    🔮 Goddess Provisions! 🔮
So I haven’t done my usual unboxing video this month I’m suffering with really bad exhaustion among other things so here’s a different kind of unboxing video!
What an absolutely stunning box this month! And no wonder it had sold out before mine even got delivered. This is a big value box and honestly these boxes just keep getting better and better I can’t believe this months included a singing bowl 😱 and check that gold detail and it comes with a cute lil cushion aswell.
Also included was tuning fork 😱
a stunning piece of angelite stone,
 mantra roll on,
 inner voice flower essence,
A little bit of mantras by .
An amazing box definitely felt like my birthday came early this month! It’s definitely a box that really resonated with me personally I’m a biggy on using sound with in my practice to the point I’m often carrying bells around with me 😂 definitely put together an amazing box this month! 🔮✨ Please follow me: -@witch__club_world_

Sundays are for drinking herbs, burning herbs, reading about herbs, and meditating with crystals. I love the Fragrant series by Valerie Ann Worwood, essential reading if you enjoy blending and working with plant energies and sacred oils. ✨🌙✨ the Moon is on the wane. This is a time for staying in, attending to your Self and just “being”. Working with the cycles of the Moon leads to serenity. 🌿✨🌙 sage bundle @lyraandatlas ✨ labradorite sphere @earthlightcrystals ✨ rise & lemon quartz points @auramooncrystals ✨🌙 herbs from Gaia

Ooooh sweet Basil..
I absolutely love Basil’s exotic scent and taste, and this year I’m thrilled to say, our Basil is exploding!
🌿💜🌿
Basil of all varieties has many benefits besides tasting amazing. It’s highly nutritious with an abundance of vitamin A (as carotenoids), vitamin K, and vitamin C. It’s also rich in magnesium, iron, potassium, and calcium.
But it doesn’t stop there! Basil has many other health benefits too..
• Basil Contains Powerful Antioxidants
• Basil is an Anti-inflammatory Herb
• Basil Contains Natural Antibacterial Properties
• Basil Acts as a Natural Adaptogen
🌿
𝔽𝕠𝕝𝕜 ℕ𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕤
American Dittany, St. Joseph’s Wort, Witches Herb, Balanoi, Sweet Basil, “Our Herb”, Feslien
🌿
𝔽𝕠𝕝𝕜𝕝𝕠𝕣𝕖
Basil was used in English folk magic, like so many other things, to ward off harmful spells as well as to keep away pests.
.
African folklore claims that Basil protects against scorpions, while Greek lore said that scorpions would breed in the presence of basil.
.
“Ocimum'' is from the Greek, meaning "to be fragrant" The word Basil comes from the Greek, meaning "King"
Basilisicum is from the Latin for Basilisk, a creature that could cause madness and death. It was carried or ingested as a charm against attacks.
.
European lore claims that it belongs to Satan and you must curse the ground as you plant it in order for it to grow properly. This is where the French idiom, ''semer le basilic'' "to sow the basil" came from, it refers to ranting.
🌿
𝕀𝕟 𝕄𝕒𝕘𝕚𝕔𝕜
Basil can be used in love divination, in preparation for astral projection or to bring luck in physical journeys.
.
Basil helps steady the mind, brings happiness, love, peace, and money and protects against insanity.
.
Basil brings wealth to those who carry it in their pocket or wallet.
.
Basil can also be used in peacemaking spells to make up after a quarrel.
.
Keep a bit of Basil in each room to protect the home and family. To protect you when leaving the house, rub some Basil on your forehead. (Hindu)

The boneset, Eupatorium perfoliatum, flowers came and went so quickly this year, I was just barely able to harvest them. Harvesting boneset is a waiting game. When planning to dry for tea and syrup, you want to collect it just as the flowers are beginning to open. They’ll be just about there forever, you’ll blink and they’re ready, blink twice and it’s too late. If you pick them once they’re fully open, you’d better tincture them because if you try to dry them they’ll continue to turn to seed and you’ll have a big, fluffy, seedy mess to work with. This picture was taken the day after their flowers opened. As you can see, many of the flowers are already on their way out and nearly all have already fully opened. Fortunately I have some dried from last year still because this years lot asked for tincturing. Boneset is excellent at healing achy, awful flus and colds and breaking fevers but is extremely bitter. They say it’s one of those plants that only tastes good to you if you desperately need it. However, I’d rather not tempt fate by relying only on my taste buds. I typically blend boneset into flu syrups. I’ve seen it dramatically shorten the duration of horrible flus or help prevent it entirely when taken preventatively. Boneset, named for the breakbone fever it’s known for treating, is a pretty cool plant to have around. #lulalinden #whole_heartedapothecary

Had strange dreams of being in a greenhouse in an eerie old mansion. Everything was that high green color of an approaching thunderstorm. The sheets of rain found the leaks in the structure pouring water in. It was both fascinating and creepy there. It’s a perfect day for me to burn Labyrinth and remind myself of that dream. Labyrinth is a complex fragrance with notes of fresh cut foliage, aloe and cactus flower. What kind of dreams move you?

There’s always something ancient you see in a wise cats eyes.
.
Tomorrow starts a new semester for me which means shifting around my schedule & forcing myself to get more organized. Less time spent working on the farm and more time focused on chemistry and biology. If you haven’t seen my Medicinal Plant Chemistry video yet, I talk all about my degree
.
Have a great start to this week 🖤

First harvest dried, check out their beautiful color! It's not much but my two cayenne plants are currently exploding with little blossoms, I can't wait to watch them grow and change colors 🌱

🌺
Where am I being invited to forgive myself? Seven of Pentacles (third time in this challenge!) Reversed.
🌺
How can I cultivate greater compassion for myself? Ace of Wands Reversed.
🌺
How can I be more patient with where I am healing? Wheel of Fortune Reversed.
🌺
Reversals - seeing what’s in the shadows, blocked feelings, repressed sensations.
🌺
I didn’t mean to pull these three cards about self-compassion at the same time, but with Poe passed away I froze and couldn’t sit with myself to even process pulling cards. I’m feeling a bit more in control of my sadness now, and spread is a good reminder to be more patient and caring for myself.
🌺
It’s easy for me to take care of other people. But not myself. I need to remember to recognize all I have, how far I’ve come. Things may feel stagnant now, delays, setbacks - Poe’s death HURT - but creativity will spark again. Compassion for my healing will come when I can feel more comfortable remembering that life is made of ups and downs. As my Grandpa Knights always said: This too shall pass.

Here’s some different night shades I will be doing some crafts with, yeah they’re poisonous, nah they’re not belladonna. I have the creeping and bittersweet breeds. Beautiful fucking leaves when they mature though and the plant smells aweful- a good warning sign. Many kids have died from these berries in the past. Many winter/fall birds depend on the berries as a good source.

I am so in awe of the fact that we are already past Lughnasadh/Lammas and looking toward Mabon now!⁣
.⁣
For those that don't know, the Mabon cauldron candle (pictured) was the one that started all of this! Everything from The Good Witch Project to the podcast, to everything in between. None of it would be if not for past Lauren trying to create a candle to celebrate Mabon in some small way. ⁣
.⁣
Back when I knew barely anything about witchcraft, I solidified my will to keep going and learn everything I could with this cauldron. If I couldn't find something to do that fit in my life, I'd make something. And I did.⁣
.⁣
The Wheel of the Year cauldron candles were born and my life changed so dramatically!⁣
.⁣
Strange but wonderful to be coming around to this time of year once again.⁣

Enjoying the bees in the anise hyssop patch before harvest 🐝💜 and pondering over the importance of 《 finding your healers 》 .
.
I'm continually astounded by the variety of healing methods out there. So if you're struggling with something and haven't found a method that has worked for you just yet, here is a little sampling of amazing healers:
.
.
◇ chiropractor (this is common, but they can help with SO many things. For example, I was having untriggered anxiety attacks and heart palpitations. They found out it was because a rib was out of place! This is my go to healer after the plants)
◇ reflexologist (can help with pain, stress, circulation, and restoring the body to natural balance via the feet!)
◇ rolfer (introduced to me by the lovely @sarahbeckwellness, this form of body work helps with structural alignment and function to relieve pain and stress)
◇ energy worker (aka reiki most commonly, they work to alleviate disease, trauma, and all sorts of issues through energy manipulation. I went in as a skeptic and it really does work folks!)
◇ acupressure (like acupuncture but without the needles! Helps to dismantle energy blockages to return the body to wellness)
◇ the plants (obvious, but I believe there is a plant out there assigned to everyone. Its why certain herbs work for some people and not others imo. Its just a matter of finding your assigned healer)
.
.
These are the people you look to in your darkest moments, who you trust with your life. They are so so important. Obviously this is just the beginning, but I'm interested, has anyone tried an alternative medicine not on this list that's worked for them?

    ✨🧂Salt Readings🧂✨
Alomancy, also known as halomancy, is the practice of divination with salt. Any salt will do the trick—table salt, kosher salt, sea salt. I use a small, black cast iron pan and a handful of salt. Alternatively, you can use a dark plate, cake pan, or baking sheet. A plain, dark surface makes it easier to see the salt.🖤
.
.
Hold the salt in your hand and ask your question. Simple questions tend to work best. Yes/No questions will yield details around the situation, rather than a direct answer, so I don’t frame my questions that way. I tend to ask questions like “What do I need to know now about ‘x’ situation or project?” or I might ask for general guidance for the day. With your question in mind, hold the salt above the pan, close your eyes, and scatter it into the pan. There is no right or wrong way to do this. You might feel called to sprinkle it, release it in intervals, let go of more in one area of the pan… Just do what feels most natural in the moment.
.
.
Interpretations of the salt in the pan:
🧂A small well indicates protection and relief from stress.
🧂Swirls on the right side of the pan signify the manifesting of something… a situation is unfolding; an idea is becoming a reality. You are moving toward your desires and intentions.
🧂 Swirls on the left side of the pan are letting you know that it’s time to let go of something. This is a time of transition.
🧂 You might see shapes or numbers in the salt. If so, you can interpret these symbols just as you would for a tea leaf reading. There are universal meanings for these types of psychic symbols, although I sometimes think it’s best to interpret them through your own personal lens and context, as a symbol can mean completely different things to different people.
.
.
Have you ever done a salt reading? If not, grab some salt and a pan from the kitchen and give it a go! 🖤xx

    ⚜️BEGINNER WITCH ⚜️⁣
There is only a few little steps to becoming a witch (Quick disclaimer- witchcraft is NOT a religion, although anyone from any religion can be a witch. It’s a practice and a skill). ⁣
⁣
The first step is showing an interest in the craft and any modalities that correspond with it, and you’ve taken that first step as you’re reading this post now, and have been divinely led here.⁣
⁣
If you’re reading this I’m sure you’ve always felt a strong connection with Mother Earth and her lovely inhabitants, or maybe your friend is a witch and you’re curious about occultism in general.⁣
⁣
The second step is exploring the craft, reading witchy books and blogs, and gathering information. Reclaim the word witch and start calling yourself one, and of course start practising your own craft. Those steps are interchangeable, it doesn’t matter what comes first.⁣
⁣
When it comes to learning more, a lot of baby witches ask me the same question... “Where do I start, what do I study first?”.⁣
⁣
Theres no right or wrong place you need to start. I’d advise you to be respectful to magick, to the elements, cosmos and to Mother Earth. Start being more aware of all she gives us, if you aren’t already.⁣
⁣
Here are some things you can do/look into to get yourself started, see where your interests and passions peak, and dive into the modalities that resonate:⁣
⁣
🌿History of witchcraft. Studying the roots of the craft is so interesting and the respectful thing to do.⁣
⁣
🌿Crystals. Research and intuitively work with them, even just pick specific ones to carry based on what you need for the day.⁣
⁣
🌿Divination Methods. There are several ways to divine, and its really nice to get some insight from your spirit guides/the universe. Studying the origins of these methods is also really fascinating.⁣
⁣
🌿Herbs. Herbs are amazing and you can use them for everything, be it magick or mundane. They are great for using in spell jars, teas, baths and etc.⁣
⁣
🌿Dreams. Study what they mean, why they’re important and how you can benefit from listening in to the deeper messages they hold from the unconscious.⁣

    ⚜️BEGINNER WITCH ⚜️⁣
There is only a few little steps to becoming a witch (Quick disclaimer- witchcraft is NOT a religion, although anyone from any religion can be a witch. It’s a practice and a skill). ⁣

The first step is showing an interest in the craft and any modalities that correspond with it, and you’ve taken that first step as you’re reading this post now, and have been divinely led here.⁣

Witches! Or lovers of magick! Are you in the Maiden, Mother or Crone phase of your life right now?
🌛🌕🌜
My maiden years are long behind me and i'm right in the mothering years of my life (and desperately romanticising my crone years 😂) but even if I wasn't a parent, these past 7 years have been the most creative of my life, I would class them as my 'mother' years - if you feel the need to birth a business that helps others - if you're an amazing pet mum or care for others you could well be in the mothering phase. It isn't just about actual babies but a feeling and an energy, letting creativity run through you, along with philanthropy or just nurture and expansion in general - and a growing in confidence about the person you really are. The mother phase is also when a lot of women start a healing chapter of their lives - becoming their own mothers, their own parent in order to grow and tackle emotional and mental issues that hold us back.
The crone years, if I put the work in now - will hopefully be full of peace, financial security, pride in how my kids turned out - and wisdom from the glorious but in all honesty pretty painful mothering years. My maiden years were epic though. I backpacked around the world, got married in Vegas, parachute jumped from a plane - twice. Tons of crazy shit.
🌙
So which phase would you say you are in? Remember swap the word mother to mean creating if you are birthing & raising a business or artistic pursuits. Or if you are doing some pretty profound healing. And do you long for a different phase? I absolutely romanticize my crone years (least not because being confined doing the school run is soul-sucking) but I also know many people who yearn for their mothering years. 🤔😍
Full Moon tomorrow 🙌 unless you're in Australia where it is probably happening right now. Don't forget if you want to learn about the different phases of the moon and working with them from a witches perspective check out my Moon Magick instant download Book of Shadows pages in my shop - it has an easy ritual or spell for every major moon phase along with a ton of information on what crystals, herbs and tools to use - oh and recipes too! Blessings, Sarah 🌙
