    Here’s the thing: We can both love the body we have AND want it to be smaller, bigger, muscley-er, tighter whatever-er. ⁣

And nothing is more motivating than seeing our hard work paying off when those results start coming in. Like a freight train of fuck yeah. ⁣

Diet culture told me I had to look a certain way. My hard work on mindset taught me I’m always enough just as I am. And constant attention on feeling my best showed me exactly what my body is capable of. ⁣

These were not easy lessons to learn but with the right tools and people in my life I was able to achieve so much more goal success than I ever did at my personal “skinniest”. ⁣

    Mi última práctica ayer al anochecer en mi rinconsito piconero... esta vez os comparto una muestra de BodyART training, guarda semejanza con el yoga Vinyasa aunque no tiene nada que ver.

    Pin presses are a great bench builder! Set the pins to where you think you’re weak area is. You allow the bar to rest on the pins before pressing back up. This static overcome by dynamic action will help strengthen that weaker area while still allowing you to practice the full movement! Give em a go!

    Hi 🙋‍♀️ Instagram can be strange place sometimes where we tend to forget what’s real and what’s not. Easy to get caught up in posting things solely for validation. That’s why I love that @ToneItUp has created a space to use this platform for good. For connection. For real life transformation.

This is me most of the time. Glasses & sweatshirts. Eyes get puffy from 1 glass of wine the night before 🍷. Skin tone is definitely more red than what filters can mask. Trying to figure out how to help my hair not be so dry & frizzy 🤷‍♀️. Don’t always feel motivated to workout but have learned to show up anyways! My life hasn’t been perfect & neither have I but I wouldn’t change a thing because I finally love the woman I am. I love what this #tiucommunity has created amongst eachother so let’s keep being real with who we are!
