Getting up and doung a small workout will honestly make such a difference

Even if it’s a walk, trip your fave restaurant, Going outside for a small walk or even just standing outside for a bit! .
Get up and do something even if its to go up and down the stairs a couple of times

I make sure I get up of my chair at least 5 times a day! .
Getting up and doung a small workout will honestly make such a difference

Even if it’s a walk, trip your fave restaurant, Going outside for a small walk or even just standing outside for a bit! .
Get up and do something even if its to go up and down the stairs a couple of times

JUST SOME ADVICE 🤙.

I thought I would share with you guys some advice regarding just fitness and the gym as I am guilty of always thinking, how well am I actually doing ? I’m super harsh on myself when I look in the mirror😬.
.
So here’s some tips I would say that will help you stay motivated and focused, that work for me. 👇
.
1️⃣. Be patient - Don’t expect stupid results over night and PLEASE don’t compare yourself to ANYONE. Just ENJOY THE PROCESS.🙌
.
2️⃣. Eat at a slight surplus - As long as possible when starting to maximise muscle gain. I made the mistake of wanting to be a shredded teenager so I sacrificed potential gains.
.
3️⃣. Don’t be that kind of person especially in your first few years of training, that cuts then bulks then cuts etc. In a space of a few months stick to something for a considerable amount of time and allow for your body to change and find a rhythm.
.
4️⃣. Make the lifestyle a daily habit. Tell yourself training is just what you do and you WANT to fuel your body with good food and allow for the occasional BIG MAC MEAL 🍔.
.
5️⃣. Do your own research - I’ve always spent my free time trying to learn and it’s invaluable. I wouldn’t be here now being able to help so many of you if I hadn’t dedicated so much time to improving myself. It wasn’t until I had been working out for a year that I came across all the YouTubers and influencers I still watch now. Without them I would still know nothing and wouldn’t be where I am now!!

Now last and no means least!
6️⃣. This may be the most important of all!! - Make sure you follow me @b_hopkins10. I know what you are thinking but all I’m saying is I wish I had something like myself back when I started training I made so many mistakes and to have someone there correcting you and telling all this information is gold when you are starting out...I’m just saying but I think you should! 😉.

Мой come back в активный образ жизни объявляется открытым👌🏻
Дальше - больше,дальше - лучше.
Спустя более,чем два года без зала,вернулась в него с уверенностью,но небольшим страхом.
Каким же?
Что мое тело забыло все,что я не смогу бегать,как раньше,по 20-30 минут без остановки. Ведь Я обожаю бегать 🏃🏼‍♀️ Бегаю с 2010 года точно,когда впервые начала ходить в зал и знакомиться с тренажерами и прочей атрибутикой фитнес-индустрии.
Переживала,что моя выносливость пропала.
Но я ошиблась. И я очень этому рада. Я не понимаю девушек,которые идут в зал и не потеют. В чем ваш секрет? Да вы просто не так упорно занимаетесь,видимо,как я 😅 или это у меня проблемы с потоотделением? 😅 Я если не вспотею-значит тренировка коту под хвост. На дорожке я так себя разогреваю,аж слёзы на глазах,какой это кайф,вновь ощутить это все внутри. Рвение. Мотивация. А когда в наушниках долбит любимая музыка-в 💯 раз кайфовее. Постепенно даю себе нагрузки. В прошлый раз была разминка в основном. Сегодня уже больше. Да и над техникой опять надо работать и работать,иначе во вред заниматься буду.
После родов на занятия я стала смотреть иначе. Если раньше-это был образ жизни-без тренировок не могла вообще:Если не в зале-то на набережной бегала стабильно,то сейчас- это восстановление моей физической формы после беременности и родов. Тело дряблое. Рыхлое. Неспортивное тьфунатебя. Надеюсь, с каждой тренировкой,мой живот придёт в форму. Главный страх,что с ним не будет никаких изменений 😟
Ещё и такое бревно сейчас. Пропала хоть какая-то, но растяжка 😩🤷🏼‍♀️
Как говорится,без труда...

Stundenlang vor dem Pc oder Fernseher sitzen kein Problem.
Aber 1-2 Stunden Training? NO WAY!
Wenn man etwas will und ich meine nicht den Willen nach einem bestimmten Kleid oder sonst was, nein, wenn man etwas wirklich aus tiefsten Herzen und Überzeugung will, wenn man nachts sogar davon träumt und alles dafür tun würde, wenn dir das Herz aufgeht, wenn du die Dinge tust, dann findest du IMMER Zeit dafür!
Und ich will es! Ich will mir jeden Tag aufs Neue den Allerwertesten aufreißen. Ich will jeden Tag aufs Neue über mich hinauswachsen. Ich will diesen Sport niemals wieder missen. Ich will mich selbst stolz machen. Ich will die Staubfänger! 🏆
