    You don’t show how bad you want something by talking about it. You show that by engaging every single day and by putting in the work.

If you want something really bad, there is no such thing that can stop you. But one thing is crucial here: WANTING something and DOING it are two absolutely different things.

I’ve seen it too many times. Player comes to me and says: “I want to get in the best shape ever, I will train hard every day. I will make a plan, a schedule. I will follow it. I will...”

“I WANT”, “I WILL”, means nothing. Literally nothing. I would rather not hear the player say these because I know 95% of the time it will not happen.

I would rather SEE it. I would rather have someone quiet and start doing it. Quietly. Behind. When no one is around. And doing it for themselves, not for others.

When you start doing it and showing it to yourself how bad you want it, then we can talk! When you start proving it by your actions. Then I know we are on the same page. Then we are on the same team!

    I love being on the same page with my husband on the things that are most important to us: Faith,  Family, Finance,  Fitness and Fun. 
I had to wear my #maxout gear and new #transamerica red shoes to maxout my workout!

We had a killer workout early this morning after dropping off our kids at school. 
I love the feeling after an awesome workout. It clears your mind and puts you on the right path to dominate your day! 
WOD: 
Leg band warmup-killer!
100lb Squats 10 sets of 10 =100
60lb lunges 10 sets of 32 =320

Simple but one of my hardest workouts EVER!  #maxout #TeamConquer #redANDblack
