1: No busques comprar un quemador de grasa magico para bajar todo lo q comiste o tomaste,los quemadores funcionan siempre q haya un déficit calórico y un buen entrenamiento de fuerza más cardio. .
2 No t quedes sin comer un dia entero o hagas la dieta de la piña ni nada de eso extremista..eso es peor xq al dia siguiente vas a tener mas hambre y t vas a comer todo lo q encuentres! .

3 No quieras bajar en un dia todo lo q comiste,eso s imposible asi t quedes todo l dia en l gimnasio ! Ya comiste,ya bebiste ,ya disfrutaste .
.
4 Lo q si debes hacer es volver a tus hábitos ! Si estabas entrenando y comiendo bien vuelve a tu rutina como lo venias haciendo .
.
5 Rela ,tu cuerpo se va adaptar a los dos o tres dias a la rutina q venias teniendo no perdiste lo q habias logrado.. y si sientes q fue asi.. empieza con todo otra vez! . 👀 asi estamos actualmente 15 dias sin dieta estricta sin contar macros ni periodizar nada a veces no estamos tan focus y hay q disfrutar tambien un poco y darse gustos,descansar..no he dejado de entrenar xq s mi vida pero si me tome par de semanas de relajo con la comida y no pasa nada!! Volvemos focus con todo ✅💯 Entrenamiento,alimentación y suplementacion inteligente x @ecuadorfitness

One more step closer to world domination. Thank you to everyone who helped me through this process, this was not easy by any stretch of the imagination and i would not of been able to do this without all your support and guidance. @spartanfitnessdoc thank you for putting this course together. For challenging us in different aspects of training and regeneration that allows us to grow as coaches. To put together different ways of thinking to enhance our philosophies, helping those we coach to be able to improve in this sport and more importantly their quality of life.

The bulk is slowly coming to an end. I don’t have alot of times left on this bulk, so I have to make everyday that Im in the gym counted. Been pushing myself very hard in the gym to improve all my weak areas. Can’t wait to start my cut to see my improvements on this off season. This time Im not doing it by myself but I will have my boys doing it with me @gabrieldarocha_ @_ivan.avila @com.xtsa @juanavila._ . 💪🏻💪🏻🔥

🎵‘Twas a Monday night, and all through the gym, all the swole bro’s were screamin’, ugh agghhh BROOOOOOO 🎶 😂
Mondays always be the loudest days in the gym cause everyone and their mother is doing Bench Press...which also includes us 😂

For today’s milestones, I was able to increase my weight for Bench to 205 lbs for 5 reps twice. Sadly, since I went ham on the first two sets, the rest of my sets had to be finished at 95 lbs...cause I couldn’t even get the weights up after those first two sets 😭
Lesson that was learned: Just because you CAN do it, doesn’t mean you should. 👏🏽Stick 👏🏽to the 👏🏽workout 💪🏽 Shout out to @tjvanilla as always for the workouts

CHEST DAY

Bench Press -2 sets of 5 reps @ 205 lbs
-4 sets of 10 @ 95 lbs

Decline Bench Press, Hammer Strength
-6 sets of 10 reps @ 110 lbs
-1 set of max reps @ 90 lbs

Incline Dumbells, Single Arm Iso -4 sets of 12 reps @ 30, 30, 40, 45 lbs
Dumbbell Raises (I think that’s what they’re called? )
-4 sets of 10 reps @ 15 lbs

Tricep Extensions
-4 sets of 15 reps @ 115 lbs

Pushups
-3 sets of Max reps (7,5,4)

Steady grindin’ 💪🏽 PS: I didn’t film all the workouts cause I felt that it was too repetitive. If you guys have any video editing software that you guys would recommend, can you comment it down below? Thanks in advance ☺️

Get your first Power clean!! .
The clean is my favorite of the Olympic weightlifting movements. Sometimes you have to break things down to learn. Here are a few breakdowns/progressions of how you can learn and get your first power clean!
.
1. Clean deadlift to knees - slow tempo, pushing your whole foot through the ground, maintaining shoulders over knees
.
2. Knees to power position - slow tempo, slide barbell along legs, transition knees forward (double knee bend)
.
3. Power position high pull - push the ground away through whole foot, drive elbows up and out while keeping barbell close to body
.
4. Power position muscle clean - same as high pull, with transition elbows forward into front rack position
.
5. Power position power clean - same as muscle clean, pulling yourself underneath the bar, catching barbell the same time the feet contact ground.
.
6. Full power clean - put it all together from the ground celebrate the completed lift!!! .

Aqui no Brasil temos uma herança cultural diferente, por exemplo, se virem a mulekada jogando bola na praia não vão estranhar 🤷‍♂️ Na Austrália, além de treinarem exercícios de força, as crianças também andam de skate, surfam, etc, etc. Hoje no Brasil, também vemos crianças praticando vários esportes, mas o treinamento de força, os exercícios de ordem geral são (infelizmente) deixados de lado, isso por causa de uma cultura arcaica e falta de informação da população em geral (pais, familiares, etc).
Papais e mamães, procurem por um bom profissional de Ed. Física (não me falem “Educador Físico!!!”🤬), que seja competente, atualizado e principalmente tenha bom senso! É difícil, mas vocês acham!

Acontece que essas crianças são felizes, brincam, treinam o que culturalmente foram ensinadas, na América do Norte e no leste europeu isso é muito comum, além de ser importantíssimo para formação de jovens atletas, caso eles queiram enveredar para alguma carreira esportiva. Aqui no Brasil temos uma herança cultural diferente, por exemplo, se virem a mulekada jogando bola na praia não vão estranhar 🤷‍♂️ Na Austrália, além de treinarem exercícios de força, as crianças também andam de skate, surfam, etc, etc. Hoje no Brasil, também vemos crianças praticando vários esportes, mas o treinamento de força, os exercícios de ordem geral são (infelizmente) deixados de lado, isso por causa de uma cultura arcaica e falta de informação da população em geral (pais, familiares, etc).
Papais e mamães, procurem por um bom profissional de Ed. Física (não me falem “Educador Físico!!!”🤬), que seja competente, atualizado e principalmente tenha bom senso! É difícil, mas vocês acham!

Time for some real talk.

Like most of my clients, I came into powerlifting with previous injuries, trying to implement lifting as part of a larger rehabilitative strategy. My pregnancy caused permanent damage to my hip and back ligaments, resulting in years of debilitating pain.

With powerlifting, I’ve seen a huge decrease in pain. But, like most of my clients, progress has not been linear. There’ve been long periods of time with zero pain, followed by stints of re-aggravation.

After a year of pain-free lifting, I had a not so great deadlift on Christmas eve. And then today, my SI joint went out in the middle of a lift, SO bad I heard it pop. I’m experienced enough to know that an SI subluxation is not terribly serious, though it’s really sucky and painful. It’s not an indication that deadlifts are bad for me or not working. But it really upset me because things had been going well for so long.
I’ve seen clients cry, lose motivation, and go into periods of depression after this kind of bump in the road. Pain and injury are very personal, emotional things. It can shatter your hope when you’ve put in so much hard work, and then something happens that makes you feel like you’ve lost it all.

Part of the reason I don’t talk about my injuries a lot is because I’m insecure about what people will think of my ability to help others. And then there are those who believe that “deadlifts are bad for your back.” But despite setbacks, I truly do believe heavy lifting can make life-changing improvements to a person’s movement and pain level. I have seen it myself in so many clients. I don’t doubt for a second that deadlifting has saved me and many of my clients from a life of permanent pain.
The important thing to remember is that rehab is a slow process. Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. For almost anyone, there will be periods of stagnation or backsliding. There will be moments of re-aggravation and pain. Don’t feel like you’re broken, not trying hard enough, or that it isn’t working! Don’t get discouraged.

And to all the coaches out there who struggle with injury, remember you are human, you aren’t a machine that never feels pain. (Continued below)

Gym complete and now time for a Dominoes 🤩🤩 ⠀

The one thing I hear this most, which ANNOYS ME THE MOST is... ‘you can’t eat takeaway if you’re going to the gym?’ + the best one is ‘I thought you were a PT... why you eating that?’ Plain answer is because I want too 🙃 ⠀

I am a firm believer in the fact you should eat everything in moderation and if I want to treat myself every now and then I will!
