TACOS DE AGUACATE Y LANGOSTINOS SALTEADOS CON SALSA DE MELÓN 🌮🌮🌮 quién quiere uno?
.
😍La receta de hoy me encanta, es deliciosa y divertida, y es que la comida debe ser para disfrutar en todos los sentidos!
.
👉He preparado unos tacos de langostinos y para darle un punto diferente los he acompañado de una salsa deliciosa de yogurt y melón🍈, que además se sirve en el propio melón para que quede más bonito todavía!!! ✨
.
🌿Os apetecen prepararlos?
.
Ingredientes (5-6 tacos)
-	1 melón lililup de @jimbeemelon -	10 langostinos frescos
-	5 tortillas de maíz
-	1 aguacate
-	1 yogurt griego
-	½  cebolla roja
-	3 limas
-	Sal -	Pimienta
-	Aceite de Oliva virgen extra

Preparación:
-	Marinar ½ cebolla roja picada con el zumo de una lima. Reservar.
-	Lavar bien el melón ya que se utilizará de recipiente y le damos un pequeño corte en la base para que se asiente.
-	Cortar la “tapa de arriba” y con la ayuda de una cucharada o sacabolas, vaciar el melón todo lo que podamos.
-	Las semillas se desechan , y la pulpa del meló se pica.
-	Pelar el aguacate, sacar su pulpa y aplastarla con un tenedor, añadir sal, pimienta y zumo de lima a nuestro gusto. Reservar.
-	Dorar en una sartén las tortillas un poco por cada lado.
-	Pelar los langostinos, saltearlos en una sartén con un poco de aceite.
-	Montar los tacos en un plato, añadir una base de aguacate y encima los langostinos salteados, por último un poco de lima rallada.
-	Y ahora el toque final!!! Acompañar de nuestra salsa de melón: mezclar el melón, con la cebolla roja, el yogurt griego, un poco de pimienta y sal. Poner la salsa dentro del melón y lo servir junto a los tacos.

And what a day it was! I make the McDonald’s #fakeaway 🔸Big Mac burger with the @becs.bites recipe for the sauce (3 syns worth or Sainsbury’s reduced fat burgers) 🔸Quorn nuggy nugs I swear to god you wouldn’t know are not chicken! 1/2 syn each (2syns)
🔸 Tesco onion rings 1 syn each (3 syns) 🔸 SW Iceland chips (free) 🔸 Salad (speed)

    It’s only flour and water, salt and a little fresh yeast, but in a very short while with very little effort there is a pile of warm, fresh, soft, pillowy bread on the table. It embarrasses the pitta bread from the shops. Good bread is the greatest comfort food. The oldest too, probably. I’m with Michael Pollan I think, when he says "eat what you like, as long as you make it yourself.” From the smoking hot cast iron skillet these flatbreads were piled up, wrapped in a towel until all the dough was used. They sat keeping warm while I made tzatziki to serve with them. Loaded with garlic, dried mint and vinegar I’ll still be tasting it tomorrow I imagine. And that was pretty much supper tonight. A quiet, warm evening with a cup of tea as the sunlight slips away. #freshbread #homebaking #pittabread #flour #homemade

    There’s a brand new biz in town and I’m already obsessed!! Boba places are popping up all over the Triangle but there is finally a place that is as good as some of the spots in CA!! @bobababacafe has an extensive menu with drinks you’ve probably never had before. They remind me a lot of Boba Guys on the West Coast but I’m not mad about it at all. Their interior is super spacious and tons of big tables to come and hang out. So happy this place is like a five minute drive from my house because it’s really good. I tried the strawberry matcha latte, Thai tea, butterfly fresca, lychee green tea, matchata and rose black tea which were all great. My favorites were the strawberry matcha latte and rose black tea but I know I’m going to like the other floral and milk teas on their menu too. They’re having a BOGO special for the soft opening today and the grand opening is on Saturday. If you’ve been waiting to try boba, this is the place you’ve been waiting for! Cheers.

    A little update on my life because I know I’ve kept you all in the dark, and I’m sorry about that:

I’m moving out of Boston and back in with my family in four days. I’m currently unemployed, struggling a bit financially, and trying rebuild my blog so I can reconsider partnerships and open more doors for myself.

Thus, it wasn’t a smart idea for me to lease an apartment in the city for September.

I’ve been subletting an apartment from my good friend for the past two months and have absolutely loved living in this area.

When I move back home, here’s my plan:

I just scheduled my RD exam for the end of September, meaning I’m going to be spending the majority of the hours and weeks leading up to the exam studying.

I’m getting a minor surgery right after Labor Day. I’m okay and I’m healthy, but I’ll be recovering from that for a few weeks as well while I’m studying, which means lots of rest and no working out. Honestly not too upset about that because my body needs a damn break.

I move to Dallas, Texas in October for a month and change. I’ll be living with my best friend Meghan. We’ve been very close since high school and she was placed in Dallas for an amazing job opportunity a year ago.

I’ll be traveling a lot while in Dallas. Austin, southern Cali, Seattle, Arizona to name a few places! I’m especially excited about this because traveling lights up my soul.

November and December I’ll be spending time back at home with my family enjoying the holidays.

Come January, Meghan is being transferred back to Boston (thank the lawd) and we will move to the city together permanently on January 1st.

There ya go! I know a lot of you have been curious and I’m sorry I am just getting around to explaining everything. I’ve had a lot of details to figure out.

I love snacking on fresh produce, but when I’m hangry, sometimes it isn’t my first reaction to cut up a cucumber 🤔🥒 that’s why I try to keep our fridge stocked with pre-cut veggies and fresh fruit for snack attacks!     ❇️BIZCOCHITOS MATEROS❇️
✅Salen 80 unidades.

✳️INGREDIENTES:
HARINA 0000	- 500 GRS.
LEVADURA FRESCA-15 GRS.
AGUA-125 CC.
GRASA REFINADA	-225 GRS.
EXTRACTO DE MALTA - 1CDITA (si no consigue reemplazar por 2 grs de harina de Malta 😏)
SAL-15 GRS..

❇️Procedimiento:
Colocar sobre la mesa la harina, hacer un hueco y ubicar allí la levadura desgranada. Incorporar un poco de agua a temperatura ambiente. Unir con los dedos estos dos ingredientes, luego agregar la grasa y el extracto de malta. Espolvorear la sal sobre la harina. Unir los ingredientes y lograr una masa relativamente blanda.  Amasar unos minutos, dar forma de bollo, cubrir con polietileno y dejar reposar 20’. Estirar la masa sobre la mesa apenas enharinada y doblar por la mitad; repetir este paso, por lo menos 3 veces más, espolvoreando con harina entre cada doblés.
Estirar la masa hasta alcanzar 3 mm de espesor, pinchar toda la superficie y cortar con molde triangular de 5 cm de lado.
Disponer sobre placa engrasada. Dejar leudar 20’ y hornear a 200 °C durante 25’ aprox. .

    TORTA INVERTIDA DE MANZANAS VERDES en LA ESSEN de @lacocinasanadevero 
Recuerden que si no tienen tazas medidoras, usan la de café tradicional (chica, no las altas)
✔️NECESITAMOS:
🔛Para el caramelo:
- una taza de azúcar 🔛 Para el relleno:
- 2 manzanas verdes peladas, descarozadas y cortadas en medias rodajas gruesas
- media taza de azucar - media taza de aceite - media taza de leche 🥛 - 2 huevos 🥚 - 2 tazas de harina leudante - canela c/n
- esencia de vainilla c/n
Usamos siempre el fuego corona. Vamos a hacer un caramelo con la taza de azúcar en la essen. Luego ponemos las rodajas de manzanas y le tiramos por arriba la mezcla de huevos, aceite, leche, azúcar, canela, vainilla y harina leudante.     TORTA INVERTIDA DE MANZANAS VERDES en LA ESSEN de @lacocinasanadevero
    Recuerden que si no tienen tazas medidoras, usan la de café tradicional (chica, no las altas)
    ✔️NECESITAMOS:
    🔛Para el caramelo:
    - una taza de azúcar 🔛 Para el relleno:
    - 2 manzanas verdes peladas, descarozadas y cortadas en medias rodajas gruesas
    - media taza de azucar - media taza de aceite - media taza de leche 🥛 - 2 huevos 🥚 - 2 tazas de harina leudante - canela c/n
    - esencia de vainilla c/n
    Usamos siempre el fuego corona. Vamos a hacer un caramelo con la taza de azúcar en la essen. Luego ponemos las rodajas de manzanas y le tiramos por arriba la mezcla de huevos, aceite, leche, azúcar, canela, vainilla y harina leudante.     Знаю вы ждали этот рецепт, ну кроме тех двух человек, которые вчера в сториз выбрали вариант «не надо» 😂
Всегда хочется им задать вопрос: «что Вы делаете тогда в кулинарном блоге?🤷🏼‍♀️».
Ну да ладно, не будем обращать на них внимание и лучше обратим его на этот творожный десерт, который не стыдно и гостям подать)

ТВОРОЖНЫЙ ЧИЗКЕЙК или просто мегавкуснющая ЗАПЕКАНКА со СЛИВОЧНЫМ СЫРОМ и ВИШНЕЙ🍒

Для приготовления вам понадобится:
✔️500 г творога 9%
✔️220 г сливочного сыра типо Филадельфия
✔️200 мл сливок 33%
✔️2 яйца
✔️100 г сахара
✔️Щепотка соли
✔️Ваниль
✔️1/2 ч.л разрыхлителя
✔️1/2 ч.л соды
✔️100 г вяленой вишни

Приготовление:
Творог протереть через сито или перебить его блендером до однородности.
После этого добавить в него сливочный сыр, 50 г сахара, ванилин и сливки.
Всё хорошо взбить.
Отдельно взбить яйца с щепоткой соли и оставшимся сахаром.
Объединить две массы и ещё раз взбить на небольшой скорости.
Добавить вяленую вишню, перемешать.
Вылить творожно-сырную массу в форму, смазанную маслом.
Выпекать в предварительно разогретой до 170-180 градусов духовке 45-50 минут.
Готовый чизкейк оставить на 15-20 минут в духовке с открытой дверцей остывать, затем полностью остывший чиз достать из формы и поставить в холодильник на несколько часов.
Сверху застывший чизкейк я полила вишневым желе, для этого стакан замороженной вишни проварила с 1 ст.л сахара в сотейнике и добавила немного кукурузного крахмала.
