    happy toast tuesday from SUNNY FLORIDA☀️ after some long travels, I finally made it! 😅 enjoying my time here with my fav people + sun + the beach + good reads — pretty sure that’s the recipe for happiness.. at least for this gal 🥰

now back to the toast — snack style: one of my most recent obsessions is @ggfiber crackers — they’re the perfect vehicle for allll the toppings (sweet & savory!) and they provide the perfect crunch 🙌🏼 idk about you guys but I NEED a good crunch 😏 they’re also loaded with fiber & the most minimal ingredients — ya just can’t beat that combo!

    תמיד אחרי שאני מכינה קינוח כלשהו אני דואגת שהוא יעלם בהקדם האפשרי (כמובן רק לאחר שהספקתי לצלם) בעזרתם של חברים ומשפחה. הבעיה היא - שעכשיו אין לי גלידה 😒

    Даже у безупречной Мишель меньше фото, чем у этой композиции. Очнулась, когда сто одинаковых кадров нащёлкала, по-моему это охренеть как красиво🌚✨

А вообще снимать в своём дворе нереально удобно. Сарай расковырял-нашёл фон, на кухне пошуршал-нашёл потрясный реквизит, сгонял в сад-нарвал яблок. Крошки падают на землю-да и ладно, голуби съедят. Единственный минус- наглых мух потом в фотошопе удалять🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

    Nyobain resto dideket rumah, buat yang di daerah rungkut pasti uda sering liat @kedaisingapurasurabaya ini kan? Lokasinya di Ruko Promenade Merr, mereka served aneka masakan khas Singapore mulai dari Bubur, Kwetiau, Dry Noodle ( Pangsit Mie ), Laksa, Nasi Ayam Hainan, dan menu snack seperti Kaya Toast, Chicken Wings, Dumpling ada semua disini. Harganya mulai IDR 35k. Yang difotoku ini aku pesen Bubur Combo+Ayam Panggang, harganya IDR 55k. Isi buburnya super lengkap ada Bakwan, Jamur, Telur, Hiwan, Ayam dan Cakue.     I’m a huge fan of the weekend + pancake combo (just ask my roommates) 😍 I usually use a boxed mix, but other times I’m making blender batter 🙌🏻 My 4 ingredient blender pancake recipe 👉🏻 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/3 cup egg whites, your fav protein powder, and a mashed banana ! Blend all of the ingredients together & then make them in a pan just like normal pancakes 💕 happy Tuesday!!

the avocado + strawberry + feta trio is definitely one for the books 🥑🍓 so refreshing!
I chose a slow and relaxing morning over working out, simply because I woke up and instantly knew my body wasn’t feeling it! making a plan is great, but it’s even more important to step back and listen to what your body actually wants 😊
I hope you all have a terrific Tuesday!

    Most of us think of orange juice and all things citrus when we reach for the Vitamin C, but SHASHITO PEPPERS are also high in Vitamin C... and they are super fun to eat. 
I like them served blistered over a grilled steak with grilled portabella mushrooms. Balsamic and soy work double duty as a soaking mixture for the portabella mushrooms and a splash is added to the Blistered shashito peppers to finish them off.

    A carbonara style pasta with help from @hugdecook 🍝 i haven’t attempted a copy of this classic dish yet - and I’m so glad I did. Made with vegan bacon (!!!) - which has really good meatylike texture and I loved the smokey baconlike flavours, peas, mushrooms, fresh parsley, soy cream and other yummy stuff. All of these incredible flavours and not one animal was harmed in the making ☺️☺️
Thank you so much @veganbaconuk for sending me my tasty treats 🌱💛 I’ve got a little left that I want to have with a vegan breakfast so stay tuned for that!

happy monday, my friends! kicked off my day with an early @barryscanada 🏋🏻‍♀️ I don’t have to head into work today, but I still love getting my workout done first thing! It starts my day off on the right foot, puts me in an amazing mood, and I like being able to shower, get ready, and get on with my day! ❤️
