Pues no, no me pagan por entrenar o cuidar la alimentación. Pero tener salud, energía para hacer todo lo que quieres, fuerza, vitalidad, verte bien en el espejo... no tiene precio.

Además, ¿de que sirve tener mucho dinero en el banco, un coche de lujo o un chalet, si no se tiene algo tan básico como una buena salud? .
El que no tiene tiempo para cuidar su salud, algún día tendrá que tener tiempo, dinero y paciencia para cuidar su enfermedad.

    Grilled Garlic Chicken + Summer Veggies 🍗🍅🍆🌽🌶

makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets
1/2 tsp each sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
4 Tbsps avocado oil, or olive oil
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar 
6 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
2 large zucchini, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
3 bell peppers (different colors), sliced into thick strips
1 large sweet onion, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
a small handful of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk your oil, vinegar, together with sea salt, pepper, minced garlic, chili flakes and oregano.

Place the chicken breast in a ziploc bag, or glass bowl and pour in HALF of your olive-garlic mixture. Shake or toss to combine, then allow chicken to marinade for at least 30 minutes, covered in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile prepare your veggies, and place them in a large bowl. Add the remaining garlic oil mixture and toss well to coat.

Heat an outdoor or an stovetop grill to medium-high heat.

Discard all marinade.

Place the veggies on the grill and cook in batches, flipping them constantly until the edges are nicely charred, about 5-6 minutes until they are crisp-tender. 
Set on a platter as they are ready.
Grill your chicken about 5 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Place chicken on your platter next to the veggies, and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley if desired. .

    Жара просто невыносимая. 
Под вечер удалось немножко половить. Рыбка отзывалась на блесна и крупный силикон на джиг-риге, уж очень мелкий пруд. 
Знакомая форма блесны нашла своё исполнение в продукции компании флагман. Модель Flex весом 8,5 граммов станет отличным решением в выборе приманки для ловли щуки на глубинах до 2-х метров 😉

    I’m feeling stronger than ever today. The past few weeks I’ve been getting that wonderful feeling like I’m on the right path – y’know that feeling when your dreams are starting to come into focus way off in the distance. I can see where I’m heading and I LOVE IT. For all my female photographers out there, stay strong today. Don’t let others’ doubts become your own. 💪🏻

For mig er det ikke vigtigt kun at have veninder der bor lige rundt om hjørnet - det betyder ikke noget de bor et stykke væk! Og så er det vel altid hyggeligt at få luftet Citigo’en lidt 🚗💨 Derudover synes jeg ikke, at det gør noget, at der går lidt tid imellem man ses. Det vigtigste er sgu at de er det HELE værd! Og jeg NYDER selvskabet💗 Intet kan erstatte mine piger! Altid med, aldrig uden✨
