With a lot of hesitation I’m sharing new before and afters. 🙈

The befores were taken after I had already lost about 45 lbs so I was feeling pretty good about myself. 🤩 Then I looked at the pics and was like ‘who dis?’ 😑

The afters were taken today in the same clothing. It’s hard for me to share the befores because it sure shows every little lump. 😧 BUT, I’m proud of the progress I’ve made because it sure would have been easy to stay where I was.
Although I’m not where I want to be, I’m feeling very motivated about the progress I know I can make.

It was chest and leg day on a sunday 🔥🐥 New @gritt.apparel shirt came in clutch as always!

HUGE difference with their wrist wraps. Made it so much easier to grip the weights and have so much more stability. I'm always trying to improve form and move up in weight.. these are probably the key! Head over to @gritt.apparel and check out all their gear. For my ladies and gents. Ladies, stop spending over $50 for leggings just because of certain name brands. Gritt has some that are equal if not better quality, cheaper price. #MONDAYMOTIVATION Here's a killer LOWER BODY WORKOUT for ya! 💪

1⬛ Conventional Deadlifts
2⬛ Kettlebell Stiff-leg Deadlifts
3⬛ Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts
4⬛ Bulgarian Split Squats
5⬛ Dumbbell Hip Thrusts

As someone who used to skip leg day for YEARS out of fear that I would get unflattering "thunder thighs", I am still learning and trying to improve my form. Yes, I used to only work out my upper body & abs, and I thought doing spinning counted as my leg day 😂 It feels amazing to incorporate lower body exercises to your fitness regimen because strong legs (and glutes!) can help improve your posture and balance, strengthen your back & core, reduce back pain, and avoid injuries. 💙

Had a nice (mostly) rest day today! I need to focus on strengthening my core so I did just that portion today. We also took the dogs to the park so they got to run around and we all enjoyed the beautiful weather! Spent the rest of the day finishing homework and watching movies! 運動前跟運動後差了0.20公斤
人家好不容易到46公斤耶😭回家立馬和最愛的QQ奶茶

It also open the chest, encouraging the breath to become slow and deep. The spinal movement of the two poses stimulates the kidneys and adrenal glands. Coordinating this movement with your breathing relieves stress and calms the mind.
Steps:
1. Start on your hands and knees with your wrists directly under your shoulders, and your knees directly under your hips. Point your fingertips to the top of your mat. Place your shins and knees hip-width apart. Keep your head in a neutral position.
2. Begin by moving into Cow Pose: Inhale as you drop your belly towards the mat. Lift your chin and chest, and gaze up toward the ceiling.
3. Broaden your shoulder blades and draw your shoulders away from your ears.
4. Next, move into Cat Pose: As you exhale, draw your belly to your spine and round your back toward the ceiling. The pose should look like a cat stretching its back.
5. Release the crown of your head toward the floor, but don't force your chin to your chest.

Zoodles mit veganem Geschnetzeltem.
-viele sind ja schon in Sommervorbereitung und gehen schon ins Kaloriendefizit. Hier eine Variante wie man Nudeln ersetzen kann. Habe das lange nicht ausprobiert, weil ich nicht gedacht hätte, dass das wirklich schmecken kann. Zucchini’s als Nudelersatz 🤢. Aber probieren geht über studieren. Es hat wirklich viel besser geschmeckt als gedacht 🤤
🥒eine Zucchini mit einem Spiralschneider bearbeiten 🧅geschnetzeltes mit Zwiebeln anbraten 🥛200ml Creme Fine und etwas Wasser dazu schütten
🧄gut mit Gemüsebrühe würzen (optional noch Chili und/oder Knoblauch hinzugeben)
🍅2 EL grünes Pesto unterrühren, Tomaten mit rein und alles kurz aufkochen lassen
🍝wenn es zu flüssig ist, entweder Frischkäse einrühren oder Soßenbinder. Etwas Mehl tuts auch. 😁

NÄHRWERTE für eine Portion:
286 kcal, 10,2g KH, 21,5g EW, 15,5g Fett
Macht man noch 50g geriebenen light Käse drauf, kommen nochmal 125kcal, 0,9g KH, 13,5g EW und 7,6g Fett dazu.
