1 manga bem madura

1/2 limão (extraia o suco)

Misture o leite, a chia, a aveia e o xylitol e reserve na geladeira por 2 horas. Para o creme de manga, amasse a manga ou bata a polpa no liquidificador com suco de 1/2 limão. Depois, faça a montagem: pudim de chia por baixo e creme de manga em cima.

I start each day with 16 oz lemon water followed by 24 oz celery juice on an empty stomach. Több időt hagytam magamnak a karácsonyi eszem-iszom után. A napokban igyekeztem már hozzá szoktatni magamat a rendes étkezéshez, némi sikerrel.
Így holnaptól én is neki kezdek újra a diétának és edzésnek.
Amit láttok az egész napi étkezésem lesz a munkahelyen 06:00-18:45-ig fog szólni a munkaidőm, szóval szokásos hosszú napom lesz. 😪
*Reggeli: áztatott zabkása banánnal és kiwivel.
*Tízórai: fél banán és egy mandarin.
*Ebéd: csirkemell (hasra ütött módon fűszerezve), bulgur és zöldségek
*Uzsonna: Szafi Reform császármorzsa Szafi Free Light Feketeribizli - szőlő lekvárral.
*Vacsora: biotechusa ultra loss étkezéshelyettesítő shakeje (amit már haza felé a buszon fogok elfogyasztani).

Решила поучаствовать в новом марафоне, где рисовать придется каждый день на протяжении двух недель. Зато любимые фрукты и овощи - неделю одни, неделю другие.

А поскольку выкладывать нужно тоже каждый день, а значит и фотографировать при дневном свете (самая сложная часть марафона), то и рисовать приходится хоть немного, но заранее. Вот поэтому уже и могу сказать, что получится целая серия🍓🍒🍏

Meine Natur Apotheke 🍃🌱💕, Früchte sind die heilsamste Nahrung, jedenfalls für mich und meinen Körper. Seit einem Jahr lebe ich jetzt schon zu fast 100% von Früchten. Aprovechen las de estación, en verano suele haber más que en invierno y están más dulces, frescas y económicas que en invierno.😜
Por acá hay arándanos, banana, frutillas y durazno!
🤓Sabias que aportan vitaminas minerales fibra y agua? Si! Agua, por eso ayuda a mantenernos hidratados! De la frutas con mayor porcentaje de agua se encuentran las frutillas, el melón y la sandia!
🍒Los frutos rojos tienen full antioxidantes, poderosos contra en envejecimiento celular!
🍌🍌🍌La banana es rica en potasio para prevenir calambres y la ventaja es que al tener cáscara es fácil de transportar!
