交通便利的同時,物價也很貴阿!
喜歡吃義大利麵的小編我,看見網友大推這家簡餐店,於是拉著朋友前來試試。
果然是好吃的呢!小編覺得它們家義大利麵的口味好特別,像是有「泡菜」、「打拋蛤蠣」等···
麵的辣度讓我有點小小失望,除此之外,份量夠、蛤蠣鮮甜💕
當然價格上貴了點🥺每人低消是一杯飲品❗️
說到飲料,那還真的算是加分的餐點,左上方的「我的少女拿鐵」超好喝😍不會過於甜膩,喝起來很清爽!

본인이 아는한 국내 최초의 아부라소바집 미하루 !
'아부라'는 기름을 뜻하는데, 아부라소바느말그대로 감칠맛이 가득한 소바를 의미한다
오픈 초기에 들렀었는데 재방문

가장 큰 변화는 면의 두께 ~
이전엔 면이 본인 기준 좀 과하게 두꺼워 씹는 식감이 다소 부담스러웠는데, 두께가 딱 적당하게 얇아졌다
덕분에 툭툭 끊어지며 느껴지는 특유의 씹는 맛이 한결 좋아진 👍👍

또한 가츠오부시의 비율도 늘어난듯 맛이 한결 고급스러워졌다 ~ 이전엔 간장의 비율이 높았다면 지금은 여러 맛이 복합적으로 !!! 느껴져서 특유의 감칠맛이 부담스럽지 않았던 😁😁
마무리로 밥 비벼먹어도 👍👍👍

다만 여전히 멘마는 내 기준 많이 짰던게 아쉬웠던..

처음 방문때보다 많이 안정화되어 아부라소바를 어떤 맛으로 즐기는지 더 잘 알것같았던 방문 😄

For the Mini KitKat Cheesecake:⁠

2 tubs (500g) cream cheese⁠
60 ml hot water⁠
¼ cup castor sugar⁠
1 tsp vanilla essence⁠
2tsp lemon juice⁠
4 KitKat Originals 45 g⁠

Serves: 25⁠

Recipe⁠
⁠
1. Line a 20x20cm square baking dish with baking paper.⁠
⁠
2. Separate the KitKat fingers, layer them into the base of the baking dish (evenly spaced) and set aside.⁠
⁠
3. Add the cream cheese to a bowl and beat until light and fluffy.⁠
⁠
4. Add the sugar, vanilla essence and lemon juice and beat until smooth.⁠
⁠
5. Add the hot water slowly until the mixture is slightly runny.⁠
⁠
6. Dip the bottom of the KitKat fingers into the cream cheese mix (This ensures the fingers don't move when the mix is spooned on top) and layer them into the base of the baking dish (evenly spaced). ⁠

7. Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the KitKat base and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm.⁠
⁠
8. Use the baking paper to remove the cheesecake from the dish and slice into bite sized pieces with a sharp knife.⁠

9. Top each of the bites with a fresh raspberry and a dusting of icing sugar before serving on a platter. ENJOY!⁠

    S U N D A Y 🥰. Seid ihr gut in den Sonntag gestartet? Ich bin gerade mit einer großen Portion Porridge mit Erdbeeren, Mandeln und Schokolade zum Frühstück ganz entspannt in den Sonntag gestartet - hatte ich schon Ewigkeiten nicht mehr 🍓. Seit heute Nacht regnet es bei uns ununterbrochen, daher wird der Sonntag wohl auch weiterhin entspannt Zuhause verbracht 🌧. Ein paar von meinen gestern gebackenen Schoko-Kokos Kekse müssen dabei auch noch verdrückt werden 🍪👌.✖️Rezept für 10 Kekse: 130g Dinkelmehl mit 50g Kokosflocken 🥥, 20g Kakao, 80g Kokosöl o. Margarine (weich), 60g Zuckerersatz und 1/2 TL Backpulver zu einem Teig kneten, Kugeln formen und mit einem Löffelstiel etwas einstechen und bei 170 Grad Ober- und Unterhitze für 18 Minuten backen. Zum Schluss nur noch in die Löcher kalorienreduzierte Schokocreme füllen 😋...
