I can eat in a surplus & gain some muscle. Yes — I actually can change A LOT, but I will still always have MY BODY, my GENETICS.
.
🛑 Stop comparing yourself to others. Stop thinking you’ll be happy when you reach the same goals as someone else.
.
Just put your head down & work. It’s the fastest way to get where you want to go.

Ich sehe viele Leute im Studio, die entweder mit falscher Technik oder mit falscher Technik und zu viel Gewicht trainieren. Du solltest auf dein Muskel Gefühl achten. Muscle-Mind-Connection ist ein wichtiger Faktor beim Bodybuilding.


Doch was genau ist die Muscle-Mind Connection? Die Muscle-Mind-Connection ist das Bindeglied zwischen Körper und Geist, das es ermöglicht, das körpereigene, vorhandene Potential vollständig auszunutzen. Bei Anfängern ist die Muscle-Mind-Connection häufig noch nicht richtig ausgebildet, aber sie lässt sich durch regelmäßiges Training verstärken. Dazu gibt es verschiedene Trainingsmethoden wie statische Übungen, Isolationsübungen oder das Pausieren am obersten Punkt der Bewegung. Konzentriere dich in der Übung darauf den Zielmuskel und die dazugehörigen Hilfsmuskeln auch wirklich unter Spannung zu halten und zu treffen. Wenn du das in deinem Training integrierst und mit der Zeit immer weiter verbesserst, wirst du mit der Zeit viel effektiver werden. •

несомненно, по началу всем сложно урезать свой рацион и начать питать правильно, но соблюдая эти советы, вы поменяете свое пищевое поведение и со временем сможете насовсем перейти на ПП 😍🥰


заменяем майонез на греческий йогурт/мягкий творог/сметану, а кетчуп томатной пастой 🍅

покупаем антипригарную сковороду, если ее еще нет у вас и жарим с минимальным использованием масла 🌮

забываем о полуфабрикатах, ведь технология их производства дешёвая, поэтому в состав входит не только мясо, а хлеб и дешёвые жиры 😖

покупаем сахарозаменитель, вместо сахара или используем натуральный мед 🍯

сливки заменяем молоком 🍼

вместо сладких газировок наконец начните пить чай, кофе с минимальным добавлением сахара или воду ☕

при покупке молочных продуктов и мяса, выбираем нежирный вариант 🍖

большой совет готовить самим, ведь даже если вы приготовите сами торт, это будет намного качественнее и полезнее того, что продается в магазине или делают на заказ 🙏🏻❣️
