    Pithaya/ dragon fruit: I’ve posted 2 other varieties of this fruit. My favourite is the yellow skinned one. These pink ones have a slight sweetness but mostly flavourless (like the one that is also pink on the inside). They are juicy though. #newfruit #fruit #pithaya #dragonfruit

    Faire ses probiotiques maison  ça vous intéresse ? .... ( le retour de la preparatrice en pharmacie ...😉) AVEC LE KÉFIR

Qu'est ce que le Kėfir? .Des petites perles blanchâtre ( Kefir de lait ) ou transparente ( Kefir d'eau ou de fruit ) . 
A quoi il sert ? .Ces petites perles sont riches en probiotique ... un probiotique à pour but de  réformer de reconstruire la flore intestinal . ( vous le savez sûrement mais les intestins jouent un rôle important dans le système immunitaire ...)bien sur cela  va vous sur notre digestion ( ballonement , constipation, régulation du transit..

Comment sa fonctionne ? .Il suffit de faire une boisson gazeuse  avec la fermentation du Kefir ( cf PHOTO.) A chaque boisson réaliser les perles se multiplies .

Pourquoi je fais cela ? 
C''est la fin des vacances ( j'ai quand même eu plusieurs semaine malgré 1 déménagement ) mais grosse fatigue trouble digestif , trouble alimentaire ... donc début d'une cure de detoxsification du foie et réformé la flore intestinal ... ( J'avais déjà fait une cure il y a quelques années TOP 👍) . .Voilà vous savez tout ... bien sur tout cela est à titre informatif ... mais je trouvais intéressant de vous parler cette petite transparente qu'est le  KÉFIR. .
Le KEFIR se donne de génération en génération et entre voisin ( c'est comme cela que j'ai pu en avoir ) ... c'est pour cela qu'il a traverser les annees

Probably, the most common recommendation to get in shape. Of course, they’re right. We need to eat fruit in order to be healthy. But don’t go over the moon with it. Excess is always bad! The key is to have a balanced diet. Full of nutrients, vitamins and fiber! .

So why are fruits so good? .

First of all, they contain large amounts of important sources including fiber, vitamins, minerals and various antioxidants. Hence, your digestion will be benefited if you eat them. Also, this will reduce the risk of having some diseases, such as heart diseases, type 2 diabetes and strokes . 
In addition, eating more fruits should lead to a reduction in calorie intake, as they are very filling due to the high fiber content, and ultimately, weight loss . •

    what’s your favorite berry and why?⁣⁣ 🍓 ⁣⁣
Berries are my favorite class of fruit because they are  beautiful, versatile and JAM-packed with antioxidants! (see what I did there?) They are sweet, yet so low in sugar and calories. When I can’t resist a delicious chocolate, birthday, or cheese cake, I’ll take a few berries and thin slice of cake and eat them together to balance out the flavor and fat. Plus, they are incredible for our brain and gut health. Berries contain large amounts of vitamins C and A, essential for immunity and preventing illness. ⁣⁣
My favorite berry, and fruit,  has always been raspberry. Raspberries have  more fiber than any other food per gram and they fit perfectly on the tips of your  fingers, which my daughter loves. We call them “raspberry manis.”⁣⁣ 💅🏻 ⁣⁣
Blackberries are also incredibly high in fiber and low in sugar and calories.⁣⁣ They are so good dipped in peanut butter (as you see me do in my stories👌🏻) ⁣⁣
🌱 💰 It is a good idea to get organic when you can. Their skins are thin so it’s hard to remove the pesticide sprays with washing. Frozen organic berries are an inexpensive and healthy choice.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
❤️ Blueberries are fantastic and have been linked to a wide array of health benefits including lowering blood pressure and improving memory.⁣⁣ 🧠 ⁣⁣
🥤🍓Strawberries are always fab! Did you know they are the only fruit with seeds on the outside? They are low in calories,  high in vitamin C, and freeze beautifully for smoothies.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣
Goji berries are hard to find fresh but dried, unsweetened goji berries are delicious and fun to use in a smoothie bowl or yogurt parfait. I use them to make yogurt or chocolate bark as well. Goji juice has also been shown to protect skin. It is so rich in beta carotene and antioxxidants that were shown, in studies, to protect from damaging UV rays.  #berriesarethebest #whatsyourfavorite
