C'est trooop bon !!!! Hyper fluffffffffy et légers, ils me font tourner la tête de bon matin 🥰😍😇
Bon après, je crois que je les ai un peu trop garnis cette fois ci 😬🙄 mais c'est encore meilleur quand ça déborde de gourmandise !!!! 😇🎊

La recette pour 1 personne (1 petit dej) :
.
-1 oeuf
-100 g blancs d'oeufs montés en neige (version liquide @prozisfrance)
-25 g de farine d'avoine saveur Biscuit@prozisfrance
-10 g de whey saveur au choix
-1 cc de levure chimique
.
Mélangez tous les ingrédients sauf les blancs d'oeuf et les incorporer délicatement en dernier.
.
Versez la moitié de la préparation dans 4 moules en silicone diamètre 12 cm.
.
Déposez dans 2 d'entre eux 1/2 carré de chocolat noir 80%. Et recouvrez de pâte à pancake. .
Dans les 2 autres, répartissez un mélange de 50 g de framboises décongelées + 1 cc de graines de chia + qqes gouttes de Sucralose liquide, préalablement passé au micro-onde 2 min.
Recouvrez de pâte à pancake. .
Enfournez pour 12 min de cuisson à 180°C.

Dégustez-les tièdes ou froids 😘

Have I been working out a ton and been planning workouts into my day? No.
But I am not going to let it bring me down. I am going to work through it and ma le out plans for the day. I am trying to use this page to show how fitness is not linear, there are ups and downs. Millets are a good source of complex carbohydrates and micronutrients and can be used on a low carb diet as well.
It is rich in minerals like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium as well as essential vitamins like folate, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin and Vitamins B6, C, E, and K.
It has high fibre in it as well.

Points to be noted:
1)Millets have to be soaked 6-7 hours and drained before cooking to avoid any bloating.
2) Add lots of veggies to your millets to ensure lowering of carb load.
3) Hard millets are jowar, bajra and ragi and soft are little millet, banyard millet called sama, foxtail millet.
4) Millets are good in a runners diet and as they give a sustained energy release.

PSA that losing weight (fat) doesn’t fix all your problems. It feels damn good fuelling my body properly and feeling more comfortable in my skin but it doesn’t fix whatever is going on in my head. It isn’t the be all and end all of happiness like the cosmopolitan magazine had me believe when I was younger. Being happier in my body HELPS; but don’t rest all hopes of a perfect life on a number on the scale or dress size. It’s unrealistic & impossible to think you will instantly feel fixed.

I don’t wake up with a beaming confidence each morning, it’s an hour by hour thing for me. I still have moments of bad body image, I still get sad and anxious and stressed. At the end of the day it’s how you FEEL. Try and be as happy as possible with what you’ve got whilst also working to improve yourself.💚

I don’t wake up with a beaming confidence each morning, it’s an hour by hour thing for me. I still have moments of bad body image, I still get sad and anxious and stressed. At the end of the day it’s how you FEEL. Try and be as happy as possible with what you’ve got whilst also working to improve yourself.💚

بازیافتن جوانی گمشده‌ات محال است. اگر به عقب بازگردی امروزت را نیز از دست می‌دهی ! یادت باشد انسان باید "رها در لحظه" زندگی کند ... کشاورزان جنوب و نخل دار ها عادت خوبی دارند.
نخلی را كه زیاد خوشه بدهد را عزیز،
نمی دارند،
تنبیهش میكنند.
زخمش می زنند،
خوشه هایش را با بیرحمی تمام می برند. شاید بگویید: آخی طفلكی ها گناه دارند،
بله سخت است اما باور كنید این كار لطف به درخت است،
با خوشه های زیاد نخل مجبوراست انرژی اش را بین مثلا ده خوشه،
تقسیم كند و محصول خرمایی است،
با كیفیت متوسط و یا حتا ضعیف.
اما نخلدار پنج خوشه را فدای پنج خوشه قوی تر می كند،
و با قطع نصف خوشه ها انرژی و شیره درخت صرف پنج خوشه قوی تر میشود. حاصلش هم خرمایی میشود با كیفیت بالاتر و قیمت بیشتر.

ما انسانها هم كاش همینطور باشیم. آدمهای اضافی و كارهای اضافی را كنار بگذاریم و شیره روح مان را، صرف آنهایی بكنیم كه ماندنی اند.
و باعث انبساط خاطر ما میشن
آدمهاى منفى كه باعث ازار ما هستند، حسودان و بخیلان و،

I almost didn’t come to the gym this day.


So many reasons not to go.


It takes 5 seconds for your brain to make up an excuse & change your mind (or if you’re like me, then several 😅)


“If you have an impulse to act on a goal, you must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain will kill the idea” as Mel Robbins says👌🏻


I knew I wanted to go to the gym - I try to plan my workouts in advance. But moments before going to the gym, I was sitting on my couch making up different excuses of why I can’t go. No time. No energy. Something better to do. My hand was hurt so I couldn’t do my usual workout. So many reasons.


Whatever you want to do in life, you have to physically take action. You have to move your body & go towards the initial instinct you have.


You have to lean into acting on your goals. And you have to act within that 5 second window between the the moment you have that instinct to act on your goals, and your mind “killing” the idea.


That day, I got off my couch, put on a cute gym outfit right away, and made it to the gym💪🏻🙌🏻

When we can’t get into a BFT class because we’re coaching all day we hit it together in the afternoon break!
Today was Cardio Summit at @bodyfit_hamiltonnth and wow was it a goodie! Thanks @brett_elvines_strength_coach for smashing me on the air bike superset and pushing us to 7 rounds each in 6 minutes, I really need to get better at those things 🥵
But the real question is... who has the bigger guns? 😜💪🏻
