    🔻ТОМАТНЫЙ СУП-ПЮРЕ🔻
Итальянская кухня славится спагетти и пиццей. Но в ней есть и другие блюда, в том числе и знаменитый томатный суп-пюре. Который я и решил приготовить.
Сверхнавыков в кулинарии не требуется, рецепт прост и понятен. А результат - приятно удивит 😉

🕟 Время приготовления - 30 минут.
⠀
Ингредиенты👇🏻
📍Оливковое масло 2 ст. ложки
📍Лук репчатый 1 шт.
📍Чеснок, 1 зубчик.
📍Томаты 300 гр.
📍Банка конс. томатов
📍Сливки 10%, 200 гр.
📍Сыр 100 гр.
⠀
1️⃣ Очистить от кожицы томаты. Разрезать пополам и положить на противень. Запекать в духовке при температуре 190 градусов - 20 минут.
2️⃣ На оливковом масле обжарить порезанный лук и чеснок.
3️⃣ Консервированные помидоры очистить от кожицы. Добавить поджаренный лук и чеснок, запечённые томаты.Измельчить блендером до получения однородной массы.
4️⃣ Довести до состояния кипения, добавить сливки, соль, приправы.
5️⃣ Порезать сыр кубиками. Разложить по глубоким тарелкам. Разлить суп по порциям.

The final dessert of the night, PB & J. This definitely brought back childhood memories 😂

@alexandermckinstry brings a playful take on PB&J with Aperitif Cacao by Chocolate Monggo, Peanut Butter, Meringue, Berry Sorbet, Daun Sumsum & Mushroom.

After desserts, the petit fours were presented to us. The "Snickers" was the absolute winner! Now, I just need a whole box of them to take home 😋

<️ Venison Fried Rice >

Ingredients:
🧚 Eggs
🧚 Tomato 🍅
🧚 Lettuce
🧚 Brown rice
🧚 Quinoa
🧚 Carrot 🥕
🧚 Venison
🧚 Garlic
🧚 Small red onion

Cooking method👩🏻🍳:
1. Add two eggs and a little salt in bowl beat until frothy. Heat the pan over low heat and add a little oil. Pour the egg into the pan. When pouring the batter, gently stir the egg in the pan. Continue stirring the eggs until it is almost wholly curdled then dish off.
2. Pour a little oil in a pan, add tomato pieces and fry until soft. Add a little tomato sauce, sugar and boiling water, stir and push aside evenly. Lastly, add the cooking eggs into the tomato sauce and mix well.
3. Beat eggs with a little salt until frothy. Heat the pan to low heat add a little oil, pour in the eggs, entirely turn to make the eggs in the bottom of the pan evenly spread into a piece of omelet, after set, pour out, put on the plate quickly. Cut strips and shapes.
3. Wash the brown rice and quinoa and cook them in a rice cooker. Cut the venison into pieces and dry the water, add the appropriate amount of teriyaki sauce, a few drops of light soy sauce, a tablespoon of white wine, a little salt, a low sugar, a little black pepper, a little starch, stir well, marinate for 20 minutes.
4. Heat a pan with vegetable oil, fry two small red onion slices until crispy and set aside. Add minced garlic and fry until fragrant. Finally add the cooked brown rice quinoa, a little salt, a little pepper, a little chicken powder, stir fry evenly. Stir in the crispy onion and serve. Put the egg strips on the Fried rice.
