    14.50 miles today added to ultra training. It got hot fast. I did 5.5 mile loops around my house so I could stop and get more water and ice from the cooler I put out on my porch. Today's run was fueled by black forrest brand gummy bears. I walked the last mile because all of a sudden I felt queesy or I would've finished in under 3 hours. I ran 5 miles approx every 50 min which is a decent ultra pace. #runthosemiles #ultratraining #ticktockultra #fueledbygummybears #blackforrestgummybears #glutenfree

    They may not look all that special but they taste pretty damn good 🙌✨ Started really pulling the sugar (yes, even unrefined sources) from my desserts and having A LOT of fun with it. It’s feels like more of a challenge to makes great tasting desserts with as little sweetness as possible ⭐️ These are CHOCOLATE BROWNIE BAKED CHEESECAKE SLICES because they taste like a rich chocolate brownie with the texture of a baked cheesecake. The sweetness comes from pumpkin purée, almond flour and a touch of @vivolife chocolate perform protein powder which I LOVE as it has a touch of stevia which doesn’t impact blood sugar. They’re crammed full of CACAO (my everyday power food that I incorporate into absolutely everything) and the icing is made from coconut cream and cashews 🌿✨ I think it’s important we eat in a way that is sustainable and can be maintained regardless of how hard your day was. You’re feeding your body and striving for optimal health throughout the rest of your life, so eat in a way that mirrors that. That doesn’t mean restrictions and diets, it means piling your plate high with nourishing meals, snacks and desserts that taste bloody amazing at the same time.     Homemade blueberry buckle 💙

Drove home to visit my family in Pennsylvania for the weekend and my amazing mom had made a blueberry buckle just for me! 🤩 I had a slice before my long run this morning and another after with a glass of soy milk🥛😋 This might not be my normal pre-run, but it's definitely been my yummiest and favorite so far!

    Yeah.  It’s really this easy!  And yes,  healthy fats like butter, ghee, coconut oil and olive oil are necessary AND red meat 🥩 and whole eggs 🍳 too 🤗. •

In order to achieve a complete #aminoacid profile as a #vegan. You should combine some protein sources.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For example: #lentils, which have a high leucine content for a vegetable protein source, should be combined with the Inca grain, also known as #quinoa. This has a complete amino acid profile and is therefore ideal for anyone who eats vegan!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For the two main ingredients of this #Saladbowl, proceed as follows:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) fry half an onion, finely chopped ginger and garlic in some coconut oil.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Add the lentils and "roast" them with cumin, curry powder, mustard seeds and coriander.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Finally deglaze with 1.5 times the amount of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Here you can also add a dash of lime juice, which makes everything even better tolerated for the stomach!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The quinoa is simply cooked with a little turmeric, pepper and salt as indicated on the package. But be sure to wash the quinoa thoroughly in advance so that the bitter substances don't spoil your taste 😉

    morning bowl of goodness 😍 I almost never think of eating quinoa as a “cereal” but it’s actually amazing! So simple to keep on hand, protein packed and I love the fluffy texture 🙌🏻
Here’s what I put in my breakfast bowl:
- cooked quinoa
- coconut yogurt
- fresh berries
- cacao nibs
& a drizzle of honey on top for good measure! 😋🙋🏻‍♀️

    Illusion de pizza 😜 #glutenfree 
Je l’ai enfin testée cette fameuse pizza sans farine 😉 et quel bonheur 🥰 Une recette qui fait l’unanimité à la maison et qui m’a permis enfin de pouvoir à nouveau me régaler avec une bonne piz’.
Il me restait de la graine de chou fleur crue , après avoir préparé un taboulé de chou-fleur. Je me suis alors lancée dans la conception de la pâte à pizza à base de la graine crue. J’ai fait un mix avec plusieurs recettes déjà élaborées et le résultat est sans appel. Je vous livre ma version :
🍕500g de chou fleurs 🍕2 œufs
🍕1 yaourt de soja 100g
🍕50g de gruyère râpé 🍕2 cas d’origan
🍕1 pincée de sel si besoin et selon les goûts 
Pour la garniture : 🍕du coulis de tomate bio
🍕du fromage vegan ou non type pizza
🍕mesclun
🍕tagliatelles de courgettes crues
🍕huile d’olive
🍕graines de courge
Les étapes : mixez vos fleurs de chou fleurs crues au robot avec une lame en S jusqu’à obtenir de la graine comme de la semoule. Essorez la dans un torchon afin d’en extraire le maximums d’eau. 
Mélangez le yaourt avec les œufs et le gruyère puis ajoutez la graine de chou fleurs. Étalez cette préparation sur une plaque et tassez bien. Enfournez à 180 degrés 30 min puis étalez votre coulis de tomate et fromage et enfournez à nouveau 10 min. Enfin mettez votre garniture et régalez vous, c’est un pur délice 😉
Allez à vous les Papilles 😉 Très belle fin de journée à tous et un beau week-end une fois encore 🥰
